In the flow builder there should be an option to exclude certain posts from the automation.There are cases where we might have the automations turned on for All Post, but there are certain posts we don’t want to activate on.Having an option to exclude certain posts would be more flexible instead of having to activate on all, or manually select each individual post.
I would suggest having the option on comment triggers to only include whole words. There are cases where when using the comment trigger with just specific keywords, it triggers incorrectly if anywhere in the comment it contains the keywords. Ex: If I have the keyword YES active, it’s going to trigger if someone comments yesterday.There should be an option to only include whole words, like there is for messages.
The lack of direct customer support needs to be fixed, I set up flows, and the assignments to your pipeline still do not work; there are error pop-ups that, even when fixed, do not work properly. The bots acted like I was a store not a e-commerce. Completly is not intelligent, and I would advise redoing the system. It can not handle the functionality that you claim is organized here.
Guys are you kidding? there isn’t official integration with Telegram? I mean in “integrations” part, apps for telegram are awful please add official one, as for OpenAi or Google sheets I use telegram through make.com, that’s not best decision, please add this one🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have a large Instagram account (0.5M+ audience) and before ManyChat, just friends were in my “Primary” inbox. When I was replying to message requests from people I don’t know, I always put them to “General”. That made everything easy, since all the friends were in “Primary”. But with ManyChat, my inbox is completely destroyed. All the messages are randomly going to both “Primary” and “General” - it’s a true mess there. I can’t keep track of them, and I don’t even know if any of my friends sent me a message because I can’t see anything. Sometimes I get 3k DMs from 1 Instagram Story, and now everything is a complete mess. People probably think I ignore them, but in reality, I can’t see their messages. Please, please, add an option that all messages go to “General”. ManyChat is such an amazing product and I love using it, but this is becoming a dealbreaker for me. If it doesn’t get implemented, I will unfortunately have to leave ManyChat, and I’ll be really sad because that’s the only negative thing about it.

Hello everyone, It would be great if there was an option that shows whether a user field/bot field is being used in any automation and, if so, how many. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an option to delete a field directly, as currently, you need to archive it first before deleting. I think these two updates would be useful. In the first case, it would allow us to “clean up” and delete the field without worrying about any automation failures, and in the second case, we’d be able to remove a step when the goal is to permanently delete the field. Thank you!

I noticed Variables are not customizable and my team needed that feature for our company, I am planning to switch to ManyChat full time for our communication, however, this feature for templates is not available and this is what we needed the most for our customers.
