Have the ability to rename Quick Automation Widgets as well - which are not created within the Automation Flow Builder. (Widgets inside the builder can be renamed. Quick Automations cannot be)It ss impossible to work with them like this Audience management etc. as they all got the same name + date

I want to know how to maintain the automation fully for the allcomments i get. If now am switching the plans from free to paid the automation will Automatically change from free to paid or i need to comvert it. Please explain asap i need to get paid. Hi there!I’d like to suggest a small but important improvement to ManyChat custom fields, the ability to save a field as truly empty.Right now, Clear User Field is not the same as setting a field to an empty value. This becomes a problem in workflows that use AI actions like Claude or OpenAI, where custom field values are passed as inputs. When a field is cleared, ManyChat may still send something like {{cuf_14394590}} instead of sending an actual empty value. That can confuse the AI and lead to wrong or inconsistent responses.Because of this, I’ve had to use a workaround by saving an invisible character in the field instead of leaving it empty. It works to some extent, but it is not a proper solution.You could fix this in any one of these ways:- add a new Empty User Field action to save field as truly empty- or allow Set User Field action to save a truly empty value by removing the validation that currently prevents empty values from being saved.The goal is simple, when a field is meant to be empty, ManyChat should send an actual empty value, not a field placeholder like {{cuf_14394590}}. This would make AI automations much more accurate and reliable.Thanks!
It's surprising that ManyChat doesn't offer a basic "Pause" option for the Instagram Default Reply automation. For a platform built around automation management, this feels like a significant oversight. Users need the ability to quickly pause, edit, and resume their automations without having to delete or break their existing setup.

Why…… Why……. are the keywords not a filtered option? I want the same keywords in Facebook, Instagram, and (not that I use it) Whatsapp….and I have to scroll and scrolll and scrolllllllll….. please PLEASE… Create a keyword section that you can filter.. filter simple enough by .. Facebook..Instagram and Whatsapp… at least I can make my list and cross check…. with no limit, but with the ability to add new keywords...

In Portuguese from Brasil is “Seguindo” but from Portugal is “A Seguir”… as a portuguese is a bit weird to send “seguindo” to my portuguese audience. I hope you can fiz this soon enough. I have having to move every little card on my webflow everytime I need to edit the layout.Also being able to change multiple things at the same time (all the copy´s and everything) because you can miss a lot of things if you have a big workflow with multiple equal things
For several months, we have encountered an issue where our automation flows terminate unexpectedly before sending the initial message to clients. After extensive logging and tracing by different Technical Support members, the root cause was identified as the Google Sheets Integration request timing out, causing the flow to be terminated early.Currently, if an external request or action block times out, the entire automation flow is killed. I have been informed that this isn't limited to Google Sheets but affects all integrations.Proposed Solution: Implement a native fallback or "on-failure" path for actions in action blocks. This would prevent a single failed external request from breaking the entire user experience. Given that timeouts are a common reality of web-based integrations, this would significantly improve the reliability of the platform for all users.
The Problem ManyChat has one of the best visual automation builders on the market. But its API tells a different story. It would be great if the tags (and their respective folders) could be sorted by their name everywhere (in the Tags section, in the flows editing etc.).It’s difficult to navigate if it’s unsorted.

Create an automation option that sends a greeting message to every new follower
I'm a DJ on social media with over a million followers on tiktok and I need a way to automate comments. There are too many to reply manually. Additionally, I have 500,000 followers on Facebook. Kind of shot myself in the foot and have all of my Facebook followers on my personal page so as of right now there's no way to automate from a personal page.
I would really suggest that Manychat make their VAT number official for accounting purposes.Maybe include it automatically in the invoices (not the individual companies’ VAT’s, but Manychat’s own VAT). In some countries when you make a purchase you have to register the information on the company you buy from and often it’s required that both VAT and address is applied for correct accounting.
