Manychat tips and tricks

I want to warn other users about a serious issue with ManyChat. After over 4 years of using the platform my account was permanently terminated without prior warning for “suspicious activity”.No specific explanation was provided, no evidence, no chance to fix anything. The decision was labeled as final.What’s worse: all connected pages and data were deleted instantly, with no option to export, back up, or appeal.If you’re building a business on ManyChat, please be aware that: bans can happen suddenly, even for long-term paying users you may receive no clear reason there is no real appeal process you can lose everything overnight I strongly recommend having backups and considering alternative platforms. Relying fully on ManyChat is a serious risk!!!

Hola, agradeceria si algun experimentado/a me ayudara a configurar el chatbot que quiero hacer. Ya hice la ceunta de META agregue el numero de telefono (nuevo sin uso previo) luego lo vincule con 360dialog exitosamente. Ahora el problema lo tengo al querer vincular Manychat con Meta/360dialog para poder armar los automatizmos en esta app. No lo logro. Alguno hizo algo semejante recientemente y queira compartirme su experiencia? desde ya muchas gracias

Hi everyone,today we’re facing an issue with our WhatsApp flow in ManyChat. The automation triggers correctly when a customer message arrives, but we’re unable to detect when a human agent manually intervenes in the conversation from the inbox. In our setup, ManyChat’s Coexistence mode is enabled, and human intervention happens from WhatsApp Business (the mobile app), not from ManyChat’s interface. In those cases, the customer replies and ManyChat triggers the automation again as if no one had intervened, which leads to duplicate messages and confusion.What we need is for ManyChat to “flag” the conversation when a human replies, so the automation doesn’t trigger again after the customer’s next message. Is there any way to automatically pause or disable the automation when a manual reply is detected? Any integrations, triggers, tags, or conditions you’d recommend to prevent this re-triggering?

I’d like to talk with other artist about how they use Manychat. I mostly see Insta Growth accounts using Manychat. And often talking about astronomical numbers they have reached. Do you think these numbers are true or are they making them up for clout??Are any artist using Manychat to build relationships or just send people to their website?
