I can't seem to get my link to work. I tried the preview and when it send the button for the link it doesn't work. Can someone please help my first time 🙈

The current setup is not functioning correctly with the data collection process, specifically regarding the default skip button.When I click on both buttons—1. Book an Appointment and 2. Skip Button (the default in data collection)—the following action triggered is Send Message #5.I would like to have distinct responses for each button. If I click on Book an Appointment, it should trigger Send Message #5. Conversely, if I click on the Skip Button, it should trigger Send Message #13.I need help on the subject.Thanks and Regards.  

Olá,minha dúvida: quando há a virada de mês, os contatos são zerados ou eles continuam somando? Por exemplo: no plano pró, o primeiro valor é de $ 15 para até 500 contatos. Quando o mês vira, caso eu tenha alcançado os 500 ele zera novamente? 

Hi everyone! 👋I'm fairly new to ManyChat and I'm trying to build an escalation system where a contact gets reassigned to another team member if the currently assigned member doesn't respond within 24 hours.Right now, I’m struggling with how to accurately detect if a team member (human) has replied manually to the contact’s message. I tried using the “Last Interaction in WhatsApp” condition, but I noticed that it also counts automated messages as interaction — which makes it hard to know if a real team member actually replied.Is there a way to track only human responses (not automated flows), even if the message from the contact was sent more than 24 hours ago? I am facing a problem in my automations. At first I was having a problem with it. I had an automation that responded to a comment on Reels, and then linked to the trigger there was an action block, which was an opt-in, and then a block to respond to the comment.I realized the error and quickly fixed it.After that, another error occurred, with the buttons. When the person clicked on any button, from this button linked to the message, to another automation, etc., it DIDN'T work!

I'm facing a limitation in ManyChat regarding Live Chat conversation assignments. When a conversation is automatically assigned to an agent (e.g., via a rule or trigger), there seems to be no way to unassign it — not through automation.I need a way to remove the assignment (set it back to “Unassigned”) so that the conversation can be redistributed or handled by another agent, especially in cases where the originally assigned agent is unavailable.Is this a known limitation? Has anyone found a workaround?Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tengo hace varios dias un problema que me esta trabando para actualizar los nuevos cambios de mi flujo. Hice la integracion en un flujo grande de mensajes para una inmobiliaria, para los mensajes importantes que quiera el cliente recopilar, en el foro de manychat dice “La integración de Hojas de Cálculo de Google tiene un límite de 150 solicitudes cada 60 segundos.” y estoy seguro que no paso las 150 por segundo, pero si es asi como soluciono o como aumento el limite. Cuando actualizo mi flujo me lleva a alguna accion cualquiera, me da el mesnsaje de “error de google” y al entrar a la accion me da el mansaje este “rateLimitExceeded: Se excedió la cuota para la métrica de cuota 'Solicitudes de lectura' y el límite 'Solicitudes de lectura por minuto por usuario' del servicio 'sheets.googleapis.com' para el consumidor 'project_number:491988066794'."Desde ya muchas gracias a aquel que se tomo el tiempo de leer  y espero que me sepan dar solucion.

Hola, ya manejaba campañas pagadas en Meta y he tenido algunos problemas tratando de vincular Manychat (tengo cuenta de paga) con un nuevo WhatsApp ya que la página tenía bloqueada la parte de whatsapp business, lo solucioné creándome una página web y haciendo una verificación desde Meta, pero el problema es que mis campañas publicitarias cuando quiero cambiar el destino de mensajería en mi nivel conjunto de anuncios me sale error, no me deja colocar el whatsapp que ya puede registrar en Manychat ¿alguna idea de cómo solucionarlo? Gracias de antemano

Hola buenos dias, queria consultarles porque estoy medio perdido con el tema de las secuencias.Yo arme una automatizacion, un mensaje con un boton con un link y despues la inclui en una secuencia.Esa secuencia le suscribi aproximadamente unos 3000 contactos y la active.El problema es que cuando ingreso a la secuencia me figura que solo se envio 70 veces…...y no comprendo.Esto significa que no esta llegando al resto de los cotactos?Desde ya muchas graciasCarlos

Tinha uma conta do manychat logado pelo Facebook com meu Instagram nele também. Quando fui colocar mais uma opção de login, o email, o site viu que eu já tinha uma outra conta e fez login nela sem nenhum processo de sim ou não. Quando fui perceber não conseguia mais voltar a minha conta logada com o Instagram onde eu já tinha todas minhas automatizações feitas e contatos nelas. Como faço para voltar para essa conta? Além de tentar logar meu Instagram nessa "nova" conta, é preciso de uma verificação onde não acho nenhum lugar para fazer isso.

I have been working on an automation with Manychat ffor a whileBut now I got a problem with syncing information from Google Sheets: When I use the “Get For by Value” function, it doesn’t save the imports I have to make.In the past, I was able to do it, but it has been at least week since it doesn’t work at all: I am exemplifying under here:I choose the spreadsheet, lookup, etc as usual. But once I click on “save”, when I come back, the information on which info manychat should get from the sheet, gets cleaned as if I haven’t selected anything before

He estado trabajando en una automatización con Manychat desde hace un tiempo,pero ahora tengo un problema al sincronizar información desde Google Sheets.Cuando utilizo la función “Get Row by Value”, las configuraciones que hago para importar los datos no se guardan correctamente.Antes funcionaba sin problemas, pero ya hace al menos una semana que dejó de funcionar por completo.Voy a ejemplificar:Selecciono la hoja de cálculo, configuro la búsqueda, etc., como siempre.Pero después de hacer clic en “guardar”, cuando regreso para revisar, la información sobre qué datos debería obtener Manychat desde la hoja aparece en blanco, como si no hubiera seleccionado nada.

As far as I understand, they would need to create a ManyChat account and add me as an administrator, but I'm not sure how they would do that.
