Ask and troubleshoot

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature.”   I select the option to “Grant Permission” and then select  “Edit access” to only allow for the ONE Facebook page I have connected … but receive this error message.  Do I have to allow this for all pages (I am the admin for several) when I have only connected the one page? This is the first day of my trail, really hoping someone can help.  Thank you!

Messages are sent to contacta but when trying to open the link it doesnt open. I reviewed the link, opened separately and it works fine. Users are not on instagram desktop.which is the problem? How can I fix it?

Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

Olá, Criei uma automação, porém ela só responde ao primeiro comentário, depois não responde mais nenhum comentário.Já realizei vários teste, de outras contas, mas não recebem a resposta automática.

What’s sent from Manychat doesn’t arrive, not the manual messages and not the automated ones! I have tried so many things and it doesn’t work.. do I need to charge my wallet so that messages are delivered or what?? Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?

After a lot of trial and error i got to thi point with this error message - Failed to create a create subscriber in ManychatError from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. I have successfully connected WhatsApp to Manychat, and I can see messages when they are sent however the recipient doesn’t see the messages I sent whether it’s automatic or manual.. do I need to download WhatsApp business and connect my phone?

Is it possible to exclude our subscribers on our subscription list(broadcast list) on our facebook ads? we don’t collect emails, phonenumbers etc. 

Hello everyone, I have 10 more steps after this update of custom field, but suddenly it just stops in this step and doesn’t move on. Is there anything I can consider that I might be missing? Hola, he realizado un flujo con la IA Strep en el cual solicito los datos para comunicarme e enviar la informaciónhasta ahora todo ha estado bien, sin embargo, haciendo prueba con personas reales  he tenido la siguiente dicicultadAl enviarle el mensaje: “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”, las personas suelen escribir cosas como: “ok gracias” “espero la información” “espero que se comuniquen”, la IA Step como que reinicia el chat y empieza a enviar mensajes como “necesitas ayuda” “pen que te puedo ayudar” , lo cual hace que el cliente se confunda, por eso veo necesario que despues de enviar el mensaje “Gracias por dejar tus datos, en breve se comunicará un asesor contigo”la IA Step deje de responder por una hora. Le di instrucciones que no responda despues del mensaje indicado, a lo cual aveces no escribe y otras veces si lo hace, por eso consulto por este medio si alguien conoce una posible solucion

Every morning I post on Instagram and put 3 links on many chats that get sent to followers. I was not able to do so this morning. My set up looks completely different. What happened. Followers are asking for links to my post, but only sending them 1 of the 3 links. What happened to the add button for more links 

Is there a way to edit the name of a contact in Manychat?If I create the contact, ok, I can enter the first and last name myself, but in my company, we receive contacts directly on WhatsApp, and the contacts are created automatically. I can't find the option to edit. Is there any way to do it?Thanks

How can I start a new conversation on WhatsApp through the link? I have a button on my website that took me directly to the conversation with my customer with a pre-written message, can I change this link to open this conversation in ManyChat?

I have an automation already tested and running: it sends a DM with a clickable link.Now I want to add a step to collect the person’s email address. Here is what it looks like (work in progress). However the message #2 does not get sent out. What did I do wrong?  Note: I don’t really need the action that tags the person, but I don’t know how to send a second DM without this in between...Thanks for your help!Justine 

Can someone please tell me how to add a YouTube link in an automation from a reel or post. I can do it from the templates for a DM but not from a reel or post.
