Ask and troubleshoot

This month, I’ve paid for pro as usual and the payment was successful, but after 10days the subscription has ended and Manychat is asking for renewal! I paid for pro for 30 days and my subscription is canceled just after 10 days with no clear reason. I paid a high amount for it and I don’t know what to do. This is frustrating that there is no explanation for this issue.

I created my first automation, but it’s not working. I have a Professional Business Instagram account linked to my Facebook account, but I don’t see an option to connect the tools.

Olá, estou começando agora com o Manychat. Não consigo de jeito algum ativar mais do que 4 automações do plano gratuito. Jã retirei todas as palavras chaves personalizadas, não estou usando nenhum recurso Pro e mesmo assim não ativa mais automações. Eles dizem que não há limite de automações e sim limite de palavras chave. Já fiz de tudo. Atualizei as permissões, apaguei, refiz o fluxo e nada. O que pode ser?

hello, i have Manychat pro and refreshed permissions BUT i typed a keyword to get some stickers (freebie) from an instagram post, i received the chat immediately to my inbox, I clicked the button to receive freebie but its saying ‘hmmm cant connect manychat?? what is this?’ Im concerned that this happens with my own automations to others! Also i checked on the instagram end in settings and permissions, thats all fine.

Recentemente uma rompi uma parceria com um expert e a estrutura era toda minha. Estou tentando usar a conta do Manychat para um outro projeto, mas para isso preciso mudar o nome de exibição e nenhum dá certo. Já mudei inclusive o nome da conta e nada adianta.Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso?

Hola a todo!,tengo una pregunta respecto al link entre manychat Facebook. Actualmente estoy intentando de publicar un par de anuncios por meta, y tengo un flujo creado en manychat que se activa con palabra clave y se inicia una conversación en instagram. El tema es que no puedo publicar el anuncio porque me aparece un error y al parecer es porque no se reconoce mi flujo creado. Cómo que mi facebook no estuviera con manychat, lo que si esta hecho.Ayuda por favor 😬  

Hi, I was just creating my first automation, on trial, but testing the pro account. I can't setup a very simple external request and I note that it shows a different required field (test contact) when comparing to some tutorials that I watched.In the upper right corner it's requiring a test contact, but I don't have a clue how to set it. But I don't see it on other users over the net.Another bizare validation is that it doesn't validate the json correctly… Even a very simple json it's gives me a strange error.{“oi”: “oi"} is not wrong… But it says Invalid JSON, not defined variables…Pls, anyone have any guess? Thank you! 

Pessoal, fiz um curso básico mas ainda não entendi para que serve o opt in, eu preciso configurar sempre?

why would we need this and how do we bypass??

I started a Many Chat account (1), added my IG page (1), then decided to create another IG account (2). I deleted the 1st IG page on MC, added my 2nd IG account, then tried to change the email. It didn’t work.So, I deleted both IG accounts, then deleted the Many Chat Account.  I started my 2nd Many Chat account with another email address, tried adding my new IG account (2) and it keeps tell me that it’s linked to another account and when I look at my 2nd Manychat, it’s shows my first IG account.Clear as mud?!  I don’t know how to fix the loop.  

Any idea why this might be happening? It’s been 4 days of not being able to do a DM automation on a post.

ola pessoal! boa noite, espero que todos estejam bem! estou com um probleminha bem chato na hora de veicular  anuncios de mensagem no facebook com o numero do Manychat. Assim que coloco o número selecionado para receber mensagem, o facebook me retorna a seguinte mensagem: É necessário ter uma conta do WhatsApp Business para veicular anuncios que abrem conversa no WhatsApp. E nao consigo de jeito nenhum seguir com o numero para dar começar a veicular. Nao sei se preciso fazer mais alguma configuração, por isso recorri a vcs, se alguém poder me ajudar ficarei agradecida 🙏🏻

Our owner and social media person does.I have a quick response in messenger for “Live Chat” so the customer can signal that they want to speak with someone directly.How can I make that message notify or standout to my owner or social media person so they know that specific chat needs their attention?They do not use the ManyChat platform and wish to keep all their communication within Meta/Facebook.Thanks

hi there, after a long break about two or three years ago, manychat features were free then,Manychat Fb messenger bot helped me a lot at that time. So again i came back to use its features but new plans that im not aware about it.  i have only one question. What does contact limit means?  suppose i have 10k fb messages, and the limit of contacts in manychat is 500 only. Does it mean i can only broadcast automessage to only 500?  pls explaim me and sorry my english is not good

I have a flow in Manychat that connects a chatbot made on Voiceflow with several social networks like Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram.Recently i´m having problems whit the connection to Instagram. When i text with the chatbot on IG the messages send and error when getting to certain part of the chatbot´s flow instead of following like it should it just goes back to the beggining of the chatbot flow and starts again.Already tried changing the flow in Manychat and Voiceflow but nothing and those same flows are working perfectly on the others plataforms, also refreshed the permissions and disconnected and connected the Instagram account again just in case. Can somebody tell me why this happens?

I have a flow where the reference and utm codes appears to be there in ManyChat and then once the automation is sent via IG the ref/utm codes disappear. It only seems to be happening with one particular automation - why is that the case? Has anyone experienced this?

I am facing problem with the Buttons that are not working on live automation chatbot.  When someone clicks on the button, it just represh the page, but not going forward What is the bug about?

I have a Pro account, but when importing contacts for WhatsApp, not all my numbers are being imported. I’ve already checked the number format, and everything appears correct. I'm importing from a CSV file.
