Hello everyone,I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days. Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword? 

what this happen in first time that the contact answers me? There are two bottom but they do not appear. 

Hi, i’ve a number of contacts and i try to add some of them to a sequence: than in the sequence there is a message with a link to an event (these contacts previously asked to be informed via DM about the event in the link).The first person i added to the sequence for testing received the message and everything was fine… but after i added other contacts to the sequence I had few issues:1 - only 10 contacts were added over the more than 50 i added with bulk action2 - none of them received the planned messages3 - there is a “processing window” that is idle… and seems it does not work…can you help me? what am i doing wrong? 

buenos dias me llamo Facundo, les queria preguntar algún consejo o que recomiendan para evitar que whatapp me desactive la cuenta? compre un chip para otro celular porque quiero comenzar a practicar integrar manychat con chatbot para whatapp business como tambien para integrar que tome los pedidos de reserva con fecha en google calendar pero me desactivan la cuenta en cuestión de horas, antes de comenzar con un nuevo numero había especificado en manychat que solo es para practicar y aprender , es posible que sea porque no esta validada la cuenta con el numero ? o que mas puede ser?  desde ya muchas gracias! me ayudarian mucho a mejorar el aprendizaje porfavor!

Hello, the "If Message Does Not Contain" keyword filter is not working. It does not save or update when I use this trigger.  Is anyone else experiencing this? I badly need this for my automation because it is too hard to predict all the keywords for some of my automations.  Am I missing something?  Any advise would be much appreciated.

when i signed up for manychat, i selected a USA phone number since my country (singapore) was not available. on the sign up page it said i can change my number later on after sign up, however i do not see this option in the settings? 

Olá a todos!Minhas automações em 2 contas diferentes, para responder no DM com gatilhos em mensagens em Posts, pararam de funcionar já tem praticamente 1 semana.A questão aqui, deixou simplesmente de funcionar, sem avisos, sem alterações e tudo está certo entre instagram x facebook, já segui os passos que eles indicam para resolver esses problemas a risca, mas nada resolve.Obviamente, já procurei tanto no facebook, como no instagram por avisos de qualquer suspensão ou limitação por o que seja, mas nada há.Já abri um ticket de suporte e até agora, não me respondem.Mas dia 15, eles vão lá descontar os USD 30 certamente.Alguém já passou por isso? Agradeço qualquer ajuda!

Buenos días, quería consultar si alguien está teniendo problema con los nuevos modelos de ChatGPT como el o3 / 01. Tengo mi integración funcionando correctamente con el modelo 4o-2024-11-20, pero decidí actualizar al último modelo y lamentablemente deja de generarme respuesta, ahora si vuelvo al modelo 4 vuelve a funcionar correctamente. Quise realizar este cambio porque cuando alguien le pregunta la fecha, ChatGPT siempre devuelve que es un viernes y eso me genera un problema.  Muchas gracias

I've launched an ad campaign and the ads optimization settings are going well. Then, after a few days, nothing works anymore. I look at the trigger Instagram ads is deactivated and doesn't appear at all. I go to redo the “Ads optimization” settings, then when I reconnect a “messaging” data source, the instagram account selection is no longer available because it's apparently ineligible. Thanks in advance for your help.  

I want to fetch data from an Excel/Google Sheet in ManyChat to create a chatbot for Instagram..? Whenever I ask a question to the InstaBot, it should provide a response using the data available from Google Sheets, just like a database..?

Hola, estoy teniendo varios problemas con el funcionamiento del bot en WhatsApp. Cuando los clientes escriben cosas como “quiero esta” acompañado de una imagen, o hacen preguntas fuera del flujo como “método de pago” o “qué sabores tienen”, el bot no responde correctamente y muchas veces reinicia el flujo con el mensaje de bienvenida. También he configurado AI Steps y palabras clave, pero en algunos casos no se activan o el bot alucina respuestas. Necesito ayuda para entender si es un tema de configuración o una limitación de la plataforma, porque esto está afectando la experiencia del cliente. Gracias de antemano.

It is not working for 6 days now. This isn’t so much of a question as it is an official complaint.  I understand ManyChat had to change a few things to comply with platform rules like having to send an intro message before sending the link in DM’s, etc.  But today, I launched a product and was devastated by the absolute failure this site.  I refreshed my permissions when I saw new features to ensure efficiency.  But the toggles didn’t work so I couldn’t select “Reply to DM’s” despite refreshing a million times.  There were so many glitches, and the format is completely different.  By the time I finally got an automation up and running, I tested it on a separate account and the link didn’t work.  I canceled the automation, refreshed permissions, and redid everything only for the automation to not work at all.  I have had multiple issues with ManyChat and now I am officially saying goodbye after today.  StanStore has a reply to DM automation that I will explore.  I just need something super simple that WORKS. 

Hello community, I have two questions about smart delay1.I set up an automation to notify my Instagram followers about a product promotion since we cannot use broadcasting in Instagram to all followers who used to leave a message.I'm not sure if this will work as expected. The Smart Delay is set to send them the promotional link 10 hours after their first interaction with me (=clicking the Show Me the Deal button), and they’re supposed to receive it between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM in their time zone, right?2.An Instagram creator sent me a DM on March 29 right after I left a comment on her post. I only clicked on the button yesterday, but I still received an automated reply.That should have been outside the 24-hour messaging window, so I'm not sure why the auto-reply still worked. Do you know why this happened?Thanks in advance.
