Hola, estoy trabajando en una automatización para Instagram en la cual quiero enviar un video adjunto. Pero cuando hago la prueba para ver como quedó, el video se ve pixelado.¿Alguien me puede ayudar con esto porfavor?

Hola comunidad,  Esta es mi primera pregunta que hago en la comunidad. Alguien alguna vez ha realizado o sabe como llevar el nombre del ad, adgroup o nombre de campaña a un sheets.Es decir yo tengo una base de datos de los contactos que envían mensaje desde mi campañas de META Business pero quiero guardar también el nombre de la campaña o del adgroup de la cual genero ese contacto como para incrementar la trazabilidad de el performance de mis campañas. Gracias

Hi! I created an automation to send a DM upon a comment with a keyword. I set it to trigger with any post, but it won’t work with a FB ad post. I tried adding the post’s ID and Manychat won’t find the post. The post isn’t showing either on the list when I try to set it to an individual post.I need this to work as my regular “comment X and I’ll DM you” posts, only that this time it’s from an ad. How can I make it work?Thank you!

Hola he creado una secuencia y la conecte a mi chatbot de msn, pero cuando he hecho una modificación no se publica, al usar el chatbot se pone a trabajar la version antoigua y veo que cuando reviso mi secuencia me dice que hay cambios sin publicar y que lo que hice se queda como borrador, pero revisando por todos lados no veo algun botón que diga publicar o actualizar secuencia. ¿Cómo hago?

Hola! tengo un flujo creado en instagram, en este le pido el email a la persona y dentro de este se le envía un correo, pero esto me esta haciendo que se me cree un contacto nuevo, que puedo hacer para que no cree ese contacto?

I was going to buy a WhatsApp number directly from Manychat to integrate it into my account, but then I got this screen.What I understand is that, practically, Manychat forces me to keep the PRO version to use the WhatsApp number I bought with them.Am I right or can I also have the WhatsApp number purchased with Manychat with the free version of the tool?

I want to have a system identify the posts from Facebook Groups I’m part of that meet certain criteria which I’m qualified to reply and someone provide an automated response on some conditional logic. For example, if there are posts in a group asking for Quotes on airbnbs that have 5 bedrooms minimum for specific dates and locations, and these match mine, I would like to autoreply in the way each Facebook Group requires. Does Manychat support this use case? Does anyone know if Facebook Group comments allow it for automation? The problem to solve is to automate a very manual and timely process every day to see which Group comments I am qualified to answer. 

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature. Ask the page owner to grant permission.” but no guidance on what I need to do. I’ve searched my Facebook business account settings and can’t find what to do. I’ve also tried Google but no luck! I’m likely just being dumb! Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it? Thank you!!!

Here’s what I have set up so far:Google Sheets Integration: I have a Google Sheet where I want to insert new rows based on user interactions in ManyChat. Insert Row After Flow: A new row is added automatically after a user completes a specific flow in ManyChat. Unique ID Requirement: I want to generate a unique ID for each new row that is added to the sheet.Specific Requirements:The unique ID should be formatted consistently (e.g., GL-0001, GL-0002, etc.). I need guidance on how to implement this using Google Apps Script or another method to ensure that the unique IDs do not duplicate.If anyone has experience with this or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it!Thank you!

Hi all,i want to integrate my Chatbot (Hybridai.one - like Chatbase) to ManyChat and create a communication flow for the user based on AI. Ideally i would not want to use make.com or anything else on top. So i am trying to get it done in an Manychat Automation. The only thing i am missing is between two dynamic content messages is something like “wait for user response”. The only thing i can find is “delay”. Any idea how to solve this within ManyChat?BR Stephan

How do we link instagram channel link in DM without opening to a new tab ?For example my automation looks like for stories, where Im basically asking users to join the IG free channel.But now when they click the link, it goes to a new window, while it should open within instagram channel page directly and let them join. The new window opening isnt working for channels and users not able to reach the channel. How do we make sure, the click opens within instagram and directly goes to channel page instead of opening a new window ?   

Eu uso a versão Pro do Manychat. Sempre pago US$15. Ontem fui olhar minha fatura do cartão e, para minha surpresa, me cobraram US$35. É uma diferença muito grande, ainda mais se considerarmos que o dólar está quase R$7,00. E eu não sei o porque disso, pois não contratei serviços adicionais. Onde posso resolver isso?

Good afternoon from Buenos Aires, community!I’ve been improving our AI CHAT BOT to the point that it’s working REALLY well. But i Have one problem. I can’t find an effective way to label the chats of people who NEED a human attention to resolve a problem or question. This is the most common sense solution i’ve found to implement, but it don’t seem to work well. In synthesis what I would need to do is: When people chatting with AI say the world “TALK TO / HUMAN / PERSONA”, [or it would be even better if AI recognized the situation] send that chat to a label to be more easibly found by our representatives.  Hope someone can help me and thank you very much in advance!

I lose a lot of leads on Instagram, because their message is not being delivered to their DMs - they just see a blank message.To make this situation better, I want to send a follow up DM if they didn’t click on the ‘comment reply message’s button after 5-10 minutes.How can I do that is this even possible? Hello Fellow ManyChattersI am trying to set up a sequence for my coaching clients.After a session they subscribe to the next sequence in their 12 week program.I want my bot to give them inspiration through out the day (2-3 messages a day) I have created an automation with a few added smart delays - so it is all in one automation pr. day.The client subscribes to a Messenger List and to the sequence - and all looks good - I think.But nothing happens - that is - no message is sent to the client at least.I can see in the chat with the client that the sequence is running, and the smart delay is triggered  - but no messages are coming through.Any ideas, hits or input - maybe I am missing something the is preventing the messages to come through?  Thank you dearly for your answers Asger
