Hello!!!NEWBIE with the tiktok many chat automations. I realize it’s not a comment on the post feature but the user has to send a message instead. So I set up that feature but I can’t seem to add a link. I can send a message but the link is not clickable. This message appears: ❗️Don't forget to update the default website link in the 'More Information!' button with a link to your website.❗️ - so my question is - WHERE IS THE MORE INFORMATION button??thanks!Rachel

Hola comunidad! Me está ocurriendo algo que nunca me había sucedido y es que, desde hace 2 semanas, algunos QR’s de mis flujos automatizados (y claro que están ya publicados), activan el botón disparador  cuando los escaneo con iPhone pero cuando los escaneo con cualquier dispositivo Android, estos solo abren la conversación con nuestra página pero no les envía el botón disparador, o sea “no arranca la conversación”.¡¿Alguien sabrá que sucede o alguien también batalla con ello?!

I’m trying to hack Smart Delays and follow up with someone via Instagram DM’s. I don’t necessarily need them to reply or take action. It looks like the users are going through the delays but for some reason they’re not being pushed into the next action which is another DM. Any thoughts on another way to accomplish this or how to fix?  

The automation is not working correct. my automation consist of 5 smart delays (so during five days follower have to receive massage in instagram direct). but on the third day followers stop receiving massages . so smart delay just not working. And it is happening everytime, even if i update my automation. what is the problem?

Preciso autorizar que os meus agentes enviem mensagens em massa, ou para novos contatos. Mas não quero transforma-los em editores para não dar acesso a mexerem nas automações. Alguem consegue ajudar?  

Is there any logic to distinguish audio from simple text msg?I want to make some deep automation to convert the audio to tex and use ai to answer it… Is manychat right place to make that kind of stuff?

Ya tengo la versión pro de manychat, pero no me aparece para pautar la versión pro de anuncios de instagram saben como lo soluciono? ya instale desinstale, verifique permisos y demas, porque este error y necesito prender pauta pronto

I have a funnel set up in my manychat for anyone who comments on my reels with a keyword gets a series of automations sent to them (5 questions to get the conversation going) then at the end I share a link to my website to direct them there. Problem is once people go thru this funnel once, and let’s say comment again on another post in the future I don’t want them to end up getting that exact same set of questions since I already know the answers. I would prefer to only send them the last message which is the link to my website. Is there a way to do this? So essentially they will only get message #8 in my funnel picture below when they comment again and not all the questions? Please help.  

Hey there,I'm quite surprised to see that ManyChat and Agorapulse are not compatible. Especially since Manychat promotes Agorapluse on one of its blogs. On the help page for messaging routing or conversation routing, there are suggestions that you can set another application as a secondary receiver. However, on exploring this forum, it's clear based on many comments and feedback from customer services it's not possible to have two external applications managing messages. And if you do want to, you have to set up some kind of complex integration that passes messages from ManyChat back to the other application, which sounds really cumbersome. Is there anyone who uses Agorapulse and ManyChat successfully? If we have set ManyChat as a primary routing messaging application, all the automations work perfectly and there aren't any issues, but Agorapulse direct messages stop working and you get error messages on that system.If you switch it t

I need an expert to resolve an issue with my ManyChat and Facebook Ads integration. Everything is connected—dataset to ManyChat, conversion tracking with ID & API key for Facebook Ads, and a custom action tag set to fire events when someone engages on messenger.However, the events aren't firing. I'm running LEAD objective ads using Facebook's default template, where ManyChat takes over after users answer initial questions and triggers a flow based on comments.This worked before my page got suspended. Since reinstating it, I refreshed permissions and settings, but it's still not working. I need help to fix this so conversions track properly in Facebook Ads.

I accidentally disconnected my Facebook page (let's call it "manychat page") in ManyChat, replaced it with another, and then quickly reconnected it. I ensured my Data Source is set to "Messenger" and followed the tutorial. Now, Facebook ads aren’t tracking conversions, despite the pixel being connected and Page Permissions refreshed.

Hello to the whole community!I had a problem with the connections in Manychat, so I reset everything and refreshed the connections.Everything looks fine, however, I can't configure the Instagram receiver, Manychat isn't displayed, yet it's present and activated in connected apps and professional integrations.Also, before I had “Manychat-IG” and also “Manychat app Instagram”.As the Manychat app is indeed connected and active, it no longer appears.Does anyone have a solution or a clue ? 

Hola. Creé un reel en instagram el cúal tiene una automatización de respuesta a comentario con palabra clave. Posteriormente ese mismo post a través de Administrador de anuncions de META fué pautado, pero hoy veo que los comentarios no han sido respondidos por la automatización de many chat.Como logro que los comentarios que se generen en el anuncio a raiz de la pauta de meta sean respondidos por many chat?No se que hice mal.

Up to this point the flow is set up, my issue is that I can only set up date/time and not only time. My goal is for when the user tries to ask a question that 24 hour window I can reply within that timeframe. Is someone able to help me with this?

Hi, I'm having an issue with a client where the automations are not working.In the triggers, they can't select any content, which means that ManyChat isn't able to detect their Instagram content.We've tried a lot of things:- Connecting the Instagram account to Facebook- Refreshing permissions- Triggering through private messages, but that didn't work eitherWe also tried with a different Instagram account, and ManyChat was able to recognize the content, so the automations worked perfectly.I have no idea where the problem could be coming from, so I asked them to contact customer support.If you've seen this with any of your clients, feel free to share your solutions.Thank youSylvain 

I already posted a video last night for an email type giveaway. I created the automation where they comment a word and I send them the link to enter their email to their DM. the email link stopped working for about an hour last night due to the number of responses and I’d like to send a follow up DM to everyone who has commented with the link again in case they had trouble. is it possible to add this to my flow that’s already been published and the follow up will be sent to everyone and not just new entries? thanks!

Hey guys, I wanted to ask if it’s possible for the gallery cards to expand or modal like to show more of the subtitle. This would be useful for product marketing, as it helps clients learn more about the products. If we only use a button like 'View Product,' it might disrupt the conversation, forcing clients to backtrack and read again.  Thanks...

Buenas a todos los Chatboteros en Español. Hace 1 semana que vengo usando Manychat y vengo bien pero tengo 1 problema. Miren el siguiente chat... No logro entender de sonde sale el “Si” que envia el seguidor ni tampoco comprendo porque Manychat contesta “Gracias!!!!”. Antes de instalar Manychat esto no me sucedía, alguno se da alguna idea? Muchas gracias!
