Não estou conseguindo receber mensagens automática, após a instalação do manychat. Podem me ajudar?

What is a subscriber and how is billing calculated? I use it to send information to people who comment on my free-to-use platform instagram for finding dog-friendly places.I post - they comment - they get the link - thats it thats all I want and all ill ever use it forI don't mind paying a little bit each month, but it is free for people to use. I've seen that 500 subscribers cost £15 a month, which I'm happy to pay. My question is, what are subscribers? Is it everyone who comments and receives an automated direct message? Can I delete them as subscribers after they receive the automated message? All I want to use ManyChat for is so that I don't have to reply with the links myself 24/7 and nothing else. realistically I cant keep using mnaychat if as the following grows im spending hundreds a month for nothing my accounds already grown from 0-25k in two weeks - currently on the free trial

Hi there!  I'm starting to use Manychat automations but the toggle button doesn't appear in my automation screen as can be seen in the print below.I searched in some videos and Manychat's tutorial and i'm quite sure that a toggle button must be in the left down corner of the screen.Because of that i can't run my automation. Anyone can help with that?  

So im getting a lot of traffic and in my videos i tell people to dm me a certain word for something in exchange. Im using manychat to auto reply to these dms and after around 3 days I got a message saying this:“To prevent your account from being temporarily restricted or permanently disabled, ensure that no other users or tools have access to your account and that you’re following our Terms Of Use. Consider changing your password to a stronger one to prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties”How do I fix this or get past it? Am I sending too many dms daily?

I actively use Whatsapp with Manychat, and recently the welcome message option has stopped working and has also disappeared from the settings menu. While researching I found a forum, and this has happened before recently, and it is happening again. Do you know how long it takes to fix these types of things? Pessoal, boa noite!Alguém tem uma boa ideia de como resolver o problema dos usuários que enviam mensagens “picadas” ao invés de escrever tudo de uma única vez? Ou seja, ao invés do usuário escrever: “Oi, boa noite, tudo bem? Poderia me ajudar?”Ele escreve 4 mensagens:“Oi”“Boa noite”“tudo bem?”“Poderia me ajudar?” Seria interessante criar um fluxo que ficasse pausado e só fosse retomado após 20 segundos após a última mensagem enviada pelo usuário e, durante esse tempo, ficasse concatenando as mensagens enviadas por ele em uma única variável… Alguém já implementou algo parecido ou tem alguma solução para esse problema?

Não estou conseguindo conectar o manychat ao Instagram. No meu primeiro acesso conectei a uma conta, porém não uso mais e precisei remover para adicionar outra, e desde então não estou conseguindo utilizar a automação. Pois assim que vou conectar ao Instagram, ocorre um erro, a página não carrega para que eu possa conectar.

Pessoal, tudo joia?Não alterei nada no meu Manychat e percebi que do nada ele parou de ativar o 2° gatilho das mensagens. Ele ativa o 1° normal, enviando mensagem no privado e respondendo o comentário…Porém, quando a pessoa clica no primeiro botão no direct, ele não funciona mais.já criei outros gatilhos do zero de todas as formas e acontece a mesma coisa já desativei a conta do Instagram nesse manychat e coloquei em outra e ficou a mesma coisa Já dei as permissões lá do Instagram tambémSabem como posso resolver? Obrigado.

I read in this community that the free account allows 4 automations/triggers. I only can have two. Am I missing something? Did it change?

Olá!Criei um gatilho como sempre fiz, passo a passo normal. Mas dessa vez quando eu coloco para rodar a automação, ele consta que preciso configurar meu gatilho, sendo que já está tudo certo. Quando entro na automação para “editar” o que o sistema consta como incorreto, ele apaga tudo o que já fiz. E fico nesse looping eterno. Já apaguei e fiz outra, ja coloquei dois gatilhos e nada resolve! Alguém sabe o que pode ser? 

My ManyChat subscription is pro. I did the integration with Hotmart, everything was fine, following the tutorial. I also set up the webhook in Hotmart, everything was fine. The test is ok, it turns green. But when I create a new automation in ManyChat and set the Hotmart trigger, it doesn't work. The contact doesn't reach ManyChat.I capture the contact through the abandoned cart on my Hotmart payment page. The Hotmart integration in the log says that it successfully sent the data to ManyChat, but when I go to ManyChat the contact doesn't exist there. And because of that the automation trigger doesn't work.I've done other tests, and it worked when the contact already existed previously in ManyChat. But I need this automation for abandoned carts, the contact is captured in the abandoned cart. And it doesn't go to ManyChat.Please, can someone help me?

Hello, Just wondering why my stan store link isn’t working when it’s sent in the message in an automation. When I can see my store link in the message on manychat i can see it’s blue (clickable) but when it gets sent to someone after they comment my keyword the website link in the message is not clickable. Please help, thanks!

I have set up my account connected to my Instagram via Facebook. I’m trying to set up automations but for any of my reels or posts it says they are collaborative therefore they can’t automate comments. But they are my posts/reels from MY Instagram. Can anyone help?

Hey there! New to many chat but have successful ig comment automations. I’m on the free plan, we’re a super small company. This is the first time I’m running into this while trying to set up an automation. I’ve tried removing the button and keywords and it doesn’t do anything.  Help!! 

Hola a todos, estoy haciendo un flujo con “Google Sheets Actions: Get Row By Value”,  el cuál consiste en recibir un input del usuario que es la especialidad del Doctor, por ejemplo “Pediatra”, por otra lado tengo mi directorio de google sheets con un listado de multiples doctores, entonces, funciona mostrando de toda mi lista solo el primer registro que coincida con la palabra “Pediatra”, aunque tengo mas de 10 registros con esta palabra, ¿Cómo logro hacer un loop o recorrido para mostrar los demas rows del documento? Anexo capturas de pantalla.Les agradezco su tiempo y ayuda. 😭So, Instagram has this limitation on how many comments/DMs you can send per hour and per day, right?Last time, I got restricted (not allowed to like/comment) for an ENTIRE day because I auto-replied too much.I've already called the Instagram support team, but there's nothing they can do about it.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or knows how to solve this problem?Appreciate it!!🤗

Simple one really, I always thought this was a feature but today for some reason it’s not working. Do ref URL links work when used as the Instagram bio link? I’m trying to trigger an automation straight from a profile link, but today when I add any ig.me url as the bio link, it becomes unclickable.And using the ref URL inside a linkinbio tool like Linktree also doesn’t work because the refurl tried to open within the Instagram WebView browser instead of the app.

Hi! New here to the MC community. Love the service so far. Just run into a couple of snags and curious if anyone else has had the same issue. I had a post scheduled to go up on Instagram, and so, for the flow I created on MC, I selected “when someone comments on next post or reel” as the trigger. When I checked on the post after it went live, I realized that MC was sending the wrong DM to the commenters. Upon investigating further, it had also changed the trigger selection to “when someone comments on a specific post or reel.” It had selected the wrong post and was sending a different DM.Has anyone encountered this or know how to fix it?Thanks!Slightly Frustrated

Until today, I had my reels automatically crossposted from Instagram to Facebook. This function takes over the caption 1:1. On Instagram, I have no problem if I ask viewers to comment with the Manychat trigger (e.g. “ebook”) in the caption.Now, however, three of these cross-posted reels have been flagged as engagement baiting on Facebook. Since I cannot change the caption due to the crosspost, I had to delete the reels because Facebook sent me a notification saying that my reels and page will no longer be recommended in the future if I do nothing. How can I place manychat triggers in my Facebook captions so that these posts and my page continue to be recommended?Or is this only possible if the trigger is mentioned in the video or as text?I would like to create a comment automation for our Facebook Reels and before I upload the posts individually, I would like to be sure that they comply with the guidelines.

Hello! I've previously created automations for instant replies in direct messages whenever someone comments on my reels. Initially, it worked a four times, and now, as I attempt to introduce a fifth automation, I encounter an issue. Attempting to activate a trigger, I find the toggle in the left corner turned off, accompanied by a message stating, "You cannot activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access." My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message). I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.I appreciate any assistance you can offer!
