Hey guys, I don't even know if this is the right place to post it. I wanted to give feedback and show my appreciation to the customer service. I sent a ticket, I think that's how it's called, through the online form because I had huge problems with my bot. Within a day Emelly from the Manychat team answered and provided helpful tips. She answered every followup question within 24 hours and she solved all the problems with my bot. She had a lot of patience and explained everything very well so that I as a noob could understand it. I am very thankful and appreciative for Emelly's help. If that is how every customer at Manychat is treated, then I am impressed. What a great service. If not, please give Emelly a raise, or at least a bonus. She is doing great work. Have a good one y'all

Hi, I have 2 FB business manager accounts. 1 of them is for my default business, and the 2nd is for a completely different business.For the 2nd business manager I started using ManyChat. In order for ManyChat to work properly I need to verify the business (in FB) and if FB will ask for documents, I won’t have anything to show.. If I write in the verification my business name, (that exists in the 1st business manager info), will that name be seen to the users who talk with me in Whatsapp? Thank you

Les cuento que soy muy nueva en esto de los chatbots, asi que aun estoy pagando derecho de piso.El problema que tengo es que hice una automatización que se dispara cuando el prospecto escribe un mensaje determinado por messenger y he configurado todo, saludo de bienvenida, menu, etc. Pero sigue sin funcionar me voy a messenger escribo las palabras que deberían disparar la automatización pero no sucede.

Hi there. I need to add new subscribers and update existing subscribers when they opt in to WhatsApp via an Activecampaign form. I have tried using swagger but it keeps giving me an error token not recognised even though I am creating the token correctly. Any help or ideas would be appreciated :)

I am running 6 automation sequences between IG and FB with the Ads integration pro feature. We have a great ads team and all of our ads are yielding results minus these. And when I say minus these, I mean we have been running traffic for over a week with ZERO triggers of this automation. This is way too bad for it to be creative only etc. Am I missing something here? Anyone had this issue and found a workaround?Thanks,Richard

O manychat não sobe conversas do instagram quando falamos com o seguidor e ele responde, mas caso o seguidor de maneira espontânea fale conosco a mensagem sobe. Alguém já passou por isso? Sabem dizer o que pode ser?

Has anyone been having issues with Ad Leads being added to ManyChat? I’ve been running ads with a keyword and the lead would either type the key word or click the button, and the automation would begin. But since Monday only Ad Leads aren’t being added to my manychat. They don’t get the automation, nor can I manually start the automation since they aren’t a contact in ManyChat.However when I test my automation through other accounts that don’t follow me and they type the keyword it works. So the automation works only for people that don’t come from ads (and again it was working before). Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Andrew

Why have us pay for a pro account when we can’t get timely help from support? 😡Why is it so hard to find links for support? And when you do find the link - it’s broken! 

The automation keeps triggering again when the customer gets to the end of it and writes what's his question. Is there any way of stopping it? 

I created a new account yesterday, IG connected no problem. I set up my first automation yesterday, and tested it with a static post from a while back. Worked beautifully.Today I went to set up a new automation for a Reel I was about to post and I selected the “Next Post or Reel” option for the trigger. I used the same trigger words, replies and links from the last automation so I know the text/copy/flow should all be good. It didn't work – no automations are sending.I tried editing the previously successful automation from yesterday and adding a new trigger so that anyone who comments the same keywords on any post gets the reply, but it's still not working. Even the automation that was working yesterday on the static post isn't working. None of them are working.I tried refreshing the connection permissions multiple times. Still nothing.Can anyone help? I specifically tested it yesterday so that I wouldn't run into this issue today as this was a really im

People are commenting on my reels and I have the auto responses set up, it’s not working suddenly and hasn’t been all week. Help!

Je n’ai pourtant pas dépassé le seul car je n’ai encore fait aucune requête. Hello, I am trying to connect my whatsapp to an openai assistant as a chatbot to converse with using custom knowledgebase. But the problem is in the POSt requests are not working with me. After i save the conversation thread and the user responses in their variables, I try to send it via post request in json format to my application url, but i get this error: <!doctype html><html lang=en><title>500 Internal Server Error</title><h1>Internal Server Error</h1><p>The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.</p>

I have the keyword comment to DM setup for instagram, and some people's settings do not let them receive DMs"This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone."Instead of replying to their comment "sent! check your dms!" can manychat recognize that they can't receive messages and send a different replay "I can't DM you, you can check the link in my bio"?I've seen one creator do this, not sure if he's using manychat.

There seems to be a problem with the live chat dashboard, where conversations that have been assigned do not appear on the dashboard.no filters work here.This only appears on the mobile application,is there any solution for this?? 

Hi so I’ve been looking at videos to set up automations to have those quick reply’s on my reels or post with the keyword I have like example: they type the keyword than id like for the automation to reply “Sent pls check your DM!”……..Then they’ll get a dm with the link but I don’t know how to get those reply’s to the keyword does anyone know pls.
