Pessoal, estou com um problema . Eu mesma criei o conteúdo, já fiz todos os testes que o Manychat solicita e mesmo assim as minhas automações não funcionam. O único ponto que esta aparecendo agora é:  Para publicações colaborativas, a automação não funciona com comentários feitos na conta de outro membro. Mas a minha postagem não é colaborativa, e nenhuma das minha automações está funcionando por conta disso. Alguem pode me ajudar? Por favor!!!

Fiz uma automação de envio de um fluxo de mensagens com 2 gatilhos: comentário num post e o envio de mensagem no Direct. O gatilho da mensagem no Direct está funcionando, a pessoa recebe a primeira mensagem com o botão de Resposta Rápida e inicia o fluxo normalmente.Já no gatilho de comentário no post, a pessoa recebe a mensagem SEM o botão de Resposta Rápida. Com isso, não é possível ela continuar o fluxo.Como resolver isso? É algum bug?

If the customer sends a message after 1 day or 24 hours, instead of continuing from where the automation left off, it returns to the beginning and causes repetition AI answers. this needs to be resolved because I'm losing customers.

Since the system does not see these message types, the automation does not work and the messages remain unanswered, there must be a solution to this

I made a new automation but it is not working. My followers are typing info but getting nothing. I literally recreated a new automation 10 times to make sure I’m doing everything right, but it’s not working.

I had this issue today. I have the same automation from previous posts but today the auto reply isn’t working. The automation is sending the DM and liking the post but not commenting. Anyone else with this issue?

I believe if you want to have automatic comment replies in Facebook, you need to switch ownership of conversations between apps. Right now we’re using meta business manager - would this cause any problems? Do you have any experience on what it looks like when Manychat has primary ownership of conversations - does it affect all conversations, even if the trigger words are not used?

Estava vendo alguns directs de quem já comentou nos meus posts antigos (tipo há 2 semanas atrás) e não estou vendo as respostas que havia programado lá (no direct) pelo many! As respostas tem um tempo determinado para ficarem nos directs das pessoas??? Os comentários estão ok lá nos meus reels mãos no direct das pessoas não vejo o fluxo! 🥹 fica tudo em branco (e não impulsionei esses reels) pode me ajudar?

HiI’m trying to connect whatsapp to a Custom GPT through Pabbly connectI’m a newbie…  Here’s how the flow works: 1. Receiving the Message on WhatsApp: The user sends a message on WhatsApp, which is handled by ManyChat. 2. ManyChat Webhook to Pabbly Connect: ManyChat sends the details of the WhatsApp message to Pabbly Connect via a webhook. 3. Pabbly Connect Sends the Message to XYZ CUSTOM GPT: Pabbly Connect takes the received message and sends it to the ChatGPT API endpoint XYZ CUSTOM GPT. 4. XYZ CUSTOM GPT Processes the Message:  generates a response based on the received message. 5. Sending the Response to ManyChat: The response generated by XYZ CUSTOM GPT is sent back to ManyChat via Pabbly Connect. 6. ManyChat Sends the Response to the User on WhatsApp: ManyChat takes the response and sends it to the user on WhatsApp.   can u pls help?can u pls explain in details? Tenho meu fluxo e como pode ver na foto tentei fazer essa lógica da tag fluxo comecou e nao disparar novamente, mas nao deu certo e ele continua enviando mensagem, meu objetivo é que uma vez que ele digite a primeira keyword e o fluxo inicie, mesmo que ele mande outra keyword nao reinicie o funil e sim continue do mesmo jeito apenas uma vez

The triggers aren’t working on my reel because it says “for collaborative posts the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator account” but it isn’t a collaborative posts. It’s only my post. Does anyone know how to fix this?

can a i import facebook contact list with user conversation id

I have been sharing a link to my private what's app channel for months within a link or button in many chat.  Recently, however, when someone clicks my WhatsApp link, the user is not taken to the what's app channel. They are prompted to download what'sapp (even if it's already on their phone.).  It never pulls the user to the channel.Is anyone else experiencing this?The only workaround I can find is telling the user to “open the WhatsApp link in external browser.”  Most users wont go through the trouble. Any other ideas?

Is it possible to configure an automation to start with a webhook? For example, I currently use an ecommerce site where it allows you to add webhooks. Is it possible to add a trigger that starts an automation in WhatsApp that comes from a webhook?
