Is it possible to configure an automation to start with a webhook? For example, I currently use an ecommerce site where it allows you to add webhooks. Is it possible to add a trigger that starts an automation in WhatsApp that comes from a webhook?

Hi guys,I have set up a few automation flows with my Instagram account (Business account). However, we want to set our Instagram to be private before we launch (but ultimately will turn it back on Business after we launch). If I do so, will I lose all the automation flows that I have set up previously on Manychat. Thanks! 

No primeiro uso que fiz da ferramenta,  configurei um fluxo para enviar uma dm como resposta aos comentários de um post no Instagram... configurei 3 respostas diferentes mas o Instagram me bloqueou por suspeita de spam com menos de 1000 comentários na postagem.Agora não posso responder a nenhum comentário no Instagram. Vocês podem me ajudar?

Pessoal minha conta do API do whatsapp foi bloqueada, eu contestei a conta retornou porém no manychat ainda fica o aviso que foi bloqueada.mandei mensagem no numero ele está normal, porém não estou tendo acesso aos contatos pois não carrega.

Hola, realice una prueba para ver como funcionaba y como se miraba la sifusión masiva, la primera vez salió muy bien, pero las otras dos veces que lo intente hacer ya no mandaba a mis contactos suscritos, me aparece enviado a 0 pero 18 contactos suscritos que deben recibir ese mensaje.¿Cómo lo puedo resolver?

Alguien sabe donde se quita una automatización realizada por Manychat no está en mis automatizaciones y les salta a todos los usuarios que comentan. ¿le paso a alguien ? Gracias 

Hi friends, how are you?I recently started using manychat and I'm really enjoying it.However, I realized that I am spending much more than expected.I saw here that there are other plan options but I can't contact anyone to help me.Do you know the best way to get support? I'm using it in Brazil and apparently there aren't many users here yet.   

I am just starting with the free version. Trying to set up a comment trigger to send a link to a website to buy.  It took a while to figure it all out because the tutorial is not working. (not confidence building) I get all set up and the preview seems to work correctly. I hit the go live button and it says I have to sign up for the Pro trial!  WTH?  I any not using any features marked as PRO and can’t find any chat help or 800#  I am quickly loosing faith that this system will work for me if I can’t even get a basic thing done.  It is NOT very intuitive. I know I must be doing something wring, but how the heck do you get any actual help around here? BTW NONE of the previous posts here have helped me figure out the issue! I need some specifics or a number to tech support or something.

My automation isn't working. I built it, two people tested it, including myself from two different Instagram accounts, and everything was fine. However, it doesn't start for a friend of mine. He has tested my automations before, so we don't understand what the problem is. It doesn't work for him with two different keywords either. Where should I look for the issue?

I am loosing sales! Just because I cannot reply manually to him. At some point I have to take chat manually. Why I am not being able to reply?

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’ve been experiencing with our automation. We’ve set up an automation to respond only to specific keywords, but it seems to be replying to all Instagram stories, even when the keyword isn’t mentioned. Additionally, it sometimes triggers multiple automations at once, which is causing confusion and frustration for both us and our audience.This is for a large account with a significant following, and this issue is making it harder to streamline our processes rather than simplifying them. Hi there,Facebook recently banned my personal account for no reason, i created another one and gave me full access to the facebook page of my business.Then in Manychat i needed to refresh permissions but it isnt working:This page cannot be accessed due to an error!It seems that you are logged in with another Facebook profile.Try logging out of your Facebook account and try again. I dont have access to my past facebook account, how can I resolve this?

Streaming with AI doesn't work. My AI subscription is active but the AI flow doesn't work, only the non-AI flows are working, when I try to use an automation with AI the contact simply doesn't receive any messages. My page is connected correctly, my instagram and permissions are also connected correctly. I use AI to serve customers and I had a big impact.

I want to add New Contacts via Zapier but I get this error when sending to Manychat and it doesn't create New Contacts. Can anyone help me?
