Hello, everyone.We already have a WhatsApp line in the company and we would like to add it as a channel to Manychat.Currently, we are using another platform where we receive WhatsApp queries.It does not allow us to add the existing line and only gives us the option to add the new line.If we select “Use my own number” it takes me to Meta. I advance a little with the configuration and when I get here the only option available is to create an account, when we already have one.Thanks for the help.

Is it possible to create a DM follow up message? When I send a DM on instragram it would be nice if manychat could follow up 2 days after if the user doesnt reply. Is this possible?

Soy nueva en manychat, cuando cree la cuenta habilite la pro de 14 dias. En su momento pense q podria pagar, pero ya vencido, en este momento no puedo pagarlo.Cancele la suscripcion a pro cuando se vencieron los 14 dias y aun no se habilita (lo hice ayer), ¿cuantos dias demora en reactivarse la cuenta?  Se ve asi Entiendo que muchas ventajas de la pro que ya habia programado en las automatizaciones las pierdo con la gratuita, pero debo tener habilitado mi numero de tlf y asi sea con respuestas automaticas debo habilitarlo

Some automations are being activated in my direct message without the user sending the trigger. In the middle of the conversation mediated by the social seller, an automation is suddenly sent, out of context. Is this a Manychat configuration or an Instagram error?This automation indicated by the arrow emoji that was sent suddenly.

Hello, I am new to ManyChat and need assistance. I attempted to link my WhatsApp to the platform to automate responses and manage messages from here. I had to deactivate my number on WhatsApp because ManyChat was not accepting it, indicating that it already had an account. After deactivating it on WhatsApp, I was able to link it to ManyChat, but I couldn't respond to any messages. I panicked and tried to deactivate it on ManyChat, but I CAN'T. Now, not only can I not see incoming messages or respond, but I also can't return my number to WhatsApp. It doesn't work! It's a complete disaster.  Please Help me. Whatsapp is the first way of contact my clients.

Hi i I set up an dinstagram automation but when they send me a message the conersation starter doenst ignite. What do i do wrong?

After a love-hate relationship with URLGenius, we’re looking for deeplinking alternatives to open Manychat Ref URLs (on both Messenger and Instagram, if possible) directly on the Messenger and/or Instagram apps. What platforms would you recommend? How have you been redirecting contacts from a mobile browser or email platform without getting them to type their email and password to log in?

Hello,I am new here and planning to use Manychat from tomorrow on for my creator account on IG. About a month ago I created my free account with Manychat but am currently having neither keywords defined nor an automation set up yet. I just logged in and it shows me that I have 14 contacts already without even having used Manychat once...I don't get it. My private account is one of these contacts, and I am 100% sure I did not subscribe to my Manychat account or test a keyword or something as I did not even have set a keyword yet.How can that be that there are random IG accounts (some of them spam accounts, but not all) added to my contacts & community without having interacted with any of my posts (as my IG account is new and I will only be starting to post from tomorrow on)? As I am planning to go for a paid account with Manychat but as the price increases with increasing contacts, I want to make sure that I only pay for contacts who actua

How many FB & IG Accounts can I add to one Manychat account please?

Acabo de importar apenas 10 contactos siguiendo las instrucciones de la guía de Manychat. Todo parece estar bien, salvo que no puedo enviar transmisiones a esos nuevos contactos imporatdos, pero sí a los que había agregado manualmente.Me fijé en el parámetro de Whatsapp ID, agregando el número correspondiente sin el signo “+”, como indica la guía.Tengo suficiente dinero en el monedero.Y mi plantilla ya fue aceptada por META.Cual podría ser el problema?Gracias

A algum tempo atrás eu contratei uma empresa (API Oficial) que faz basicamente o que Manychat faz mas cobrava o triplo. Quando descobri que o Manychat fazia a mesma coisa, cancelei o serviço lá e tentei migrar pra cá. O problema agora é que não consigo conectar aquele numero no Manychat. Minha conta Business no face já foi verificada pela Meta, esse numero não tem whatsapp instalado (virgem) e mesmo assim no final do processo, depois de confirmar o código SMS ele diz que houve um erro e que devo tentar mais tarde… Alguém sabe o que pode ser?

Dear Support Team,I have created a rule to update a custom field whenever a tag is added to a contact. However, after applying the tag to all my contacts, the rule did not trigger as expected.The rule only works if I manually change the tag by entering the chat with each contact.I need to apply this rule to my entire client base of 220,000 contacts. Hi, how can I change the direction of the automated chats and move them to the “General” section instead of the “Main” one? 

Após efetuar cadastro e vincular meu número de contato ao Manychat plano free meu whatsapp foi bloqueado não tenho mais controle e acesso, gostaria de saber se o suporte pode me direcionar ou orientar para desbloqueio e ter novamente controle e acesso ao whatsapp bisiness

Olá! não consigo cancelar as inscrições de contato, sempre dão erro. Preciso de ajuda pois estou pagando por contatos que não preciso ter. 

Using Manychat most of the time for dm Automations based on Keyword comments, and it works for 90% of the time, but for ±50 Messages a day I have to manually send the message.The user which commented gets an empty message to his DM’s where it says something like that: xxxx sent you a message to a comment u wrote. (dont know exactly cause I use german Instagram, but u can take a look on the added Screenshot) Is there anyway to fix this?
