Hi I am Debbie and am starting  new digital marketing business.  I have a new Instagram for a new business. I have a personal and established business FB for my older already existing company. I do NOT have a FB page for my new business as I plan to run it off IG. So I signed up for Manychat and cannot get my new Instagram set up. Only my old FB and instagram . There is no way to add my new one?  What do I have to do set up another New FB page for account to sign up?  I will appreciate any help I can get!Thank you,Debbie

alguém pode me ajudar?  eu fiz todo processo de automação e ele funciona normalmente todas as etapas no direct de quem fez o comentário no Instagram, porem quando a pessoa vai clicar no botão do link para direcionar para uma página ele não localiza essa página, o link está correto, já testei outros e nenhum funciona, alguém sabe me dizer o que pode estar acontecendo?   

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. The trigger didn't work for that specific contact. And I made sure that the automation was ON, etc.I would like to understand: what could have caused this, if this is a common issue, and what can I do to deal with issues like this?Plus, and most importantly, how can I "force" to start automation for that specific contact? Will it really get deprecated soon?  Will it affect both Messenger and WhatsApp? Then how to follow up outside of 24hr if we want to have ongoing conversation throughout the entire CJM? Why Meta does this? On Telegram it is so nice to be able to send a message at any time. How can I achieve long-term conversations with customers that will buy like in a few months? Alguém mais já passou por isso e pode me ajudar com o que eu devo fazer? Ele está respondendo normalmente o whatsapp, mas qualquer mensagem que tentamos responder no chat ao vivo não da certo, ele simplesmente não responde. O robô no instagram está ativo, facebook também.

I have a question about automation with ManyChat. A few months ago, I had an automation that worked, but only organically; if I ran a paid ad with it, the automation wouldn't work. I understand that this is no longer an issue, correct? I want to know how to create an automation that works both organically and with paid ads. Do I need to set up two separate automations? One for organic and another for paid? Can I use the same keyword as a trigger for both? Could you please send me a step-by-step guide? 

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right? 

Olá. Vi que o Manychat tentou me cobrar hoje pela assinatura PRO (que possuo há muito tempo), no valor de 15 dólares. Ok!E também um item adicional (Manychat AI / AI Automations and Conversations), no valor de 29 dólares. Eu sequer conheço esse “Manychat AI”, não sei onde encontrar, jamais usei, porquê estão me cobrando esse adicional? Alguém sabe?

eu não consigo mais ativar a automatização depois que cancelei minha assinatura, agora me pedem para ativar a assinatura para poder ativar a publicação, mas eu tenho somente 229 contatos.

Meu cenário:Manychat → bot de resposta inicial → abre chat → conversa com humano → humano seleciona TAG de funil de vendas.Criei uma automação para com o gatilho do nome da tag, adicionar um campo personalizado de etapa de funil ex: Fechamento e posteriormente enviar via API para o WEBHOOK personalizado do MAKE (não é para o widget do manychat do make). Porém ao selecionar a tag, a api não é acionada, apenas o gatilho.Já tentei inúmeras vezes, mas não dispara a api se eu selecionar manual, as vezes se estiver no fluxo do bot funciona, mas não é sempre...

But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?

Desde ahí puedo enviar un flujo dando la bienvenida.Hasta ahi voy bien.Ahora… lo que quiero hacer es lo siguiente. Se envia el link para suscribirse, la persona visita pero no se suscibe o no visita. Lo que quiero a las xhs mandarle un recordatorio que no lo hizo. Como puedo hacer eso? Gracias! 

Pessoal, boa noite. Estou recebendo mensagens do ManyChat informando que eu não tenho fundos para enviar meus templates aprovados. Só que pelo que entendo, eu tenho direito a abrir 1.000 conversas por mês pela meta.   Olhando a central da meta, consta que só enviei 12 mensagens.  Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso?
