Hi.  I am Nirjari and just joined Many chat. I am loving the features given on this app.  However, I am unable to find option to reply publicly on the comments I receive on my Instagram reels or posts.  I am able to send DM however I wish to engage with followers in public.  How to do it? I couldnt find that option.  Also, mine is basic plan and not paid on manychat.  Please help.  Regards, Nirjari 

After connecting my ChatGPT API key (the basic version, not Pro) with Manychat to automate Telegram and configuring the automation correctly, I decided to put it to the test. The messages work fine, but I noticed that when the flow reaches ChatGPT, it doesn't respond to user questions.Does anyone know why? Do I need to have the ChatGPT Plus version for it to work properly?

Hi I am Debbie and am starting  new digital marketing business.  I have a new Instagram for a new business. I have a personal and established business FB for my older already existing company. I do NOT have a FB page for my new business as I plan to run it off IG. So I signed up for Manychat and cannot get my new Instagram set up. Only my old FB and instagram . There is no way to add my new one?  What do I have to do set up another New FB page for account to sign up?  I will appreciate any help I can get!Thank you,Debbie

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. The trigger didn't work for that specific contact. I have a question about automation with ManyChat. A few months ago, I had an automation that worked, but only organically; if I ran a paid ad with it, the automation wouldn't work. I understand that this is no longer an issue, correct? I want to know how to create an automation that works both organically and with paid ads. Do I need to set up two separate automations? One for organic and another for paid? Can I use the same keyword as a trigger for both? Could you please send me a step-by-step guide? 

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right?

However, I'm encountering an issue when users respond with something other than the provided options. Specifically, I'm struggling with how to handle the situation when a user inputs an unexpected response, without causing an infinite loop.Here's the scenario: I've implemented buttons or a list of options for users to choose from. But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help!
