I have a question about automation with ManyChat. A few months ago, I had an automation that worked, but only organically; if I ran a paid ad with it, the automation wouldn't work. I understand that this is no longer an issue, correct? I want to know how to create an automation that works both organically and with paid ads. Do I need to set up two separate automations? One for organic and another for paid? Can I use the same keyword as a trigger for both? Could you please send me a step-by-step guide? 

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right?

However, I'm encountering an issue when users respond with something other than the provided options. Specifically, I'm struggling with how to handle the situation when a user inputs an unexpected response, without causing an infinite loop.Here's the scenario: I've implemented buttons or a list of options for users to choose from. But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi there! Every time my bot is activated, the connection with ManyChat goes down. This happens consistently, and I have to update Instagram permissions each time. But this week it's even worse! I’ve been using manychat pro but I got a new credit card. Because of this, my Manychat was removed from pro and is now basic. I can’t for the life of me find how to upgrade. Idk if it is a glitch, but there is no option anywhere to do it. Can anyone help with this?

So I only have 1 automation on my dashboard, but whenever someone DM’s my IG, doesn’t matter what, it sends out an Auto DM telling people to send their e-mail. Now, I remember writing this flow but I have deleted it I’ve tried multiple times to click ‘refresh instagram permissions’ in case it was stuck, but it still says the same. I’ve tried everything and have searched everywhere, with no help to be found. Any ideas what I should be doing? Note: The 1 automation has nothing to do with the DM, it’s a comment flow

Hi everyone,Hoping to get some help here as there have been support delays at Manychat. We have a new pro MC account and we are working with several influencers on Instagram. I have already been added as an admin on their Facebook accounts, and  their FB accounts are connected to Instagram, per MC recommendations. I have gone back and forth with MC, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, confirming 2FA, etc., still the Instagram accounts of the influencers are not showing up when I go to add a new account in MC. Has anyone dealt with this? It’s really slowing us down now and MC support is taking 5-7 days between replies. Thank you
