It seems that META updated Instagram, and as everyone knows, whenever an update comes there also come side effects.Alberto Magnus shared 2 prints of one of his clients.Apparently, when receiving messages from new people, this message will fall into the requests tab and will need to be approved by the APP. Therefore, the automation trigger will not work for those who have never sent a message.In the Facebook Graph API, there was an update on 04/08/2024.Is anyone else experiencing this or have they already received this update?  

Hello! I have a problem that my automations on reels do not work if a new contact write there. I had no problem earlier. But last 3 months Ihave this problem and do not want to write to everybody manually “write me in direct”. Do you have some this problem solving? thanks!

I have an automation for Instagram comments that should trigger when users post certain emojis (😍 🙌 🥰 💯 ❤️) in the comment of the post, however, it’s not triggering. Any help would be appreciated.

Yesterday I installed my first automation on a free account. It worked yesterday and today it no longer sends automated messages to people who comment on a post. What happened and how to fix it?

We have been using automations for sending IG messages when someone comments on a post and all of a sudden they quit working yesterday. It’s not showing any of our recent posts for us to connect the automation to. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I am so glad this only began happening a couple of weeks after I set up things relatively the way I wanted them. BUT I can not edit anything successfully in a flow now, the main reason being all of the steps seem to just disconnect and fall apart and part of it vanish when I go into editing mode. Let me tell you, this did NOT happen when I was setting it up in the first place. Also, a certain button appears one way to some people (works correctly and says the right things) and shows up incorrect and not working properly for others. This is just not good.

What I want to do in automation is that my automation sends one of the 50 texts randomly. When the user comes back here, the last sent text should not be sent again. Instead, one of the remaining 49 should be sent. This should continue until all 50 texts are sent. Once all 50 are sent, it should reset and start over. How can I do this?

 Updating automation produces error message:  Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.  How do I automate and follow up message to go out in a specific timeframe after the first message is sent?  If the message is marked “comment reply” it disconnects the Smart Delay??? When I login to manychat on my windows 11 laptop, I get a white screen.  I do not have a problem when I log in using my iMac pro.   I run Norton Internet Security and also use CCleaner.  i am also using NORD VPN on the windows laptop, but not the iMac pro..  I also get a white screen when i click the “get started for free” button.  How do I overcome this? 

I’ve created a quiz through a Manychat template, using actions to increase points and conditions to match the results but it seems that the points through the quiz are not summed, in fact the results at the end of the quiz it’s always the same no matter which option has previously been picked. Is there any trick i’m missing?
