I succed in automating a whatssap chatbot with Manychats and I could integrate it to chatgpt using my secret key with no problem. My question is: how can I then integrate my chatbot with and specific assistant I have built in openAI platform. I mean, the general model of gpt is uselss for my bot and I need to integrate it to my assistante to deliver personalized answers. I guess that it should be possible by inserting the assistant id along with my secretkey. I’m currently using the free version and am concerned about all the unwanted Spam messages that I am receiving DAILY -- do those count towards my 1,000 contacts limit?Do messages RECEIVED count toward the 1,000 contacts limit?   Or just messages I send/respond to? Thank you in advance. 

 I hope someone can clarify this problem for me. I created an Instagram ad with a post that I had already published and for which I had activated an automation so that it would respond to comments and send messages directly to the DM. However, once the advertising started working, the automation does not respond to comments.Has anyone gone through the same thing? Could you give me advice or recommendations? Manychat is having problems, 90% of messages sent from Instagram do not reach manychat, and so the automation is not triggered or is cut off in the middle.When will they resolve it? Are manychat developers on vacation? Crap

Hi,I configured my bot two weeks ago, and it was working perfectly until yesterday. The bot is no longer triggering for Instagram messages, whether they are comments or direct messages. It simply doesn't respond.I've checked all settings, and everything is on. The trigger words are correctly set, and I haven't changed anything. I'm at a loss for what might be causing this issue.I visited the Manychat Status page and saw that there were issues reported back in April 2024. What can I do to resolve this?Additionally, there are many messages that appear on my phone's inbox but do not show up in ManyChat. I verified that these messages are not in the requested messages folder.Thank you.

Hi community! I need help with automations in ads. In our company we have different tipe of treatments, so we produce different ads. The Manychat automation sends the same information to the different ads because we create the rule with key words like “price”. Does anyone know if a certain ad can be discriminated from that automatic response? Thanks a lot.

Hello, hope you guys are doing well.I need some urgent help.I’ve been using Manychat for months with pretty much no issues.I’m running a keyword comment trigger that DMs the user and then collects email in exchange for me sending them a free guide.I’ve been receiving an influx of comments over the past week (probably around 2,000 total).Out of nowhere about 48 hours ago, my account stopped auto-replying to comments and it stopped sending out DMs to everyone. It basically just completely stopped working.I have went through all of the troubleshooting, refreshing permissions, and anything else I could find.Manychat support takes days to respond. Can someone please help me? This is really hurting my business.P.S. the DM automation is still working on my account if someone messages me a keyword.Thank you very much.

I have a DM Automation set, that triggers, when a user sends a keyword, but it doesn’t work for my active contacts. I also can not subscribe them manually.It is set up pretty simple and worked before, because I duplicated an autoflow that worked in the past. Is this maybe because of the 7 day rule?I can’t even see the replies with the keyword to my DM in the live chat of that contact...

I created my first automation for IG. It looks fine, but I realized it wasn’t working because I didn’t select the post I want it to work for. When I go back in to edit the automation, I’m not given the option to pick a post where I’m supposed to.When I click on the “when” it gives me options to add the keywords, but nothing about which post it would be for. I’m using the automation for capturing customer data with a lead magnet. I’m stumped.  

Yo, guys. So basically when I joined manychat in June. I was in a trial period and it ended at June 22nd but then pro version stopped working obviously and I wasn't using any of the features. I couldn't pay at that time cause I didn't have any money on me, now today at July 11th I finally renewed my subscription but it says that the next payment is on July 22nd. How come is that? Since I wasn't using the features of the pro version from June 22nd why does it go like this? The moderators of manychat please change the billing period to a month from now, otherwise it's not fair and I wouldn't wanna use manychat in the future.  

Hi guys, I have a problem regarding subscription box “get updates” in automations. Sometimes is not working properly It is like if user received the subscription box in the past automation do not send it again to that same user, and automation like stops if click in “get updates” is mandatory to go forward in the flow.So, many users that I have prompted in the past reach a dead end. Have any thoughts or can somebody explain me how this can be fixed?The ideal escenario is no matter what the user did in the past, if he dont respond to the prompt why cannot send it again ?
