Hello, I cannot delete my broadcast stream and I edited it, but I have two similar streams, what should I do? 

The function doesn't work for me. I have it activated. I have several clicks on my advertisements and the messages are not sent to them. I suspect it has something to do with that 4. Does anyone know anything about it?

I think this should be straightforward, but I can’t figure out how to do it…I basically want to have a random reply to an comment on my Instagram posts. So, somebody comments, I want a store of 7 or 8 standard replies, and I want to randomly reply with one of those…I just want to reply to the comment - I don’t want to DM, I just want to reply…Has anyone done this?

When I create automations that use buttons I noticed that I would sometimes get messages that said “Get Updates”. It turns out the button text defaults to "Get Updates" on desktop. It seems to work fine on mobile for now so I’ll direct customers there. Is there another way to fix this? Thank you!

I use the ManyChat API to receive information about my subscribers, chats, and tag updates. While I can obtain relevant information about the subscriber, I do not receive any information about who is responsible for the chat on the ManyChat side. For example, if I want to create a deal in CRM based on conditions in ManyChat, I need to assign the same manager responsible for the chat in ManyChat to the deal in CRM. How can I resolve this? I have checked the API documentation, but there is no information related to this crucial detail. I need help!

I’m trying to get SMS up and running so I can finish the campaign I’m working on and start testing it live, but I can’t get Twilio to approve my toll free verification application. Keep getting declined because apparently I’m not doing the right thing for the opt-in workflow.I include verbiage in the Messenger opt-in step to tell them we’d send them promotional texts like I see all over the place. Apparently that’s not enough, and I need something more thorough to do it right? What exactly do I need to include/do to make it right?Thanks!

Hi all. I can’t seem to find a way to communicate with contacts via email within the Live Chat panel. I have set up email accounts within the system, and can see how to use emails as part of an Automation, but not how to make this part of the chat. Is this possible?

I created a webhook with just the default return for the dynamic block, and even so I keep getting an error. Basicailly I am building a flow where after receiving instagram message from the DM, manychat should send a request to a webhook with user data and the text itself. When I am trying to send multiline message in instagram(shift+enter) oc PC or new line button on mobile phones manychat webhook is not triggering, . With inline or single line messages which does not include new line works pretty fine and I believe that’s a bug.
