 I'd like to find out if there's a way to add labels like these. With multiple customers messaging simultaneously, having labels like these would make it much easier to keep track of what stage I'm at with each client. 

Is it possible to start the automation by asking, “What’s the best email” without having a button the user needs to hit? I am attempting to bypass the “As comment reply,” but it won’t let me proceed without a button. Essentially I would love to go straight from the first step to the third, pictured below.Any and all insight into this would be wonderful! Thank you so much in advance!  

I don’t get it. At first, I thought this service was GREAT. I was contemplating paying!But then, the cracks started to appear.Somehow I ended up with two triggers in my very simple automation (customer comments a keyword… sends a message). Then only one of the triggers would turn on.If I tried to make a new automation, I couldn’t turn the trigger on (despite using NONE of the pro features here). So I found out I could duplicate the automation that worked, and usually that would mean I could turn on one, or the other, of the triggers. Not always the same one. Sometimes the first one. Sometimes the second one.I duplicated my automation again today, assigning it to a different post. Changed the keyword.Can’t turn on either of the triggers. I keep getting a warning that:You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Hello, I wanted to set up a main menu for Instagram and Fabecook DMs.I created a menu for Messenger and the same menu for instagram.In Facebook Messenger the main menu can be seen, but in Instagram nothing shows.I already worked through the connection stuff an Instargram, but all seems to be connected right. Can somebody help me? Greetings Verena 

I want to implement the features like  first i send two message one is messager list and send is my own mssage. now i want features like if user is not click the “Get Updates” means user is not subscribe the messager list so if user send one msg then i want to send again this messager list. I try but thing is what first time it working next time i got only one message it is my own mesage. so please help me what i need to do for making features which explain.  

HiI am quite new here, I set a few automations (triggered by specific words) on my IG and FB account, but I am seeing that some followers on my FB are getting GET STARTED message on their messenger, and I don’t know what and what that is. It does not seem to have any connection to my automation processes, and I do not recall setting anything of the sort. Can you please advise how and what to check? I am lost here. Thank you

I’ve heard about the Instagram issues, but I’m having a similar issue with Facebook.  Is this a Meta thing?Customers scan my QR code and they get the response “Get Started” but no flow.  I’ve had these running for months with no issue. 

I notice that a lot of my auto DM’s to IG comments are being sent but the recipient hasn’t received it bc IG is prompting me to invite them to a convo first? This new convo/contact isn’t reflected in Manychat either. Do I need to add a step to the automation so I get confirmation they want to receive the automated message first and THEN send the comment reply message?? HELP!!

How can I export my contact list as a pro user?  Ive been trying with different methods like using actions but nothing. Thank you 

Hi Everyone!!! How do I deal with offering a freebie if you follow me, but then a person goes and “unfollows” and then “re-follows” to get the freebie? I just tested it on my personal vs. business account and I got the message that says I’m already a subscriber. So then I “unfollowed” myself and RE-Followed myself and I was able to get the freebie. Thoughts?

We offer various types of courses across four locations, and while attempting to create the trigger, I noticed that there's no option to create a new flow as shown in the video tutorial. I need students to be able to click on which courses they're interested in, such as our Brow and Lip Blush course, which should then lead them to another flow with options for course locations , then collect their email and phone number before directing them to the right page on our website. Please help.

The button to receive updates to add subscribers to the sequence does not appear except at a very, very few subscribers, and the rest never appear to them 

I have been having issues with the link in my Manychat response. Many of my subscribers complained the link didn’t open. I finally had time to work on it today, and I decided to delete the automation and create a new one. But to my surprise, the deleted automation is what is functioning and not the new one. I have refreshed the page and restarted my computer but the problem is still there. Thanks for your help

When someone responds to my story, the only option I found is to like their comment, and then I must send them a text. My question is, can ManyChat just like the message sent to me? Without the text?

I’m creating a Manychat appointment setting using Voiceflow as the chatbot source, this bot is currently being used to manage inbound DMs. Something I have encountered recently though is that when a user sends 2 messages quickly and in succession the bot will send the 2 identical messages in return.  For examples:Bot: How many clients do you have?Lead: I have 4 clients right nowLead: But I’m about to have a fifth very soonBot: That is great to hear!….Bot: That is great to hear!…. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? If so that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m just learning how to use ManyChat. I started creating an automation, but I wanted to edit the Keyword I chose. When I went back and clicked on edit, it won’t let me create a new keyword. I literally can’t click on the word “Trigger” because it’s all greyed out.Could someone help me figure this out?thanks,Lorna

Hi Guys! 👋 How are you? I'm having a lot of difficulty to make an external call to Dialogflow. I can't assemble the HTTP Request headers in order to obtain the appropriate authorizations. I know that there is an application from ManyChat itself that integrates dialogflow in a simple way, but in my case, I need this communication to actually be done via external call.Could someone with experience help me?If that's the case, I'm willing to pay for the help. Thanks so much!
