I’m currently experiencing an issue with Instagram Messages on the web version.When I add a button to a message (via tools like ManyChat or similar), the message content gets cut off and does not display fully. Some parts of the text are missing, which makes the message unclear or incomplete.However, this issue seems to only happen on the web version. On mobile devices, the message still displays correctly and works as expected.Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? 

Hmmm! So I cancelled free trial and purchased pro but it’s not reflecting in my account. It still says “upgrade to pro” I’ve reported it and have 2 report tickets but the problem hasn’t been solved and nobody has reached out to me from support.

My use case: leads fill out a Tally form (with explicit WhatsApp opt-in consent), Make processes the data, and I need to automatically create the WhatsApp contact in ManyChat to deliver personalized results via an approved template.The endpoint appears in my API swagger documentation and accepts whatsapp_phone as a parameter. But when I call it passing first_name, whatsapp_phone, and consent_phrase, I get this error:"Permission denied to import wa_id. Hello, I am linking a custom OpenAI Chatbot with my WhatsApp Business account to allow users to interact with the Chatbot via WhatsApp. I want the response to occur as soon as possible (ideally within a few seconds), but am having trouble doing this. I can have a trigger to communicate with OpenAI based on a WhatsApp message from the user but it must contain certain keywords, which is problematic since the user would always need to include a specific keyword (or one of three keywords). I could have it be a date/time based trigger based on the last time of interaction on WhatsApp but the minimum value I can put is 1 minute, when I’d prefer it be immediate or just a few seconds (10 seconds at the most) since waiting for for a response detracts from how effective the interaction is. Any suggestions for how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

is there any way to resend logged messages  due to insufficient funds in your Wallet.I just see in the log that there are like 70 messages that were not sent.. is there a way of knowing to whom they belong…?

I’ve been planning to runs messaging ads using manychat on Instagram. I’m so frustrated that after trying every possible solution recommended by the support chatbot, I haven’t got a resolution on itIn return, it created a support ticket where there has been no response at all since last 3 days. I created a second ticket yesterday and still there hasn’t been any updateCan anyone please suggest what can be done? It is very disappointing that even after being a pro user, you cannot contact a “real person” from support who can give some clarity rather than AI generated responses.

I’m running a Meta Lead Generation ad (using the "Instant Forms and Messenger" hybrid type) where my video script has a soft CTA asking people to "Comment AD" for a free PDF. Because this is a "dark post" created in Ads Manager and not on my profile grid, I’m struggling to get the ManyChat Instagram Comment Trigger to recognize the ad and fire the DM automation.In ManyChat, when I try to use the "Specific Post" trigger, the manual "Enter Post ID" box isn't appearing, and the post doesn't show up in the "Promoted Posts" list. I’ve already set up a Ref URL as a backup on the Lead Form's thank-you page, but I really want the "Comment" trigger to work for the social proof. Has anyone found a reliable way to link a comment automation to this specific "Instant Form" ad type without having to post the ad to the main grid?

I have a question, why are we not notified when Permissions need to be refreshed? Some of my followers did not get my Manychat message when they followed me. This is a bummer because I want to look and feel professional and have direct contact with my followers, now I have to go back and resend my message when they should of gotten the message the first time they followed me. This is what I pay for, but when the system fails why aren’t we notified.

When someone comments on a post, no DM is sent at all.Here's what I've already tried:- Reconnected Instagram from scratch (deleted and reconnected)- Updated Instagram permissions multiple times- Recreated the automation from zeroStill nothing works. I have a csv file with ~600 Instagram Scoped User ID but when uploaded to facebook the list is “Ready” but I still can’t make a lookalike audience from it because the seed audience is too small. From meta documentation they say I need at least 100 Instagram Scoped User ID’s So how many do I need?

Hi there,  Wondering if anyone can help. I set up an automation after the post had already gone up and users had started commenting the trigger word. There are at least 16 iterations of the users commenting before I set up the automation that do not appear to have triggered the flow to send them a dm. There are 3 iterations where users commented after the automation was active and that has run.  Any ideas why those previous comments did not receive the dm? My understanding is that Manychat should work even if the automation is setup after the user comments? Am I wrong?  Thanks,C  

Hi All - I have not been successful when trying to set up the step to “a DM asking to follow you before they get the link” in the “Auto-DM links from comments” automation.  Can someone tell me how to enable this feature so it works properly?  I have been testing it on posts and it does not ask anyone to follow me.
