What's happening is that the automation is activated normally when my follower comments, and it responds to all comments normally, and then sends the direct message to my follower normally, but my follower doesn't receive it.And when I send the message manually, my follower receives it normally.The Meta Pro support team has already told me that everything is working normally with my account, mainly because the manual message is working normally, and that the problem is on ManyChat's side.ManyChat support has responded several times, but always with some suggestion to redo the account connections, but nothing solves the problem.I also deleted the Instagram account from ManyChat and re-established the connection, and still nothing works.Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Hi,I have created an automation for WhatsApp, but the external requests are not being triggered.The request itself seems to be correct, because the test request works properly.My request calls a PHP file where I added logs for the incoming requests. When I run the test, I can see the request in the logs. However, when the WhatsApp automation runs, the request is not made, and the flow continues with an empty response.Few time ago, I used similar external calls with the Instagram channel and they always worked correctly.Could you please help me understand why this is happening?ThanksEly

As the title says the automation randomly stopped working yesterday on our account across all of our posts. Already tried refreshing permissions and deleting and creating automations, but nothing seems to fix the issue. So just wondering if this is a problem from Manychats side or ours?We also started running meta ads on the same account yesterday and it feels like it stopped working right after we launched ads.Thanks.

Hi guys  I went through all troubleshooting steps , I refreshed permissions etc  I have over 100 DMs and they show up on manychats and my contacts on many chats but they are not receiving the automated message.  It was working fine when i tested it but now not working when the story went live Any help would be appreciated 

Hello, I recently made a new Instagram and Facebook business page. I made just one post, ran an ad on it and configured manychat to automatically reply to the comments in the post and DM. It was all going great until I just got a notification from both facebook and instagram that I’m restricted from running ads. Is there a fix to this issue? Does contacting support help? Thanks! Note: Manychat is the only app I installed, no more apps or anything and I haven’t even had that many comments. 

We have an automation, when it ends, someone from the company using whats-app for business, will reply to the user with a free text, but doing so will show the welcome message again (the automation will re-start)?? so how we can prevent this? so the automation should start/resume only if the initiator user type a message? and not when we (our company) users reply to user input? this is possible? and how? Thanks

Hi everyone,I've built a flow that works perfectly for first-time commenters. Here's the setup:Trigger: User comments on a Post/Reel or replies to a Story Story reply → heart-tap. Post/Reel comment → automated public reply (rotating set of 5) on any Post/Reel. Condition check: does contact have tag "MF Entered Flow"? If no tag → add tag → 3 min delay → DM #1 → DM #2 If tag exists → flow ends (no duplicate DMs)The problem:When a contact who has already completed the full flow comments on my next post (a new video uploaded the next day), nothing happens. No public reply fires. They're not re-entering the flow at all.I've confirmed the tag is correctly applied to these contacts. The issue appears to be at trigger level, the flow simply doesn't activate

Ok guys… Pretty simple.   I am trying to setup ManyChat to do the following. (and it is sort of working already)Reply to facebook comment that someone makes by posting a new comment (CHECK!  That is working) Fire off a private message to the person that made the comment as a welcome message (CHECK!  That is working) Here is where I have a hiccup….  I don’t want it to DM message people every-time they make a comment on a post.  Many of these people comment daily or more than 1-time a day.   (FAIL…. This is not working)… It is sending a message every time someone comments on a post.As far as I can tell I added a tag to check if someone had been messaged before and if so…. do not send a message but rather add a tag to the person as a “already received message” then applied a “delay” to keep that tag on for 90 days then remove it.   See my flow below.    Tell me what I’m doing wrong…..Keep in mind.. .I’m BRAND NEW… so I may need

Hi, my question is this: I started a new automation from scratch. I'm trying to set it up so that Claude is having conversations with people who follow me up until they schedule the call, and I'm having an issue. I created a Claude trigger, and nothing worked. Can somebody help me with this automation?  I know I'm missing a step, but I have not been able to figure out how to do this properly. 

I would like to set up an auto-dm from comments for the same reel that went to instagram and facebook. It works for instagram now. I then tried to go to settings - channels and connect my facebook channel to set up a auto dm there as well (I assume I need to do two automations for insta and facebook separately)? It then took me to a payments plan again - do I need two payment plans for instagram and facebook separately? If no, how to I set up the same automation that I did for the post on instagram for that post on facebook?

Hello to ANYONE who can help!THIS IS LONG, BUT PLEASE READ! I’m so frustrated, I’ve been paying for Manychat for months, while it hasn’t been working. I haven’t had any success with the support either. It has taken forever for a support to get back to me via email, and I’ve spent hours on the chatbot doing the same thing over and over again that it suggests with NO success.I’ve almost given up on Manychat and hooked up my Stan Store auto DM to respond to my comments on IG this last 2 weeks, which worked fine too up til yesterday, when even those would not reply to the IG comment, but would still send my product to their DM. The problem is the customer doesn’t know it is in there or to check their “message request” for it, so I’ve had to go back into each individual comment and tell them to look there. My content and comments are popping off and I don’t have time to do that and am losing a ton of business with it.  I know ManyChat is the best option

Hey guys, I just had a post who was starting to get more viral this week and suddenly, all my Automations for the Auto-DM links from comments stopped working. Also, even before that, a lot of my comments would not have the specified keyword to trigger the Auto-DM links, but Manychat would still respond like a bot and reply to the comment as if it had the keyword. Does someone know what’s the problem here and how can I fix it? It’s really disturbing and can be a huge turn off for the growth of my page and my business.😕😢Please help me

Hi everyone,I need some urgent help from the Manychat support team regarding a completely unjustified billing issue on my account.Here is the situation: I started a 14-day Pro Trial which ended on April 12th. On April 13th, I received an email stating that a $39 payment failed. The critical problem: I NEVER connected any social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or SMS to this account during the entire trial period. I only connected my very first Facebook page today. If my account was completely empty with 0 connected channels and 0 subscribers on April 12th/13th, why did the system automatically generate a $39 invoice (which corresponds to a high subscriber tier)?This is clearly a system bug/error. Can an admin or someone from support please help me clear this incorrect invoice so I can finally upgrade and start using my account properly?

Everything was working perfectly, and then suddenly Instagram comment replies stopped working (DMs still work fine).

It’s not responding to any comment right now although it was 2 days ago. I think it’s only Dming half of them as well not sure what to do.

Hope you guys can help me, I have an AD that runs in English and I have it set up for ManyChat to reply to that new follower (the goal of the campaign is traffic/followers). I have an identical AD running in Spanish, however I don’t want the default automation I set up to send them the reply in English.I’ve read about ManyChat AD automations and I believe they’re only triggered if the user “sends message” from the AD. My goal at this time is to gain followers only, any ideas for how to send those followers a unique message based without them having to press “Send Message”?Thanks in advance

I want to import contacts using a .csv file, but the system fields for 'Email' and 'Phone' are not appearing.I am writing them correctly in the .csv file, but they are not being detected. As a result, I can't upload my database and I am unable to use Manychat.How can this be fixed?

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with new many chat subscriber delays from facebook messages.Starting on 4/27/26, Most new users who message our business facebook page has a few minute delay before manychat system adds them as a new subscriber.  So basically if a new user sends their first facebook messenger message at 1:00pm then their subscribe time will likely be 1:02pm or after for some reason as apposed to before it was immediate. Also at the same time this issue has also caused the first welcome message to not automatically send which has caused us to have to manually send a majority of them, to fix this issue we created a rule within manychat that checks after 2 minutes to see if they are subscribed to the welcome message and if not it sends it which has helped fix some of the sending manually. The other issue at the same time is when our automation ask the new customer for their emails, after the customer sends their
