I want a flow where the post is an offer teaser, and when people comment how much what is the offer etc, they get the offer in their inbox with buttons to order, but the business has a new post with a new offer daily, and i can’t just create a new automation every single day, there must be a better way to do this instead of running 365 automations by the end of the year, please help me :) what can be done to do this smoothly with logic idk p.s. i need all of them to eb running and i can’t do unique trigger words 

Now, practically, what I want from the flow is I want to create a flow that I can then reuse, and that if a person sends a specific keyword that I set up previously, then it will ask him, hey, do you want to download it? where ? do you want it to your inbox or email?Practically, and I want from them their email address. That's the main goal. And no matter how we do it, it sends only the first initial message and then it stops. I used the prerdesigned simple commnt to DM flow and it doesnt work. I tried this for the entire day since morning, probably about 15 hours  - but its not firing away the entrire flow. I have every thing set up all other automations work fine. But it will not connect “Follow to DM” and comes up with the message “ it isn’t available for your Instagram account. This feature is currently in beta.”I checked other conversations and Raquel C (Manychat Community Manager) said 2-mths ago that…  “this feature is now available for all users”. I had 2 organic posts that I was using the comment a word to DM automation. It was working fine. I then went into Meta Ads Manager, made a Traffic Objective Ad optimizing for Instagram profile visits using these two existing posts. Now neither automation for those 2 posts work.Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you.

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. I'm relatively new to ManyChat, but I have a specific question:I'm having trouble sending sales information from my WhatsApp channel to META. I create a new flow and add a META ACTION/EVENT at the end, but ManyChat won't let me select the pixel to which I want to send this information.Also, the "META ACTION/EVENT" field in the flow only allows me to enter the sale price. This doesn't make sense because I have over 200 products, and the price changes constantly; it's not fixed. How can I send the exact price to META through the pixel?How can I solve these two problems? Could someone help me?

Hey everyone, I’ve connected my Facebook page to ManyChat and it shows as connected, but I can’t make any changes in the “FB” section. Instagram is working perfectly though. Has anyone faced this or knows how to fix it?

Hey guysI’m seeing a forced ~5 minute delay on Instagram story reply automations, even when the flow is set to respond immediately. This only seems to have started recently.I’m currently on ManyChat Pro, so I wanted to check: Is this an intentional change or an Instagram/API requirement? Hey y’all — I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this 👀I created a broadcast subscription sequence where users should: Receive the “Subscribe to updates” prompt Click to subscribe Then automatically move through the rest of the sequence Here’s the issue: The sequence is not completing once someone subscribes Some people (who already follow me or have past DM history) are randomly receiving only the “Subscribe to our updates” message They do not receive the actual subscribe button or the follow-up messages in the sequence As a result, they’re stuck and never enter the full automation Everything appears to be connected, but parts of it are showing as not connected or not triggering correctly. Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.)

HiI have an issue I had not had before with smart delays.I have message sequences with several smart delays. All work but not the last. It was working but since my last update of the sequence (just message content changes) I get an error messages.I set the smart delay to 23 hours and it tells me it need to be below 24 hours (???). Even if I put one hour I get an error. Then I tried minutes and it also only accepts if it is 23 minutes or below.I really think this is some kind of glitch. It was working before without any issue. 

Please help me to solve this problem “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I already clear the cache, but it seems not working

hi i am using the pro subscription and my contacts are less than 5k why the pricing is higher? 

My Instagram DM automation suddenly stopped responding to most messages, even though I haven’t changed any settings.The automation is enabled for all Reels and posts, but it currently replies to only 1 out of every 10 comments. Since my settings haven’t changed for over a year, I don’t believe this is a configuration issue.An urgent solution would be greatly appreciated, as hundreds of customers are currently unable to receive price information.

I track every new follower and I noticed that manychat is not consistent with profiles it sends the automated welcome message to. on my recent 55 followers manychat sent the message to 23/55 (42%) of new followers. Is this common or is there a fix for this?

My ManyChat account won’t let me do ANYTHING. I can’t delete it, I can’t remove the logins, I can’t do anything. It’s connected to a Meta account that got blocked, so I can’t use it. I need to delete this account or remove the logins, but I can’t do anything on this stupid page.  

I have updated all the things, and the follow to DM still isn’t working.  It worked for about a week, and then suddenly just stopped.  Thoughts?

Hey! I would love to start a "say hi to new followers" Automation in Manychat Sadly I get the "unknown error" text on my Mobile Phone Manychat App, aswell as when I try it on the desktop Website with "couldn't create Automation"  I have the free plan and would just love to use this simple Automation before paying  I re-connected my Instagram with my Facebook Business Account and it should be perfectly fine, but sadly its not working since days.… Thank you!
