I can’t connect my Instagram to manychat Did everything from help center.Deleted the apps and restarted everything, tried different devices and browsers. It just doesn’t let me log in, like something is preventing it. but it did work on other accounts!  please, can anyone help me out 🙏🙏🙏

Hey everyone, I’ve connected my Facebook page to ManyChat and it shows as connected, but I can’t make any changes in the “FB” section. Instagram is working perfectly though. Has anyone faced this or knows how to fix it?

Hi All!set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? I’m trying to figure out if there’s any way to obtain a WhatsApp user’s geolocation using Manychat.At the moment, the only user-related data I can access is the last input message, so even if the user sends their location via WhatsApp, I’m not able to capture or process it as structured data.I also considered an alternative approach where the user manually sends their exact address, and then consuming an external geolocation API (Google Maps, Mapbox, etc.) to resolve coordinates. However, before going that route, I wanted to ask: Does Manychat provide any native way to capture WhatsApp location data? Is there any workaround, integration, or custom development approach that could make this possible? Any insights, experiences, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙌

Hello everyone,I’m facing a blocking issue with Instagram advanced permissions and I’ve already exhausted all standard setup steps, so I’d really appreciate guidance from anyone who has seen this before.Context: Instagram account is Business Instagram is correctly connected to a Facebook Page Facebook account is Admin and Owner Business Manager is active and healthy Two-factor authentication enabled ManyChat is already connected and working for: DM keyword automations Comment → DM Regular Instagram messaging The problem:When I try to enable “Welcome message for new followers”, ManyChat asks me to update permissions.At that step, Meta always returns the error:

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great! 

Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.) 

When I had my free trial it worked fine, but now that I am a Pro user it isn’t working anymore. Please advise on how to fix this. I tried the delay and then removing the delay and still no luck.
