havent used manychat in years, how can I restart without having tags/triggers and all sorts of stuff tied to the existing users. Have about 1500 contacts and want to start a bunch of new automation flows, but not sure if half my people are opted out, etc from previous flows. Is there a way to set everyone to “new” and basically start over? (restaurant business)

Hello,My ManyChat workspace is currently showing the subscription status as EXPIRED, and I am unable to reactivate Marketing Automation only, displayed in my account as R$ 149/month.This same issue happened previously, on January 21, 2026. At that time, the payment/renewal flow would not complete correctly, even though the issue was not related to card limit or a bank authorization block.The issue was resolved only after the existing stuck/expired subscription was cancelled or reset by ManyChat support. Once that reset was done, I was able to renew successfully through:Settings → Billing → Subscriptions → Marketing Automation → Renew SubscriptionI am now experiencing the same situation again: Current workspace status: EXPIRED Product I need to reactivate: Marketing Automation only

I’ve been following the steps of the AI Chat Bot for hours and my Facebook and Instagram automations are still not working. I’ve also searched and worked through many of the old posts. The bot won’t connect me with an agent. I am more than willing to pay for ManyChat if it works!! Please help!!

Hi,I’m working on setting up a Ref URL trigger automation, however, when clicked the link brings the user to the DMs and notes that they have arrived there through a shared link, but MC does not track the automation as having been triggered, nor sends the “next step”, a DM message. The dm note is shown in the picture below above the reply text box - and to clarify the previous dm messages above it are from a different older and unrelated automation. The current automation and trigger are listed as published. I have updated/refreshed all my IG and FB permissions (as well as disconnected and reconnected all permissions through Meta Business Suite). I don’t have any conversation starters that would interrupt the automation. I have allowed access to messages in my message and story controls. I also have tried recreating the entire flow from scratch, and simplifying to what is pictured below, compared to a more complicated flow I was planning on

I have it set it up to say hi, send a message, then send a free resource. It says Live and has been live for 3 days. Since sending I have recieved 25 new followers but no messages have been sent. I checked by following myself from a different account and I can confirm i didn’t receive the flow. Any Ideas?

Hello,I am experiencing two technical problems with my Instagram automations:1. The automation is not triggering: When a user comments the keyword on my post/reel, the system does not publish the automatic reply in the comments, and it does not send the DM for the user to click and get the PDF. It simply doesn't work.2. Bug in the Flow Builder: I cannot connect the blocks in the visual builder. When I click and drag to connect one step to another, the visual connection line does not appear. Even if I add a new step automatically, the connection line remains invisible. The blocks look isolated.Can someone help me? Tks

Ig and meta says connected to Manychat, but when tried to log in to Manychat it still asking to connect a channel - when I tried to connect meta or even IG it now says accounts are already connected to a Manychat account. I tried to remove access from IG and Meta and went the same process without help.

So I created an automation that sends a DM when someone comments a specific word on my reels or stories. The first message gets triggered correctly and shows a button saying “Yes, I want this.” The person clicks on it successfully, but the second message sequence never gets triggered after that. I’m not sure why this is happening or where the issue is in the automation flow.

I’m new to manychat. I just set up an Instagram automation, but it is not working. I have no idea what’s wrong. Any idea what could be the issue?

I am unable to create an IG automation.  Never had a problem with the feature before but I am getting the message, "Couldn't create automation.  Try again later". I've been trying for hours, signed out, signed back in, redid the whole automation - nothing has worked so now I have to manually send links to those commenting on my IG reel!  Any ideas?? Thanks!

Hi Everyone! I’d like to ask for your help regarding an issue with our ManyChat account.When we log into the platform, this is all we can see. We have already connected our Instagram account successfully, but it does not appear anywhere in the dashboard.Also, the platform seems incomplete:there is no left sidebar menu no Settings option no navigation menu at allThe whole interface looks empty and unusable, as if something is missing from the account or the workspace did not load properly.Could you please help us understand what might be causing this and how we can fix it?Thank you very much in advance!Best regards,Kitti

Hi! I had to disconnect manychat temporarily but now that I’ve connected it again, the chats aren’t synced. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions. Is there any other ways to sync chats?Cheers

WhatsApp Manager shows 163 messages received. However, ManyChat only shows around 70 contacts/conversations.Important notes:The WhatsApp number is correctly connected to ManyChat. I have a client trying to connect IG via Meta but every time she follows the steps listed here, it gives her an error that says “Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI”. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Hi!I just set up the automatic DM messages that are sent to new followers, but no messages are being sent. I already refreshed the permission from Instagram, but this doesn't help either. Hi all - I just started ManyChat and I believe I did all the features right. I have a feature where I want to send (1) a reply to a person who comments the word “Self-love” on any of my posts, and then immediately send a simply follow up DM. I believe I have everything right. When I comment as another user I get nothing. No reply, no DM. Is this an issue on the Instagram side? I feel like I troubleshooted everything. I’ve already integrated the right social media channel(s). Really would like to get this going. Thanks!    

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well. 

I have a lot of simple automations set up where people get a message with recipe details when they comment on a post. Things will be running smooth for days but then suddenly the automation stops working. I now have 50+ comments that I have to manually send to. Does this happen because there are too many comments? I tried refreshing the connection, editing the automation, duplicating it, changing the trigger to all posts - nothing works. This is not the first time this has happened. Once the automation stops working it seems like nothing can fix it for that post.
