I had the Instagram DM list feature enabled for one of my accounts and have a little over 1k people subscribed to my list. Am I still able to send a broadcast to them through the Instagram app instead of Manychat?Also I’m not able to create a broadcasr channel on Instagram app and was wondering if this is because I have the DM List feature enabled on Manychat?

Hi there peeps!We want our clients to be able to use their support resources and access the “live chat” function so they can give support in all their channels at once.But we don’t really want them to be able to access all our automatizations and the rest of the “behind the scenes” work we do for obvious reasons.Is that possible to do?

Still new to Manychat so I’m still confused on how to organize flows. We have flows for keyword DMs with these codes but what if they comment on the post? If I create a User Comments on your Post with all these keywords and details, how can I arrange to make sure that the correct detail is sent using the correct keyword? Any help is appreciated been racking my brains for an hour or so.

I use the auto reply function, but comments stop on Instagram too often.Many comments are coming up on Manichat's automatic reply, so it's frozen quicklyI want you to talk to Instagram or Facebook so that comments running with the Manichat function are not suspended.

Ok this might be simple… i want to build a massive automation that starts with a keyword, i have worked that out, but i want to ask the user a question like “where are you from” they answer “USA” and because “USA” is the keyword it fires off the next part of the message.from there i can build everything out, i just seem to be stuck with this bit…I would love any help cheers

Hi, I am building my Instagram bot now and I want to keep testing the conversation starters on live.So I go through my personal account to the business account on which I am building, but once I initiated the conversation starters once, I can’t trigger them again. How do I reset the conversation so I can go through the starters again?

I have been using Many Chat with the Json function for 2 year. I always copied and pasted my old files that have Json function. Now I am making a new account for another page, but the Json function does not exit anymore but replaced but another function below: This funtcion does not allow me to make an Ad that contains both Facebook and IG posting at the same time. Now I have to create 2 automations, one for FB and one for IG, and do the Ad seperately for both platforms.Can anyone help me to fix it? Thanks a lot

Hi, we want to use ManyChat for IG automations and our CX team uses Gorgias to respond to any live support that pass through the automation. We selected ManyChat as the “Default routing app” in FB Page → settings → New Pages Experience → Conversation routing (see screenshot)We initially thought this is enough, as we were seeing the tickets open in Gorgias, but it seems whenever we try to actually respond to the tickets in Gorgias, we get this error This issue appeared since we selected ManyChat as the default routing app, and we tried reconnecting both platforms, but still the same issue

Hello, Trying to add a form submission action via the hubspot integration. Everything is hooked up on both hubspot and manychat. I’ve also tried refreshing permissions, and completely removing the integration and adding it back again. I’m manually entering the form ID, and the form will populate and let me match fields. When I save it and go back to the form submission action, the form is no longer there. I’ve tested myself and it does look like nothing is getting sent to HubSpot. Screenshots below: After manually entering the form id, it populates.After saving, and going back to that same action, everything is gone. Any ideas? Hi everybodyI have set up a couple of flows in our ManyChat account.Our flows request info from people in order to send a quotation. The last two actions are:Add a row to a google sheets file Send an email to our user agents.A couple of weeks ago, the flows worked fine.Since then, those two actions experience eventual delay. Let me explain:The flow reaches that step, the actions in most cases is executed immediately. In some cases, are executed after 25 or 26 hours later,For “some cases” I mean 3 or 4 times in a 3 weeks window.All replies are welcome.Jhony 

I'm having a nightmare connecting WhatsApp (not your fault) so I just want to check that my use case is even possible before continuing and to also get an estimate of the potential cost.I would like to set up a service whereby people can send some data (a list of 5-8 data points like weight, length, depth etc) to me via WhatsApp. Then using Zapier I would connect ManyChat with OpenAI to form a response, as a personalised automated response to the users message.Is that possible? Imagine that 1000 people sent a single WhatsApp message and received a single reply, daily, what would the cost be for me? I have a question regarding Facebook's policy. If a customer comments on our post and we reply in the comments, are we also allowed to send them a private message (DM, inbox) according to Facebook's policy? For instance, if 50 customers comment on our Facebook post, can we send all 50 of them private messages (DM, inbox) without violating any Facebook policies?
