Feature Request – Instagram Follow → DM TriggerHi ManyChat team 👋I’d like to suggest that the “Instagram Follow → DM (Direct Message)” trigger be released to all users.This feature is extremely valuable for creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses because it: Creates an instant connection with new followers. Increases engagement and response rates right from the first touch. Allows us to showcase our value in a fast and welcoming way, without depending on manual interactions. I personally subscribed to ManyChat mainly because of this feature, but later found out it’s only available to a small group of users. Honestly, this was very frustrating, because this automation is one of the most powerful ways to welcome new followers and maximize the results of paid traffic campaigns.Many professionals invest heavily in ads and traffic to attract followers, and not being able to automatically welcome them is a huge limitation.I kindly ask that this trigger be prioritized and made available to everyone. I’m sure it will help thousands of businesses build stronger and more human connections from day one.Thank you for your attention 🙏

Create an automation option that sends a greeting message to every new follower
Add an AI block to the editor where AI recognizes the user's language and then automatically translates the message. Now we have to do this via a condition, which doesn't work often (only works on Facebook).

Hey! I manage several accounts and there is often a need to create a quick automation, and it would be very helpful if you could just duplicate those and add them to another profile. Should be an easy lift for developers since you have duplicates to other profiles for regular funnels, not quick though. It is a redundant task that can be streamlined, and I think many people would enjoy this feature. Thanks!
I use Manychat as a mass recruiting tool, and it would be extremely helpful to be able to track which candidates read the broadcast so I can profile them and have a better kpi on our messaging system.
I think auto reply comment can more helpful if it can working in collaborate reels
I notieced that the only way to use the automation feature on Facebook that manychat provides for auto dm on comments from reels is if you have a business page but i was wondering if there is a feature for your professional profile
Create a website chat widget functionality (both a chat “bubble” in the bottom right and an embeddable box) that allows people to the option to live chat with the business without having to use Messenger, but provide Messenger as an option if they want to use it.
Currently, all debug information (such as triggered automations and filled custom fields) is visible to agents in Live Chat. While this can be useful for technical analysis, in many cases it clutters the chat interface and makes it harder for support or customer service agents to focus on the conversation.The suggestion is to add a toggle option in Live Chat settings to enable or disable the display of debug information, depending on the user’s profile or role.This would make the interface much cleaner for customer-facing agents, while still allowing administrators or developers to view detailed debug data when needed.Additionally, a quick toggle button (“Show Debug” / “Hide Debug”) would make this even more practical during live interactions.
It’d be great to be able to select consecutive actions and unite them into one action block.Use case: in complex logics, we need to unify steps to keep under the maximum 30 steps in Manychat.It’d be great to be able to select action steps and ‘Merge’ together to make our automations cleaner and more efficient without having to re-map API calls and settings.
In the AI Step, it would be very helpful to have the ability to set dropdown options for tasks. This way, the AI could select only from predefined values when filling a variable, avoiding the risk of generating or inventing incorrect data.Additionally, the AI Step should also support boolean fields (true/false) as valid task outputs. This would make the automation more precise and reliable, especially for conditional logic.These improvements would give us more control over data consistency and reduce errors in workflows.
I have had a post go viral. Great. Thanks to Manychat I could gather >2,000 emails to help pre-launch a new product. A dream.The cherry on the cake would’ve been to go back to the list of commenters and find high-influencing people to partner individually to help launch the product. I will have to hire someone to do that, but Manychat sent messages to all of them and retreiveing their information should be easy. I would love to have access to the list of people who interacted with my post to receive a message. It would be very useful if the AI step had the option to continue the automation if no response is received from the user based on a timer (5, 10, 15 minutes).This way, contact management can be better controlled.
It would be very useful to have a tool within flows that allows you to write custom comments for automation in live chat. This way, you can better debug and control behavior from the live chat view, without having to enter the flow to review it.Similar to in-stream comments but printable in live chat
Manychat webhooks have a 10-second timeout limit for API responses. A lot of times people are trying to integrate manychat and n8n with webhooks and API requests to create WhatsApp AI agents, which means that a lot of times the webhook response from the n8n agent takes more that 10 seconds and so the response doesn’t make it back to manychat to be sent.I would like to propose a change in this timeout limit, which is probably making a lot of people change platform.
Hello, good morning.I’d like to share an idea that I believe could be very useful: extending the current WhatsApp audio limit in ManyChat from two minutes to five or even eight minutes. In my professional work I often need to send audio messages, and two minutes is far too short — I’m forced to use external tools, which sometimes causes complications.I would really appreciate it if you could consider increasing the audio duration to five or eight minutes directly from the ManyChat chat interface. Add an action that can resume automation, I am facing the issue where my live chat agents keeps forgetting to resume the automation before keying in client information in Custom fields. (I have a few Custom fields with triggers that will update my Google Sheets)
Pessoal, a forma anterior de manuseio do fluxo era muito mais prática. Agora tenho que usar o botão direito se quiser arrastar o fluxo, tenho que clicar em shift pra selecionar. O zoom também complicou. Por favor, voltem a como era antes, ficou muito ruim.
The new method of zooming in and out of the workflow is delaying my speed in completing the job. I need to do an extra step to zoom in and out. If you build flows daily, you should know zooming in/out is a constant move when building the flow. The current new method is not helpful but using more time to complete my job.
