Ask and troubleshoot

I want to know how to create the flow for data collection during LiveChat because i want to collect name, email and so on as i know during livechat the automation will be pause based on settings that we set. I need to know how to do this.

I’m running ads through meta and have integrated manychat- I love it but I have noticed duplicate messages sending. I think it’s when they go out and come back in or press the ad twice as in my dm’s it appears that way so then the flow is being triggered multiple times. I’ve tried to find the answer here but very confused so any help is appreciated! I’ve seen mention of a tag and condition but confused where to put this as the ad trigger has to start with a message? I’ve attached some of the response examples and my current automation!  Thank you so much!

I subscribed to the pro subscription (95$) however, I am not able to start a new automation.When I try to initiate a new automation: 1- I received a message that this request is only for pro subscribers. 2- Or if opened Manychat from my laptop, it doesn’t process my request neither post it. Nothing happen when I click the button.  I only want Instagram automation and this why I pay for the subscription. Can anyone help me with this please ?  Is my subscription enough ? As it is named Pro. If not can I have a refund ? And if yes what should I do to make automations again ?

We’re setting up a competition and hope Manychat can help with it - the mechanism is to tag in comments friends / family who might be interested in a business startup related competition. Ideally then, the person tagged on the post would receive a message to get more info.I can’t see this as an automation, and I’m assuming it’s because that particular person hasn’t actually interacted with the post/reel/whatever (so why would they want a DM from us?).If I’m right in that assumption, I guess we’ll have to go with a more catch-all “comment this word to get more info” automation and the person will have to pass on that info to their friend etc who they think might want to know about it, or they can tag their friend who can comment the word if they want to enter.After typing all this out I think I figured it out, but I’m going to post anyway to see what you all say 🤣

Criei uma mensagem do tipo utilidade e marquei o idioma portugues do brasil e ao enviar para análise não vai e recebo a seguinte mensagem:“O idioma do modelo de mensagem está sendo excluído. Não é possível adicionar novo conteúdo em Português (BR) enquanto o conteúdo existente em Português (BR) está sendo excluído. Tente novamente em 4 semanas ou considere criar um novo modelo de mensagem.” O que pode ser? Essa mensagem é de utilidade mesmo, não tem viés de marketing.  

Pessoal, como eu faço para, ao atribuir uma conversa a uma membro da equipe, ele consiga conversar com o cliente pelo próprio número de WhatsApp, e não pelo Live chat? É possível transferir para um whatsapp real de um vendedor meu?Obrigado.

Hi everyone, I could really use your help.I’m running into a frustrating issue with my automation in ManyChat. Sometimes the button I’ve added to a message shows up and works perfectly — and other times, only the message is sent without the button. When that happens, the flow gets stuck and users can’t continue.I haven’t changed anything in the setup between times when it works and times when it doesn’t, so I have no idea what’s causing this inconsistency.This is really hurting my CTR, and I’ve been getting messages from users saying they didn’t receive the guide I promised them.Has anyone else experienced this? Issue:I am unable to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat no matter what I try, and I keep getting the message "Request Sent". All the settings are correct. I was previously connected through the ManyChat app, but after Log Out, I can no longer reconnect.I followed the instructions in Facebook Business Suite, and everything is set up properly. However, every time I try to connect, the "Request Sent" error appears and the connection still doesn't work.Please guide me on what I need to do to resolve this issue

conforme meu print abaixo, queria saber se meu raciocínio está correto, se o pedido for agendado para meu cliente e se a última mensagem que ele me enviou que acho que é a função: "última interação com o usuário", se for menor que 24h, manda mensagem normal, senão, manda template, estou correto no meu raciocínio?  

olá, pessoal, comecei ontem no many chat, preciso de apoio, como faço follow-up no whatsapp no mesmo fluxo (na janela de 24h mesmo), tentei várias formas aqui e não consegui. A seguir na imagem foi o teste que fiz e na condição coloquei Offset +1minuto e nada acontece, ou seja, se o usuário não apertar nenhum dos 3 botões na mensagem #8 em X tempo, enviaria outra mensagem ou o inscreveria numa sequência, caso ele responda antes desse X tempo, ele continuaria o fluxo normal. Alguém sabe fazer isso? Grato.

2 problems my automation is not adding the tag to contacts (I suspect because of the 2nd issue) I cannot manually add tags to the contacts - they are not active:  

We’re scaling our Click-to-Messenger campaigns on Facebook and need to build a unified performance report that joins two data sets:Facebook Ads spend - keyed by ad_id, adset_id, campaign_id (we’re going to collect those via the Page webhook (with messaging_referrals): for each referral we can get sender.id = PSID and referral.ad_id, etc.).Contacts inside ManyChat - phone number and custom fields, accessible only via contact_id using the public API.Problem:ManyChat’s API doesn’t accept a PSID (sender.id) as subscriber_id; both getInfo and setCustomFieldByName require the internal contact_id. The API also never returns the PSID when querying a contact. Manual Bulk Export PSIDs works, but we need a fully automated (or at least daily) way to join spend ↔ leads reliably.Questions to the community:Is there any documented or undocumented
