Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat bot where the onboarding flow isn’t triggering when someone first messages my page.Here’s what’s happening: The onboarding flow is set up correctly, but it’s not being triggered when a new user sends a message to my Facebook page. I’ve tested this on different devices and with multiple accounts, but the onboarding flow simply does not activate. Instead, I’m getting a generic message or some unexpected reply that shouldn’t be showing up. What I’ve already tried: Checked the trigger keywords to ensure they are correctly set up. Reviewed the flow settings to confirm that the onboarding flow is the first message after the user interacts. Ensured ManyChat is set as the primary receiver in the Facebook app.

I am unable to sing my mobile app profile with my website profile to enable me go for pro subscription. Please help 

Hi everyone,I’ve been dealing with a strange issue for the past few months – people are unable to message my page at all (no message button), and when someone tries to follow me, they get a warning notification like “Be careful who you follow.”I’ve checked everything I could on Facebook and Instagram settings, but nothing helps. Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea what might be causing it and how to fix it?Thanks in advance!

Over the past couple weeks responding to messages that come through twilio has stopped and thrown an error however the messages are coming through but I cannot respond. I have disconnected and reconnected and still have the same issues 

I'm having a problem with my workflow, which retrieves up to 5 messages, merges them and sends a single message to N8n.But I've noticed an error: when the user sends a short message like “Hi, how are you?”, but if the user sends a long message with line breaks, it hangs. Here's the error returned by the External Request node:Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 454 (line 3 column 423).Do you have a solution for formatting all long texts containing line breaks so that the External request node accepts the content? 

Hola! Tengo asociados unos anuncios con un flujo que que se dispara al DM cuando alguien responde el ad. Pero cuando lo asocio directamente con el anuncio en la parte del mensaje desde Meta, activo el anuncio y la automatización no funciona. Incluso el anuncio llega a no generar impresiones, y ni bien le quito el flujo se reactiva con normalidad el anuncio.  ¿alguien sabe que pueda estar pasando?

uma vez a cada 20 dias eu excluo contatos de 20 dias atrás e por algum motivo os valores de contatos em dias recentes mudam, por exemplo:puxei o valor do dia 07/05 e estava que 208 se inscreveram nesse dia, que foi ontem, logo após excluir os contatos que se inscreveram a 20 dias atras, esse valor foi para 284 e não só esse dia mas todos os dias recentes mudaram de valores tanto para cima, como nesse exemplo, quanto para baixo, como um dia que estava registrado 115 no dia e após a exclusão foi para 71, alguém sabe o pq isso acontece?

hi guys ! I will be working with 2 setters for my IG account and need to use Manychats. However we are experiencing some complications. When in the Manychats - how do I find a specific chat? We have it integrated with IG and when i search for a chat by IG handle, i don’t find anything. Im looking in all possible folders. How do I go about this?Also, not all chats show up in ManyChats. For example, we had a trigger live for a reel - we got a decent amount of comments and the automation worked on all of them, however not all of them showed up in the Manychat UI..It seems to me that there could be some kind of integration error? I would be grateful for some feedback here! So i am just looking for an automation process to add to my instagram account that just says “thanks for the comment and follow” or some other response. I don’t want a link to be provided or any thing. I just can’t keep up with all the comments. Thoughts on how to do this?

Hello, I’d like to send automation to people who spontaneously get in touch trhough messanger or instagram.I try to subscribe them to a welcome sequence or to trigger an automation and even though this is marked as “done” in the chat window, nothing happen.I refreshed permissions and automations are on and not paused.Anyone can explain what is wrong?Is this possible with the free version?Is there a workaround? Thanks,Caterina

Hi there, I’ve set up an Instagram automation that triggers when someone uses the word “etch.” The automation sends them a message with a button linking to a course purchase page.Lately, we’ve noticed that people who comment with the word “technique” are also triggering this automation, even though “technique” is not listed as one of the trigger keywords. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.We’ve had some people who are very confused because they’re a sent link to purchase a course that is not related to the IG post they commented on.Has anyone experienced something similar or know why this might be happening? Tengo un template configurado para hacer click to URL en 2 pasos. Envio Broadcast con un template y quiero que al usuario dar clic en el boton, se active una automatizacion que responde a esa intencion y genera una conversacion. El tema es que el trigger no se activa con la respuesta del boton, sino cuando el usuario escribe las palabras. Qué esta mal en el diseño de este flujo? parece sencillo, pero no funciona!

Hola, se ha pensando en integrar Manychat con Active Campeing o Mailchimp, la función será principalmente el envio masivo de emails, he estado averiguando pero tambien me gustaria conocer opiniones de usuarios que esten usando una de esas dos plataformas y su experiencia con ellas, ya que lo que principalmente se busca es la automatizacion de emails

I simply want to receive a notification every time a user sends a message, regardless of whether the cooldown is active or not.Thanks for your help!

I can't solve the following error in any way, I already tried updating permissions, reducing the messages even though it worked perfectly before.-The error is that my followers from PC and IOS have a very bad visual appearance of the automation (not from phone), I leave some examples in the images. Could someone recommend me a solution?
