When a website visitor clicks on a WhatsApp link, which initiates an automation, is there a way to automatically grab the persons WhatsApp number and add it to their System Field?Or do I have to ask over WhatsApp for them to share their number with me in order to capture that user data and store it as their phone number in the system field?

is there any way to integrate Manychat and Wix for email automation? I see integrations for HubSpot and other platforms but no instructions for Wix email marketing. Can this be done via API or do I have to send emails from ManyChat itself? The goal:start the conversation in DM or comments collect email and name send the lead magnet (via Wix email) continue email sequence in Wix email)I currently have email channel set up in Manychat but I don’t think this is how to achieve what I’m explaining above

I’m trying to collect data prior to sending information, it’s asking me to change to ‘send as comment reply’.  When I do that, I receive this error message.  Can I not collect data when a user replies to a post? Please help!

Hi all, Been using Manychat with much success, however I am unable to find a use for keeping and paying for all these contacts. I want to be able to message all my contacts about a new app i have coming, however, I cannot find broadcasting in the browser or in the app. How do I message all of these contacts without sending it individually 11,000 times and getting a 24 hour ban on Instagram??

Hi everyone!I am having problems getting manychat to send emails to people commenting on instagram posts.  I do have the auto messages working but the emails never go out.  Below you can see my flow.  I have opt in selected on email collection so i’m not sure where i’m going wrong.  Thanks for your help!

What is the process to connect using a business page instead of my personal one?I’ve done some research but have not been able to test yet. My understanding is that I create a business page on Meta, then the client must add my business portfolio ID as a partner to their Meta Suite and grant me permission.This would keep all of my personal info separate from the business as they are granting the business permission. Si usé manychat hace más de 2 mesee la ultima vez y tengo 429 contactos con la vesión gratuita y acabo de pagar el pro que dice que es hasta 500 contactos… debo pagar al llegar a los 500 por cada contacto extra??? Creí que la versión pro empezaba desde cero. Por favor pordrían aclararme esto

Após configurar input como {first-name}, ele não volta com o nome inserido no restante da conversa. o código {{first-name}} aparece quando deveria aparecer o nome. Estou ainda usando no PREVIEW, isso é comum? Eu acredito que o Preview deva ser o mais fiel possível à realidade, certo?

Quiero saber de qué manera puedo hacer flujos para un canal de instagram, uno de facebook y ahora uno de tiktok dentro de una misma automatización, si cada disparador es diferente. Digo esto para no tener que crear una automatización para Instagram, y luego una aparte para Facebook y otra para Tiktok acerca de un mismo reel publicado en las 3 plataformas, sino que pueda tener dentro de una misma automatización, flujos de mensajes para los 3 canales. O sea, cómo puedo hacer que dentro de una misma automatización hayan disparadores para un reel publicado tanto en Instagram como en Facebook y Tiktok con sus respectivos flujos de mensajes. Debo crear una Condición que, de acuerdo con el tipo de disparador, active cierto flujo? Y si es así, cómo la configuro? O de qué otra manera puedo realizar esto?
