Every time I set up comments to DM automation, I can select, “Next post or reel”.  That option is gone and only gives me, “Specific post” or “any reel” options which aren’t helpful when my Reel hasn’t posted yet.  I’m launching a huge giveaway this morning and it’s THE WORST possible time for ManyChat to change this.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Did anyone find where that trigger is now?

I’m doing a contact clean-up, and I’ve noticed that while I can segmentate contacts based on their latest interactions on specific platforms, I can’t do the same with contacts who were created via API opt-in. Is there a way around that? I was going to delete everyone who opted-in via API, but I don’t wanna delete someone who may be perhaps in contact with my support team.To be clear: these are contacts who were created on Manychat through integrations with Make and ActiveCampaign. They’re not people who activated triggers on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. They were added on Manychat so we could send onboarding messages and broadcast a few reminders.Thank you!

Essa conta do WhatsApp Business não tem permissão para adicionar números de telefone à conta. manychat, esse é o erro que dá quando tento colocar o numero no manychat para cria-lo, lembrando ele nunca foi criado, entao nao teria que excluir para fazer um novo, ele é virgem e mesmo assim, nao esta dando para criar, contatei o suporte da meta e me falaram que tinha que ter uma conta do whatsapp business o que é o contrario kkk, porque a conta vc cria pelo manychat Vou deixar a foto do bug pra vcs verem o que pode ser, já tinha usado um numero antes e ele foi bloqueado, mas faz tempo e exclui ele do manychat e do portfolio empresarial, ai quando fui criar a conta nem tinha contas para cruzar dados ou algo do tipo.

Hi everyone,Sorry to disturb you with my simple and easy issue but I can’t fix it by myself since two days and it’s getting me mad.I try to set up a default reply with whatsapp, just the first test, to reply “hello world”… and it doesn’t workMy default reply is sent on the trigger “User send a message”. The trigger is on and activated everytime. The workflow is live.In my whatsapp settings, the default reply is defined. My account status is approved, number status connected and credit line shared.On https://status.manychat.com/, I can see that there is no issue with Whatsapp API..When I send a whatasapp on the connected number linked to my account, I can see the message in the Livechat section but the default reply isn’t sent..Can you help me to figure out what’s the issue ?Thank you allRegards,Adrien

Tengo un problema grave para el seguimiento de la conversación, ya que los flujos en los que tengo IA una vez que se considera cerrado el flujo, si el cliente escribe cualquier cosa inmediatamente después, se vuelve a abrir por completo la conversación. Es posible de forma automática pausar la conversación durante 1 día cuando se termina la conversación con IA? Para que en caso que el cliente escriba algo, no se ejecute ningún flujo.

Hey, I have connected Instagram and Manychat successfully and my automation is live. The problem is that on my Instagram reel I see 6 comments but when I open the comment section there is not a single one comment, but I know that people commented keyword to send message to DM because I asked few of my friends to try my automation. They also dont see other comments except their comment. But no one is getting DM. Do you know how to solve that problem? Maybe Instagram doesn’t like Manychat? Because this is the first time that this happened with comments.

Boa tarde, galera! Tudo certo?Estou tentando importar contatos com uma integração via API com o Make. Lead se inscreve no CRM RD Station e e entra via API com HTTP Request no Manychat. O módulo HTTP Request da sucesso porém o status da 400 e o contato não é criado no Manychat. Alguém sabe o que pode ser?Já pedi pro suporte autorizar essa função.

Pessoal, estou usando o n8n no lugar do Make para enviar leads que se inscrevem em um formulário diretamente para o ManyChat. Porém, estou enfrentando um problema: o envio dá erro caso o usuário já exista no ManyChat. Alguém que tenha experiência com o n8n poderia me ajudar?

I have already set up a flow in Many Chat where someone drops a word, it tiggers a DM with a link.  I would like to go into the automation to send a follow up DM to everyone that received my first DM. Some of these people may or may not have clicked on the link.  I need the follow up to go to everyone.  How do I do this?  Thanks

Tenho uma ideia para automação, mas não sei se teria como executá-la no Many Chat.Na minha empresa fazemos lives, e quero fazer uma automação para enviar o link para quem estiver interessado e reenviar minutos antes da live começar. A ideia é assim:A pessoa comenta "Eu quero" em uma publicação que divulga a live. Assim que ela comenta, recebe uma mensagem direta (DM) com o link da live. Na terça-feira, às 18h, antes da live começar, ela recebe outra mensagem com o link, lembrando-a que a live já vai começar.É isso: comentar > receber o link na DM > receber um lembrete com o link na hora da live.Mas é importante conseguir configurar para que a pessoa receba em um horário especifico e não depois de x tempo.Conseguem me ajudar?

There are two issues:1) You don’t have right filter to start a trigger for Make.com (Integromat) for any message user want to send in any language – in that case for english only i’ve found stupid workaroundIt obviously doesn’t work goodMake regular expressions (regex)2) The operation failed with an error. [400] Content can’t be sent to subscriber id='925547444' without message tag. Subscriber’s last interaction was over 6h ago (more than 24 hours ago):??? I replied several times – automation in Make with your send message module doesn’t work. 

I'm creating a Whatsapp for my company with several live chat agents.I would like to know if it is possible for the agent's name to appear in the message sent to the customer to generate a more humanitarian conversation, for example:Agent Name:Message from agent.

I have been using ManyChat automation for about a year. On my Instagram page, an average of 1,000 people message me daily, and the automation replies to them. However, for the past two weeks, I’ve been experiencing an issue. My ability to send direct messages on Instagram has been banned twice in a row. The reason stated is: "Something you sent in a conversation violated our community standards."The first time I was banned, it lasted 3 days. After the ban was lifted, I could send messages again, but three days later, I was banned again, and this time it lasted 7 days. Currently, I am unable to send messages to anyone for 7 days.I have a verified account with 250k followers. Because of the verification, I was able to request a direct consultation, and during the meeting, I was advised to remove ManyChat. How is this possible? Does this mean I can no longer use ManyChat?I have been using ManyChat for about a year. I only send automatic replies to incoming messages

Setup my first automation for a competition using a link to click to enter. the landing page was used with mailchimp and the facebook message works perfectly but the instagram automated message comes up with page not found above and no link to the page. the broken page works when you click on it but look like it wont to a customer..kind of like having an open sign on your shop and the doors closed. any help would be great.
