Acabei de tentar subir meu numero para a API OFICIAL e ele está banindo meus numeros, assim que peço o SMS ele já bane, nem chega a concluir o processo, o que pode ser? como eu teria infrigido politicas sem nem ter criado o Whatsapp, alguem sabe um jeito de resolver? Fui a contato da Meta e não sabem de nada.

Hello!I would like to create an automation that will send new followers on Instagram a discount code for their first purchase. Can I create some action that will check if the number of followers has increased, or if a given account has already followed my account? I want to avoid a situation where someone will unfollow my account and follow again just for the coupon.Thank you for help!

I may be late to the game here but how do you setup ManyChat Automation for Instagram Livestream? I’m assuming while someone is on an instagram live, they can comment the trigger word, and a link/info will be sent to them. Thanks!

Hola buenas tardes tengo problemas para conectar mi numero de whatsApp al parecer todo el proceso se realiza de forma correcta pero en el ultimo paso se queda pensando unos segundos y se despliega un error que indica que lo intente de nuevo o lo intente mas tarde, el numero es nuevo y no esta dado de alta en ninguna plataforma de whatsApp ojala puedan ayudarme ya que no se a que pueda deberse.

I am trying to connect a ManyChat automation to MailerLite with Zapier. I have connected the triggers in the Zap to MailerLite and the connection test indicates that Zapier is connected with both ManyChat and MailerLite. The ManyChat automation occurs with an Instagram keyword. When a user sends me the keyword via Instagram, the ManyChat prompts them to provide their email address. Once the email address is provided, the ManyChat begins sending out a series of emails. I set up the ManyChat to identify a Tag. The Zap is between ManyChat and MailerLite. Once the email is entered, the Zap triggers MailerLite to add the email to my Subscribers and to a Group that I've called Prospects. I can tell the Zap is working to accomplish an automation within MailerLite; however, I don't think the ManyChat automation series is working. When I run the test, the email gets entered as a Subscriber and added to the Group in MailerLite....but the the subscriber/group member is not receiving emails fro

I’m dealing with an issue related to automatic translation in ManyChat. The translation flow for customer messages works fine, but I’m unable to automatically translate the messages from the agents, which are typed in Portuguese. Problem: * When an agent types a message in Portuguese, it needs to be automatically translated to the customer’s language (e.g., English or another). * I am unable to capture the agent's message within ManyChat and send it for translation before it reaches the customer. Objective: I need help automating the process of translating agent messages. When an agent sends a message in Portuguese, it should automatically be translated into the customer’s language before being sent to them. Can you help me solve this issue or provide suggestions for integrating a translation API in ManyChat to handle this?

Hi,I'm trying to collect users' first names using a User Input block. However, when users type responses like "My name is James," the entire sentence is saved in the field instead of just the first name. I need a way to restrict or validate inputs so only the first word (e.g., "James") is saved, without spaces or additional text.Currently, ManyChat doesn't allow me to set a restriction for spaces or validate input directly. Is there a way to handle this, or can you suggest a workaround?Thanks in advance for your help!

I am about to pull my hair out! I have tried all of the suggestions on both ends and nothing is working. Comments are not triggering a response at all. When I click refresh permissions, it takes me back to the original page without options to refresh anything at all. I am about to end my account with them as I do not like wasting my money. I’m having a hard time with two things on Manychat:Capturing the user’s data and then sending a message via WhatsApp (welcoming them to event and then inviting them to the event’s group); Integrating Hotmart, a digital platform through we sell online courses, so we can send onboarding messages via WhatsApp.I know it is possible, but it feels really difficult to trigger a WhatsApp flow. For example, I’ve used Manychat’s webhook to send the user’s info to Make, collect their data on Active Campaign, then change apply a new tag to the user and, from that new tag, trigger a WhatsApp flow, but it simply doesn’t work.I’ve also tried using Manychat’s native integrations. With ActiveCampaign, it seems to work well, but with Hotmart it’s super unstable, not to mention that we can specificy which products we’d like interact with the user about.I’m new to this world of automations, so I’d like to ask you guys ab

Every time I set up comments to DM automation, I can select, “Next post or reel”.  That option is gone and only gives me, “Specific post” or “any reel” options which aren’t helpful when my Reel hasn’t posted yet.  I’m launching a huge giveaway this morning and it’s THE WORST possible time for ManyChat to change this.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Did anyone find where that trigger is now?

I’m doing a contact clean-up, and I’ve noticed that while I can segmentate contacts based on their latest interactions on specific platforms, I can’t do the same with contacts who were created via API opt-in. Is there a way around that? I was going to delete everyone who opted-in via API, but I don’t wanna delete someone who may be perhaps in contact with my support team.To be clear: these are contacts who were created on Manychat through integrations with Make and ActiveCampaign. They’re not people who activated triggers on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. They were added on Manychat so we could send onboarding messages and broadcast a few reminders.Thank you!

Essa conta do WhatsApp Business não tem permissão para adicionar números de telefone à conta. manychat, esse é o erro que dá quando tento colocar o numero no manychat para cria-lo, lembrando ele nunca foi criado, entao nao teria que excluir para fazer um novo, ele é virgem e mesmo assim, nao esta dando para criar, contatei o suporte da meta e me falaram que tinha que ter uma conta do whatsapp business o que é o contrario kkk, porque a conta vc cria pelo manychat Vou deixar a foto do bug pra vcs verem o que pode ser, já tinha usado um numero antes e ele foi bloqueado, mas faz tempo e exclui ele do manychat e do portfolio empresarial, ai quando fui criar a conta nem tinha contas para cruzar dados ou algo do tipo.
