Has anyone experienced the issue of not being able to send a contact through a campaign again in Drip once they’ve already been subscribed? The Zap keeps getting halted. 

Quero rodar o ManyChat para receber mensagens no WhatsApp, sendo que esses contatos vieram do Instagram. Quando eu usar o WhatsApp, existe algum limite para a quantidade de mensagens recebidas? Por exemplo, se eu receber uma mensagem de um contato, como 'joaozinho1', e tiver um limite mensal de 2.000 mensagens, isso significa que, ao atingir esse limite, não poderei mais receber mensagens no WhatsApp? Citando novamente eu só recebo mensagens e o Fluxo irá responder

After repeated attempts I still cannot connect my Facebook account after my page got deleted.  I had to create a new facebook profile and a new company page and now it’s not connecting.   I have the proper permissions set.   

Manichat does not display all the dialogues that were started.Or it can show the new dialogue and the first message, but not the messages that were sent later. How to solve this problem?Refresh Instagram Permissions does not help! 

Hi everyone! I have an automation for a tech repair store that works well during business hours, but the company closes at 1 PM on Saturday and reopens on Monday. During the closing period, the customer receives an automatic interaction with an AI, but after finishing that interaction, the 24h window gets closed.I’m wondering if anyone has implemented a strategy to keep the conversation window open until Monday morning, without needing to use a message template. Any tips or automations that could be set up to ensure the customer interacts on Sunday, for example, to extend this window?Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Upon checking, it appears that my Instagram is linked to a ManyChat account using an email address, but I am no longer able to log in using that email. I am trying to make it so when someone opts in for 1 free thing. I can then send them a following message the next day or whenever it may be. I know you can do it through the automation process, however I need it to be on a condition scenario. So if something happens throughout the day that  I cant set it to before I run the automation, I cant know if I am going to need to send the follow up message.For example, I give out free sports betting picks. Someone opts in for 1 free pick, and then if the free pick hits… at the moment I have to manually go back through and send the same copy and paste message to all of the people.If the free pick misses however, I need to send a follow up message still, but it needs to be something different than obviously if the bet won. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana 

Hi, I’m creating an automation to send DM and replies to comments on Instagram. I applied the trigger for all posts or reels. However, it seems that the comments on some of the reels are not triggering the automation. When I checked, the ones that did not trigger the automation were also not listed on the specific post or reel list. Hello Guys, what we going to do with this? Chat Plugin is going away soon is written on my Business FB Profile… On May 9, 2024, you will no longer be able to access any functionalities of Chat Plugin. Effective immediately, Chat Plugin in guest mode is no longer available. Other features like m.me links will still be available for you to use.So, how this is going to work after this date??? Any clue? I’m using it on a WordPress fro the moment… Please share more information and opinions!

Hello,I am trying to setup an email channel. I get a message stating that a verification email has been sent, however, I am not receiving it. I have double and triple checked that it is the correct spelling. I also checked my email server log, and it is not being received. I have also tried using the ManyChat default email and that is not working either. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks! 

Preciso de ajuda!  não consigo solucionar este problema.Fiz o cadastro com o Facebook no Manychat, e a página já está conectado ao Instagram, porém quando vou no Manychat para conectar o Instagram  diz que já foi enviado uma solicitação e que o dono da perfil precisa aceitar, só que não consigo encontrar pra onde foi essa solicitação pra eu aceitar a conecção entre o Instagram e o Manychat, já procurei nas configurações do Instagram, no Facebook  e no e-mail e nada . Alguém poderia me ajudar. A conta é minha tanto do face quanto do IG. Estou com o plano pago PRO e não consigo usar

Hi, Is there a way to integrate live chat in my app? Existing agents would respond to the queries and I would have less reliance on other channels like Facebook and Whatsapp.

I just bought the pro version, and now for some reason the bot is not even getting triggered for any comments on the reel. Interestingly for the reels previously posted they are still getting the messages. I haven’t yet tried posting another reel to see if the issue is just with this particular reel or not. have already tried refreshing permissions.
