Tenho uma certa página do Facebook conectada a um perfil do Facebook. Eu encontrei a opção de desabiltar a página, mas não consigo encontrar uma opção para desconectá-la e trocar por outra.

I watched some video tutorials on YouTube that teach how to create conversation flows with ChatGPT and ManyChat. The videos are very simple and self-explanatory, however, when I try the flow, I get this error {{Cuf_2318239}}, and the number always changes. I've redone the entire process, but the error still appears... can anyone help me?

We are looking for an option to integrate Tiktok & Manychat so we can create flow to auto reply to comments with specific words. We found MAKE but it seems like it’s hard to do it because it requires the flow ID but I can’t create a flow ID because Tiktok is not an option in Manychat trigger. Anyone who had tried this before? Do you have suggestions or recommendations? Thank you 

Hello! We’re looking to move over to Manychat from our current provider for WhatsApp.Currently, when a new WhatsApp comes in or is created it creates a new ticket / conversation.  In the ticket between our team we can add comments to the the ticket (not seen by the end user) and we can also @ mention team members in the thread (see example image).When the new conversation is received this is into an inbox where an owner can be assigned.Does Manychat work on the same behaviour? I’ve tried looking for videos of how things feel etc but can’t find anything.  

I have a very basic response to a keyword and then a DM that delivers the info. Every time I turn this on, the volume on my account gets it flagged by IG for using automation as the rate the comments come is very rapid. Is there a way to slow this down or make it work with a larger account? If not I will have to cancel my subscription 😓

Hey guys, I want to track conversion events. E.g. a person is clicking on the button in the conversation and is on the landing page, subscribes, but don’t join the webinar.How I can do this?As I understood the pixel is not working anymore? I have to do this through Meta Business Manager? There I get “invalid credentials”, but I follow the manychat tutorial and copy the right token and ID out of meta BM…Can you please help me out here?

I connected my backup instagram account,and want to delete to use manychat on my main account.(both are on same credentials) but can’t find where to do that. In channels or settings there’s no option to disconnect. so annoying!! any help will be appreciated thanks!

He desarrollado un flujo de trabajo para una conversación en Instagram la cual va a ser atendida por un Assistant de OpenAI, con su propia base de conocimientos. La conexión al asistente de OpenAI la hago mediante Replit, que es un webservice hecho en Python, que luego conecto mediante peticiones externas a Manychat. Mi pregunta es si sería posible hacer que el asistente tuviera la capacidad de gestionar más de un mensaje del usuario a la vez, ya que he visto a una persona que fue capaz de hacerlo.Porque la función actual es que si envió un mensaje el chatbot lo procesa, hasta que no llega la respuesta no gestiona los siguientes mensajes que envía el usuario

Olá a todos!Sou novo por aqui... estou tendo problemas ao conectar a conta do Instagram no Manychat.1- ele pede pra logar no Facebook, isso deu certo.2- Em seguida ele pede pra conectar tbm o Instagram. Eu coloco as credenciais e aparentemente funciona.3- quando deveria finalizar e voltar pra tela do Manychat, nada acontece. Alguém passou por algo parecido?

Porque siempre que entro a mi cuenta me solicita verificar mi correo electronico y me bloque la pantalla con un modal?

Are Instagram automations down for anyone else? I posted on IG Reels today like normal (I’ve been using Manychat for about 2 weeks with no issues), and today the DMs were not triggering.Is anyone else having issues with Manychat today?

I joined the other day and I have loved the “set up campaign” for my Instagram posts. I create teacher resources and setting this automatic response, with the link to the resource, has saved me hours.  I tried setting more up today and was able to do a handful and then it started saying I need “pro features”.  Is there a limit to how many campaigns I can set up on the free account!? 

Hello! Would a support member or a community member be kind enough to hop on a call to help me setup the automations on Manychat? Right now I’m doing this script:Comment “word” for resource!They comment then get the resource, but then that’s all that happens. I want to create an automation that will followup with these leads even AFTER I send the resource so I can ultimately convert them to paying customers or at least join my community to potentially convert later. It would also be cool if Manychat allows me to do automated replies to common questions which I would love to setup as well. I get the question of “how do I start day trading” very often. I would love to learn more about the capabilities of manychat on a call and I appreciate your help.

Do I receive additional affiliate earnings if the person I’ve referred subscribes to Manychat AI? 

Hi guys!Just set up my first automation and it works as planned.It’s an automation to send a DM when a user comments a trigger word.But, is there a way to make it not look so “robotic” by setting a delay in both the comment reply and the DM? Like a few minutes after would be great.

Parte del proceso incluye suscribirlos a mi ManyChat para que reciban recordatorios con el enlace y horario del evento. Primero, busco si el usuario existe en mi ManyChat usando ‘find subscriber by custom field’, pero no hay forma de buscarlo por ID de WhatsApp. El problema surge cuando un usuario que ya existía antes y que hizo opt-out quiere volver, y el sistema no lo encuentra. Al no encontrarlo, tampoco lo logra crear (es como si no existiera). Por lo tanto, intenta crearlo de nuevo, pero ManyChat dice que ya existe un WhatsApp con ese número. ¿Cuál sería una forma correcta de tratar este escenario en ManyChat? ¡Gracias de antemano!

Hola!!Tenemos automatizados los mensajes a cada miembro del equipo según la población que les corresponde (a través de las palabras clave). Cuando el cliente abre whatsapp para preguntar sobre servicios, automaticamente se le asigna el mensaje al proveedor de la población en concreto, pero, lo que nos hemos dado cuenta, es que la notificación de nuevo mensaje le llega a todos los miembros del equipo de manychat aunque no sea de su población. (por ejemplo, adjunto fotografía donde a esta persona se le notifica un mensaje de Tijuana pero ella es de Ciudad de Mexico), ¿como podríamos hacer para que no le llegue la notificación de la ciudad o población que no corresponde?

Hola! He creado una automatizacion en la que recojo varios datos (como nombre, email y otros datos) en una hoja de google Sheet. Lo que me ocurre es que, los datos se me guardan , y se me guardan en la columna correcta cada dato, el unico problema es que de un usuario que recibo 4 datos se me colocan en 4 filas distintas (como se muestra en la foto adjunta) en vez de guardar en cada fila un usuario junto con sus 4 datos correspondientes.No se como puedo hacer para configurarlo y que salga ordenado, alguien me ayuda? gracias!! :D
