hey everyone , i just signup and setting my account with many chat for chat bot mainly, but i am facing the problem , they told me to delete your existing number that i did then i create an automation but i am wondering how do i create catalogue on WhatsApp , because no i am not able to login WhatsApp on mobile app? how do i handle this i want to create catalogue to close on whatstapp i dont want to go on my website , what's your suggestion ? (i didn't buy the plan till yet ) looking forward for a valid response from the community . thanks

Hello,I’ve successfully used ManyChat DM automations on Instagram posts and reels before. However, it’s recently begun stating that ALL of my posts are collaborator posts - therefore disabling the automation/keyword trigger. I am the ORIGINAL post person (poster/post maker?) of any posts on my page.Why is it saying that I’m a collaborator and how do I fix this?I’ve already verified that my IG account is a business account and refreshed the connection to IG multiple times.Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?Thank you,AC

Manychat works great on our Facebook page replying to people and sending private messages.  However, we have some very large groups, which we are the admins, and we want to share the post in those groups.  When we do, the Manychat system breaks and doesn’t respond to any of the comments.Am I doing something wrong?  Or is this just not possible to do?

Hi everyone! Brand new here. I just set up my ManyChat a couple of days ago and I have noticed that while my posts show up as available to set up campaigns with, my stories do not. Even when I go to manually create a new campaign with “Instagram Story Reply,” I get the message “You don’t have any Stories available. I have connected both my Instagram and Facebook accounts.

How often can I send a broadcast? My question is for the daily challenges I need to send broadcasts at different times, at 24 hours, then at 8 am and so on. Is this possible? Thank you very much!

When i respond with a trigger word i get a message. I click the link but continuously get ManyChat server not safe. Can anyone help me here. I’ve turned of my phone, updated everything and cleared cache. This is really stopping me from getting on and no one can tell me why when I never had a problem UNTIL I started using manychat myself!     

Uso o Manychat há vários meses, mas há aproximadamente 1 mês não consigo mais criar nenhuma automação nova para o Instagram. Sempre usei da mesma maneira, com base em um template que o Manychat mostra como sugestão, onde existe a ordem de ter o comentário em uma publicação específica, a automação responde 3 opções de respostas, e automaticamente envia mensagem no direct. Não estou conseguindo nem criando novo, nem duplicando existente. Ele consta essa mensagem "Esse recurso não pode ser ativado X em seu plano atual. Para remover as restrições, atualize esta conta para um plano Pro."Mas não estou usando nada da versão pro, é tudo gratuitoJá procurei respostas aqui na comunidade, mas nada semelhante. Eu não estou usando nada que ultrapasse o limite do gratuito, estou bem longe daquela capacidade máxima de leads, e nenhuma função de gatilho pro! Não sei o que posso tentar, pois testei criar uma nova conta e não consigo vincular meu Instagram por já estar vinculadoO que posso fazer? 

Many followers are complaining they are not receiving my automations but they are in the string and i have refreshed permissions.  Why are they not seeing them?

hola, me acabo de registrar hace poco a manychat porque quiero automatizar muchas plataformas de mi marca de ropa, empecé por whatsapp porque es un canal importante, compré un nuevo número con Manychat empezando con +1, pero al enlazarme con whatsapp mi cuenta de whatsapp de manera inmediata fue deshabilitada, pienso que es porque es un numero nuevo o algo así, realmente mis cuentas cumplen todas las condiciones y politicas de Meta, la pregunta es, si hago lo mismo con mi numero real de whatsapp, también va a pasar lo mismo? pd: ya agregué toda la información fiscal y solicité revision en meta.A alguno de ustedes les ha pasado y por que?

My virtual assistant (a human) is trying to login to my account via Instagram. It sends her an error message (see attached). When she tries to connect via meta business suite, it sends me a request, and prompts me to log in. I log in and nothing has changed.

I suddenly started getting this error on Manychat even though my Instagram is working perfectly fine and the backend connection seems alright as well. Is this happening with others or it has to do something with my account?
