Good evening everyone!! I keep receiving the message “Invalid JSON; Variables are not defined.” I’ve used an already made template and used riplit to generate the url. When deploying the chatbot to instagram, I’ve got as far as creating the thread. The chatbot won’t go no further than the introduction. For example, after sending the trigger, it responds, then after I ask the question, no response. I’ve also attempted to enter a contact, but nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong, any suggestions? I also attempted to create the external requests from scratch but I keep running into the same error as I duplicate it.Not sure what I’m doing wrong. 

Hello, I want to stop my automation when I send a message from Instagram, is there a way to do that ?(ex: the bot is chattting with my client, and as some point i want to takeover the conversation, so i send a message from IG) I know it stop automatically if i send a message from ManyChat but I DON’T WANT THIS OPTION !So, is there a way to do that ?Or at least have access to the last message sent in manychat ? so i can compare it to the last message generated ? Thanks

I.ve been having problems with the conversations being marked as closed once the flow is complete even though the last step is to move them to open. This causes our agents to get lost in the queue as they have to go back to all Closed Conversations and review all of them. Does anyone know how to fix it ?

Hi I have connected Active Campaign to Many Chat. That works cause I can see my Lists appear when adding a contact. Ive Added Contact' Action in "DC Visualisation Capture Email" automation to add a contact to the Contacts list in my ActiveCampaign Account.However it's not adding showing up as a contact in Active Campaign…I want Active Campaign to send an email to the contact. I have added a tag to the contact too.   

We’re currently trying to setup the ManyChat Facebook Bot, and have it integrate with a call logging system based on a user’s response.  Has anyone experienced issues with ManyChat requests being blocked by a security policy on your network?  Trying to figure out if there is an IP range that can be whitelisted or if ManyChat has a US based server farm.
