I have a problem adding a bot to a private broadcast channel on Telegram. The issue is that the bot is added as an administrator with all the permissions, but it's unable to invoke the /start command in the broadcast channel chat.I wanted to add my private bot to my private broadcast channel to create a whitelist for the bot.

I am having an issue connecting my Facebook to my Instagram campaigns. My account says they are connected but none of my auto responses ever work on Facebook but they work 100% on Instagram is there any secrets here? I’d love some advice.

Hi there!  When I signed up for  Manychat, my personal Facebook page was attached to my Instagram account.  So, my login on Manychat was my personal Facebook page, but automations would go out to my Instagram business page.  I now have a business Facebook page, and today I switched over my Instagram account to be attached to my business Facebook page.  Unfortunately, now my Manychat account is still linked to my personal Facebook page and no automations are going out to Instagram.  I need to somehow redirect Manychat to my new Facebook business page and I’m seeing no way to do this with exception of deleting and starting over.  It won’t let me add the Instagram page, because it is already attached.  Help!  And thank you!

Looks like there isn’t this feature, would love to be able to have users give feedback by clicking from 1-5 stars on their experience, then have conditions trigger depending on the # of stars the users input. For example if 1-3 stars, different conditions, if 4-5 stars, a different condition is triggered.

Hi, Our account is well under the 1,000 contact threshold on the Free Account, but the app will not let me activate a new automation.  I am setting it up the same way I did the first few that published with no problem.Responding to a specific IG post or reel. 3 random responses. 1 button/link to the appropriate URL. It allows me to save this trigger, but then when I hit “set live” it disables the trigger. When I try to activate it, it gives me the notice that the widget can’t be used on a free account. We have less than 50 contacts as we just started to implement ManyChat last week.  Insights appreciated. Boa noite, quando tento conectar mnha conta do Facebook só acha uma página que não é a que eu quero conectar. Pois tenho 11 páginas criadas e diz essa mensagem porém só aparece uma para eu conectar. E também não consigo conectar minha conta do Instagram, diz que não tem nenhuma conta para mostrar. Já fiz tudo que pede pra fazer na página do Manychat porém não consigo . Hello everyone.I'm having trouble connecting Manychat to my Instagram account. I think I must have done something wrong, now whenever I click on my account to add to Manychat, the following response appears: "Your request has been sent. please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”.The thing is, no field for approval appears within Manychat. I have already created, deleted, and created a Manychat account again, but it persists. No problem with Facebook Page, just with Instagram. Does anyone know what I can do?!-->

Hello, I wonder if anyone has gone through this. I have a client's Instagram account that was previously connected to another Manychat account. They unsubscribed the Instagram account so that I can connect it to my Manychat account. I already made the connection, the instagram account shows up as connected in the option that says. Choose an Instagram account you want to connect to Manychat. However, it does not appear in the list of accounts for me to be able to choose it and start working with it. I have updated the accounts, refreshed again and connected all my accounts from Facebook and nothing happens. does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

I have 4 accounts and one of them, my main account, doesn't have the DM auto-send and auto-reply features working. I watched the troubleshooting video provided by Manichat and deleted cookies, but it didn't work. I understand if the automation doesn't work for all accounts, but I don't understand why only the main account doesn't work. It's been weeks and still no resolution. Please help me
