Hello all,We’re currently testing Manychat to see whether it will meet our requirements, but we are encountering a few scenarios where the 24-hour messaging window is a challenge.  For example:We operate from 9:00  a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. So, in some cases, we may receive a message at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and cannot respond appropriately until Monday morning. We often engage and initiate conversations with our contacts outside of this window with follow-up messages. For example, five days after the initial conversation, we might send "Hi Simon, just to let you know we will deliver your laptop tomorrow at 1 PM" or "Hi Simon, I was wondering whether you had a chance to do Y."We occasionally send a WhatsApp message to a new customer after speaking with them on the phone (we initiate a conversation).  For example, "Hi Simon, it was great talking to you on the phone. Pessoal, que desesperoo!!  Estou tentando criar uma automação, mas está dando erro como se eu não fosse pró. 

Estou tentando fazer uma automação para enviar no WhatsApp, mas não estou conseguindo, está indo só a primeira mensagem aprovada pelo meta, o resto não vai, já vários tutorias e não consigo identificar nada de diferente do que estou fazendo. E não sei como entrar em contato com o suporte deles

I am not able to see any DM list creation option here, however, it is visible in the FB automation as (messenger list)

El usuario, al interactuar con las automatizaciones, en algún momento solicitará hablar con una persona pero en mi celular la conversación aparece como una conversación ya abierta entonces no me doy cuenta que el usuario solicitó hablar con una persona. Luego de que solicite hablar con un humano, intenté agregando una “Acción - Marcar la conversación como abierta”  y también “Acción - Marcar la conversación como cerrada”, pero la conversación en el celular no se marca como “no leído”. Espero me puedan ayudar. Hi community,I was skimming through the ManyChat Swagger API docs and came across the endpoint/fb/page/getFlows It looks like this endpoint returns all the existing flows (automations) created in a connected account, which is great.However, I couldn’t find any reference to an endpoint like /createFlow or /updateFlow, which would allow us to create or modify a flow programmatically.I also asked the AI in the platform’s help center, and it mentioned that creating a flow via API is possible — but I couldn’t find any official documentation or endpoints for it.So my questions are: Is there an officially supported way to programmatically create a new flow via API? Can we update flow content (like CTAs, messages, or trigger keywords) using the API? If not currently available, is there a recommended workaround or feature planned?

I am trying test my sms using a Twilio number and I am not receiving the text to my cell phone.how can I fix this?

Hi, I wonder how to send broadcasting(messages) to my subscribers within the system, not e-mails? It shows following message: "0 subscribers will receive this broadcastTry selecting others or reducing some of them. You also have the option to import new contacts."The AI agent couldn’t solve this.I tried to look up some instruction videos on Youtube, but they didn’t address this issue and it looked like those people making the video the system did automatically assigned the broadcasting to the subscribers without any such errors. I have obtained consent in the opt-in flow.Thank you for any insights.

Buenos días, tengo automatizaciones que envian mensajes más allá de la ventana de 24 horas. He usado plantillas verficadas para poder mandar esos mensajes en secuencia. De toda la secuencia, es el primero que se manda, que inicia la conversación el que he considerado como plantilla, el resto, al ya tener respuesta del usuario, ya son normales hasta que pasan 24 horas y ya inicio con una nueva plantilla. En cada secuencia diaria uso una espera de 23 horas, para dar coherencia al seguimos hablando mañana y el siguiente mensaje es plantilla. Mi duda es, dado que veo que a veces estos mensajes iniciales no se envian, es si puede afectar que la espera previa al mensjae plantillla? debe ser superior a 24 esa espera? o no pasa nada si es algo inferior. Gracias.

I need to delete my current WhatsApp number that is connected to Minchat and then connect (in a way that allows the number to be both in Minchat and with me) a new number, my question is what will happen with all the automations I have already built, the WhatsApp template for which I have already received approval, and the broadcasts I have built?Will they be deleted completely?Will they remain but I will not be able to use them, or will I be able to activate them all once I have a new number?I would love to hear from anyone who knows..

I’m new to ManyChat and really confused about this. In my flow I ask a question with two buttons, and they work fine when clicked. But if the user just types instead of clicking, nothing happens. I don’t really know how to handle this properly — is AI Step the only way, or is there a way to fix it without AI? Thanks for any advice! 🤗

Hi Manychat Support,I have connected my Instagram Business account and I'm on a Pro plan, but I still cannot see the Broadcasts option for Instagram in my dashboard.I have already: Connected my Instagram account successfully Created a segment and added subscribers Checked permissions and connection status (everything looks fine) Waited more than 24 hours after sending and receiving messages Despite all of this, the Broadcast feature for Instagram is still not visible.Could you please help me activate the Instagram broadcast option or let me know if I'm missing something?Thank you very much!Best regards,[Your Dendr]

Hi Community,Sometimes, say 5%, of the messages i setn in a campaign end up on the status “Message failed to send.” Although there is documentation on certain error codes, i cant find where i can see these “errors” https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15580879039388-Why-WhatsApp-messages-are-sometimes-not-delivered#message-undeliverableDoes anyone know where i can see the error messages or underlying cause for this?Normally i take this a collateral damage and just X% that is unreachable, but for now it is with a test-number of my client so like to understand the reason better.Thank in advance!

Hello Everyone!!Am I the only one like REALLY lost with the new update? I need a flow that was built like an automations without the visual interface to open the flow interface so I can add things? No idea why its so limited now.I really wouldn't like to build it from scratch again. Please let me know :) thanks~feel so lost.  

Buenas comunidad. Me encuento en ocasiones, que ya sea porque el usuario no quiere o puede contestar a las preguntas o por que el AI Step se tuesta, el ususario se queda atrapado y no puede continuar con a automatización.Estoy probando cosas, incluso con ideas de chatgpt (que no termina de conocer bien las opciones de manychat) y al final lo acabo haciendo manual. ¿como haceis esto vosotros?
