I start a chat on WhatsApp, and ManyChat shows a notification and sounds for a new chat, but the conversation doesn't appear.

I'm connecting to the meta api. There's a step that's not covered in the help doc.I just selected my instagram account.Now it's asking if I want to set up with existing data:The first one is no good - that was a temp pixel we made when we were incorrectly banned during a promotional window (we teach personal finance, so we get flag false positives sometimes)The second one is some testing thing.The third is the pixel we use and have used for years.The fourth seems to be the event data we use currently. So, should I pick one of these? Or should I create a new set of data for conversations?

I have played around with prompts without success.is it possible or do I need to come up with a prompt reply if it doesn’t know the answer to the question.if It is not possible to just not reply to the user is there an easy way if it doesn’t know the answer to the question I can move it to a new part of the flow

Greetings! I have been using Manychat since 2021, but I have hit a wall concerning this Growth Tool. In the past, I could add a large list of “negative keywords” that the bot would exclude from its trigger. But now it seems that I can only add 10 of them. Is there something I am missing or a solution for this?  

Hello I'm new to manychat and just starting with the free version to try it out. I set up an automation a few weeks ago with a trigger word on an instagram post to send them a message with a link when they comment that word. It worked.Then I tried again today to do it and it won't let me proceed without signing up to Pro...I'm pretty sure this is not a pro feature though since the other Pro templates are marked as Pro and this was not?Also, when it says engage up to 1000 contacts does this mean how many followers you have or does it mean how many people actually engage the post by commenting?It's a bit confusing.Thanks!

Hey everyone! 👋I have a WhatsApp bot connected to Manychat and want to send message templates using the WhatsApp API from my CRM (located in Retool) without interfering with Manychat’s flows.My goal is:1️⃣ Keep handling incoming messages through Manychat and its flows.2️⃣ Send automated message templates via the WhatsApp API from Retool (e.g., when a subscription is about to expire).3️⃣ Ensure that after a message is sent via Retool, the user is redirected to a specific Manychat flow using some keywords.The issue:I want to register my number as permanent in Meta for Developers, but it's already set up in Manychat. Can I use the same number for both Manychat and API calls from Retool without breaking Manychat’s setup?Has anyone done this before? Any guidance would be super helpful! 🚀Thanks in advance! 😊

I have had numerous issues with my DM links. It’s pretty frustrating, half the time I don’t even know if the link is working for those receiving the DM unless they tell me. The link works for me when I test it out but for some users it doesn’t! This is the error they are receiving when they click the link OR they just DON’T see the message even if I see it on my end!It’s frustrating paying for something and it just not working sometimes??Anyone else having these issues and how can it be fixed?

Hey everyone! 👋I’m running into a strange issue with my ManyChat broadcast, and I’m hoping someone here has seen this before.Here’s what’s happening:I sent out a broadcast to 749 people. It’s been a while, and only 80 messages have been delivered. 😕 (But it says 730 are sent, and only 80 messsages delivered) Some even replied back to me, and are not in the “delivered” tap The rest seem stuck or delayed, and I don’t know why. Hi, I’m having trouble understanding how to correctly set the content type for my broadcasts in Manychat.I’ve created a list where users have explicitly opted in to receive daily updates (promotional messages). However, when I send the broadcast and check afterward, it’s marked as non-promotional content, even though the message is promotional in nature.When I’m setting up the broadcast, I notice a "Reason" field during the process, but it only shows me the list I’ve created and doesn’t give me the option to specify whether the broadcast is promotional or non-promotional. I can’t find any settings or options to adjust this during the setup process.Could someone guide me on how to properly configure the broadcast type as promotional? Thanks in advance for your help!

Whenever I try to save my custom fields collected while the interaction between the bot and the user in my spreadsheet, the file is always empty, no inserted data at all however the file name is chosen right also the name of the column. Can someone help me?

Hi everyone, I have a problem wiht automation that I don’t know how to turn off and it’s active on my IG. The automation is about anyone commenting anything under any post/reel rusults in getting a message about unrealated thing (always the same one). So if there is an automation for a word, let’s say IDIOM, they get the right message, but if they comment something different, literally anything else, even “good job” - they immadiately get a message (unrelated to any post) and I don’t where to find this automation and first of all - how to turn it off :(

Hi everyone,I’d like to share an issue I’m experiencing while trying to integrate a phone number for use via the WhatsApp API through Manychat.Initially, when attempting to integrate the phone number for the first time, we encountered a problem—the verification code from Meta never arrived due to an issue with our device. Once we resolved the device issue, we attempted to finish the integration process. However, since it took us some time to fix the problem, the browser did not function properly when requesting a new code. As a result, we decided to restart the process.To ensure a clean setup, I went to Business Manager, deleted the WhatsApp Account, and started the integration again from Manychat. However, just before reaching the step where we request the verification code, an error message appeared stating:"The selected commercial portfolio has the following restrictions, which may affect your ability to create or modify WhatsApp Business accounts.

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Manychat. No matter whether I’m at home or at work, the platform keeps displaying an Internet connection problem error, even though my internet is working perfectly fine. I’ve tried accessing Manychat from different locations and networks, and I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it as well as rebooting my iPhone but the issue remains the same. It has been like this for a couple days at lleast.   Could you please help me troubleshoot this ASAP? It says Give your connection another go check if you have wi-Fi and data And try again 

Hey, My data isn’t transferring to a google sheet in one of my manychat accounts for some reason.  I tried to go to the help centre for troubleshooting but the page isn’t there anymore.  I’ve refreshed permissions and no luck. All the input fields are fine and functioning - and i’ve selected the right sheet. Thanks Carrie 

For the past few days, the app keeps saying I am not connected to WIFI but I am. I can’t connect my FB post to Manychat via the app. I have deleted and reinstalled and signed in and out. Any ideas how to fix it?

Everywhere in Q&A says I have to set up an action block then broadcast them to the contacts…(Frankly speaking,  it is not intuitive) But I cannot find the Broadcast tap on the left.Is it a Trial account thing or the broadcasting function has been sunsetted for good? THANKS!Thompson
