Does anyone know how to set up an automation on Instagram for a draft/scheduled post, rather than one that’s already live, so it goes live as soon as the post does?

Is there anyone of you who were able to add a user to an IG automation manually. We were having some issues with IG automated DMs this past week and we missed a lot of people. We wanted to DM them with the actual message that they are supposed to receive but we cannot. So, I was wondering if there’s a way we can just manually add them to the workflow. 

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support. 

I want to send a message to many contacts once a time.They were all received my direct message before.Can I do this?

Hello there!I have created an automation for my FB business page and IG one, and it’s been going pretty good.But there is a problem. We are on the PRO plan ($15/month, for context).People respond to our Reels/ Posts with: “Community”/ “Italian”/ “Yes”, etc. It is running a flow for sending link to join the community on Skool.But from what it seems, only 30% of messages are delivered. And I don’t know exactly why.On IG it’s showing 100% sent/ 100% delivered.But on FB - 3249 Sent/ 33.8% delivered.Meaning, only 1000 people get the messages. But, idk exactly, is this something from Facebook? I found this one, that maybe people didn’t enter on the facebook to get the messages (like logging in). But I find it hard to believe.Let’s say maybe for 5-10% of people, but 70% to not login again? And some of them comment again on the videos.So, idk exactly what is the problem, and what to do. I wandered about this because on the Skool community we have only 1000 people that got on the about page (li

So I have clicked on the “send message within 24 hours” to trigger the drop-down menu. It does not have the “send as comment” reply option. So what do I do now? Thanks in advance! 

In an automation, is there a way to send the “flow_ns” value through an External Request?I understand that I can get that value from the URL in a browser, but I would like to have that value sent to my backend for logging purposes.I tried to see if the field was available when clicking the “Add Full Contact Data” in the Request form, but nothing came up.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Refreshed permissions multiple times Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any guidance from the ManyChat team would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m building my first automation with Manychat and can’t get my automation for Instagram DM to work.When sending a DM to the account (using my iPhone app) I do get the first message and see the 2 buttons (highligted in yellow below). But when I click either of the buttons nothing happens. Grateful for any support! (And yes, I’ve tried “Refresh Instagram Permissions” )

Hi, I’ve been working on a proyect to help small brands automate their responses in Instagram.Can’t verify my app yet with meta so I thought using Manychat API was a smart workaround.I need clarification with contact usage.If a Business I automate, receives 500 DMs per month, am I ok with Pro suscription? I mean, what happens in ten months? Is it still 500 per month or is it 5000 contacts? $15 vs $45 Is the client doomed to “carry” forever a contact that was a one time purchase or they reset each month?This is key in my business model and it would be a nice Yes or a hard No depending on the answer.Thank you very much,Santa  

Hello, I recently changed my Instagram password and now I can't set new automation on manychat…It's kind of a loop that I can't get out

Quick Reply’s are not showing up when users comment under posts & live’s. Instragram permissions have been refreshed, automations have been re-built but problem persists...Experiencing this problem for 1.5 days now. Anyone a fix? 

Heads up, I’ve noticed quick reply buttons are not showing up for A LOT of users. Manychat’s status report page does not reflect this, anyone know what’s going on?

Hello everyone, I need some urgent help with an Instagram–Facebook–Manychat connection issue.My Instagram account is currently linked to a Facebook page that was automatically created by Facebook when I switched my Instagram account to a business account. This page was not manually created, it does not belong to any real Facebook profile, and I do not have any way to access it.Because of this, I am completely stuck:Manychat keeps asking me to grant permission to that Facebook page in order to proceed.On the website version of Manychat, I cannot access Settings to disconnect/remove the page.On mobile, I can log in, but on the website I am blocked by the error message.Since the page was auto-created by Facebook, there is no “admin” I can request access from — the page doesn’t actually belong to anyone.Here is the message I see:“The Instagram account is already Connected. I set up an automation where, when someone commented a specific word on my post, they’d get a DM. It worked the first time I used it, but even though it’s still live, it doesn’t work anymore. What should I do?
