Hello I’m currently having trouble where the automation DM is not being sent with the trigger word. I have a PRO account and not sure why this problem is happening. It was easy before to set up. Also having the problem of the whole message not showing in the text. Along with this caution sign that Keeps showing . If anybody has a solution throat would be great cause I’m paying for the service. :(

My Instagram DM messages are only showing the first two lines of the message as well as the button. It was working before but just stopped out of the blue. Anybody know how to fix this issue? 

 Manychat triggering the DM, after a comment on post but it’s not sending the full message. Does anybody facing the same issue? Attaching the screenshots for reference. From last 2 days I’m facing this issue. Last one month it worked well like second image(it usually send full message), but from past 2 days facing the issue like in First image message error(Sending only first line of message).

Hi everybody,I want to connect chatbase to my manychat account to set up a smart chatbot for Instagram and Facebook Messenger. I am using make to connect them all.I created 2 automations in manychat and it works fine if the user only sends one message: chatbase replies but if the user asks for something else, the user's 2nd message is ignored, the chatbot (chatbase) doesn't reply.I would like to make chatbase carrying on the conversation. chatbase works fine on my website as a javascript widget. So I guess I am doing something wrong on Manychat and Make?Anyone has an idea to connect an AI agent to my social networks DM able to have a conversation and try to sell it instead of giving only 1 reply?I watched a popular tutorial from Joren Wouters on Youtube.I missed something and I need the help of a Manychat Expert, please. I cannot find anywhere where to resubscribe I guess my billing did not go through and I have looked for like an hour and it’s very frustrating. Where can I sign back up again because everything I go to use it says that it is a pro feature and it’s not available on a free account, but I never had a free account so that tells me the billing did not go through.

Hi, I’m new to Manychat.I have 2 different links for my store. One is for my native country, other for international. I would like to use the “convert Instagram comments to sales” template to let the users comment their country name and send the link based on their country.Is there any feature that checks whether a word is a country name? Or is there any way to add a list of country names (keywords) to verify from, instead of adding all the 195 countries’ name individually?

Hey AllMy Insta DM automations were working fine and then all of a sudden when it sends the message it only shows the first two lines of the message and the button. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

I setup an automation for IG that when a specific word is mentioned in comment a trigger is set and they get a message with a button. The user is not receiving a button with the correct text but in the live chat it shows the correct button.When the user clicks on the mislabeled button it does not take them to the next step in the flow.I have read all the tutorials and tried the chat with no luck. Hi, I'm still quite new and have made the first automations for Instagram, which also worked. But now it doesn't publish a new automation anymore and I don't know why. What I can see in contrast to the other automations is that the slider "Turn on this trigger" is switched off and when I try to switch it on I get an error message "You can not activate the widget on the free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access."I hope someone can help me. Thank you! 

Hi, my instagram codeword automation broke! The beginning of my automation goes by the codeword "Хочу" "Пикап" this ready word responds perfectly and sends the correct message in the comments to my rils, but when I am written in direct to prima this codeword sends a completely different message! I have deleted all my messages but it still sends the wrong message altogether

the automated message with buttons that I wrote and sent to customers looks smaller and does not show the entire text I wrote. how should I fix it?

Hi Everyone, I’ve had some replies to my automated messages that they cannot access the link, and on my end it doesn’t look like the full message is showing either in the chat.  Has anyone dealt with this and know how to fix it?  I’m having to manually resend them the link and message 

Good afternoon, please advise. 3 days is not updated automation, old automation work, new and if you change do not work. Updated instagram settings in the settings, but nothing helps. A couple of times the new automation worked, but then again does not work. I use automation - write in direct, after commenting under the post. Thank you for your help.
