We have been using automations for sending IG messages when someone comments on a post and all of a sudden they quit working yesterday. It’s not showing any of our recent posts for us to connect the automation to. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I am so glad this only began happening a couple of weeks after I set up things relatively the way I wanted them. BUT I can not edit anything successfully in a flow now, the main reason being all of the steps seem to just disconnect and fall apart and part of it vanish when I go into editing mode. Let me tell you, this did NOT happen when I was setting it up in the first place. Also, a certain button appears one way to some people (works correctly and says the right things) and shows up incorrect and not working properly for others. This is just not good.

What I want to do in automation is that my automation sends one of the 50 texts randomly. When the user comes back here, the last sent text should not be sent again. Instead, one of the remaining 49 should be sent. This should continue until all 50 texts are sent. Once all 50 are sent, it should reset and start over. How can I do this?

Hi,I don’t like to spam my followers. Currently when someone comments on my post they will get a dm from me. I post every day. I don’t want them to get this dm every day. Can I also make a rule that every user only gets this once a week/month?This question applies also to other triggers. Thanks!

 Updating automation produces error message:  Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.  How do I automate and follow up message to go out in a specific timeframe after the first message is sent?  If the message is marked “comment reply” it disconnects the Smart Delay??? When I login to manychat on my windows 11 laptop, I get a white screen.  I do not have a problem when I log in using my iMac pro.   I run Norton Internet Security and also use CCleaner.  i am also using NORD VPN on the windows laptop, but not the iMac pro..  I also get a white screen when i click the “get started for free” button.  How do I overcome this? 

I’ve created a quiz through a Manychat template, using actions to increase points and conditions to match the results but it seems that the points through the quiz are not summed, in fact the results at the end of the quiz it’s always the same no matter which option has previously been picked. Is there any trick i’m missing?

I need to send my customers a reminder from time to time via whatsapp. It has to go at a particular time on the date that they have chosen to attend a Masterclass I am conducting. I know that I can create an whatsapp contact via API and then trigger a flow to send a message but I want to send messages multiple times as reminder. What’s the best way to go about this case? If there’s an API call that can trigger a message or a particular flow then it would be helpful. The logic of the time of calling this API can be taken care of in my CRM. Example:- A customer registers for the workshop on Monday. I have to send him a reminder at 4:00 PM on Thursday. 

I started manychat with a new FB, absolutely empty, but i was banned. Now i can’t associate my instagram account with any new manychat account. How can I resolve that please ?

Comment reply → send dm is bugged suddely and it doesn’t work unless the person is previously following youIm contacting support and they can’t help with that and other competitors are working correctly so its just a manychat issue and their support is not helping. 

Hi 👋 I have a Whatsapp flow which asks the user a series of Yes/No questions. When using Messenger or Instagram flows, it’s easy to create natural ‘breaks’ or pauses with User Input prompts and the Multiple Choice option, but Whatsapp doesn’t have the Multiple Choice option. The issue is, that when I use a text block with buttons in Whatsapp, the flow continues to run, even if the user doesn’t provide any input so we don’t get a response to every question and the user experience is terrible. I’ve reverted to a fallback of User Input with text, asking the user to reply with Y or N, but this is also not acceptable UX. I though there may be a way to use conditions, only moving to the next step once the previous answer has a value, but I haven’t been able to make this work either. Is there any other way to ‘pause’ the automation until the user provides input using buttons in a Whatsapp flow?Thanks in advance,Wayne

Hello, I  wanted  to  talk  about  a situation that happened to me last week. A user sent me a message asking about the prices of my service, and they automatically received a message with the prices from Manychat.To be more specific, the message the person received contained the prices of Manychat.I was quite  surprised because I don't have any workflow  activated that would perform this operation. Has this happened to anyone else ?  Do you know how I can solve this ? Thank  you  for  your  help
