Is there any way in manychat to engage users whose last interaction was more than 1 year ago ? There is an option to send messages to users outside the 24 hour window using Paid Broadcasts. But, using that, I am not able to send messages to users whose last interaction was more than one year.

Well, not only that the messages in the flow appear repeated on my test IG account, the flow is not working at all.The flow should ask for three values to make calculations, it asks for the first one and then it jumps to the last message showing me the results (wich are obviously wrong)…Don’t know what to do with this thing and frankly, very frustrated with the outcome.

'Next Post Or Reel' no longer works for me and I have to manually assign the  post to the automation once I’ve posted     I am having an issue where comments on my posts are empty even when people comment Refresh permissions have not worked for me. Are there any alternatives?

Currently I’m still testing the free version’s options and I’m concerned if you can define the phrase “Contact” for me.  If I go for the Pro version and I have upto 3k contact, and I deleted 1k contact.Will i be charged for the 3k contact or I will be charged for 2k contacts since i have deleted 1k contacts already.

I set up a DM automation that stipulates that when people comments the word “ready” on a particularly post, it’s supposed to give them one of three responses under their commented and then it’s supposed to send them a DM It worked for a few times, and then it stopped working So I went into the platform and saw that somehow it was turned off, so I turned it back on And then it worked one more time, and then it stopped working again What am I doing wrong?

Hello!Im having problems with the next flow:Using the next example: what service do you offer and where are you located?In the example are two non related questions and I need them to be answered.So I came up with this:I created a flow (cuantificar preguntas) that reads the whole text to separates, store and organice the questions in variables (1st question, 2dn question, 3rd question). Afer that I created a flow (responder pregunta) where it analizes the first question and classifies it to give the correct answer. 

I have a lot of triggers that CONTAINS the same start, but they go to various automations, and when someone sends one of the keywords, it do not identify the whole word but just the start of it. let me show an example.If the user send the keyword “EP98”, and i have a trgger set to “EP9”, the automation that will be sent to the user is going to be the one with the “EP9” trigger. But the automation that should be t=sent is the one wth the “EP98” trigger.In DM triggers you can choose to only send an automation when the message IS a certain keyword, not when it CONTAINS the keyword. but in the post/reels comments and the story replys, i can only set it to look for massages that CONTAIN a certain keyword.Does someone know how to make the comment coments only identifies specific word, like the DM triggers?

Hi community I am new here. I am looking for a way to implement a shared inbox, where all incoming chats are handled by a bot, until at some point the bot decides to pass the chat to a human operator to continue the conversation. The human takes control of the chat, until it ends it, and then the bot takes over again (if the user restart the conversation).This is the flow:1. customer talks with bot2. bot tags the chat at the end3. chat is assigned to group based on tag4. at some point human will come and reply to the customer  in chat using many chat ui5. Bot should not respond now since human is talking6. Human will at some point solve the issue of customer and untag the chat7. Now bot becomes active again and will respond to the messageI am having difficulty to understand if this can be done with manychat.  Any idea if this is possible? 

I’M IN THE MIDDLE OF A SALE AND IM BANNED FROM COMMENTING AND I CAN’T EVEN POST ANYMORE. I REACHED OUT TO INSTAGRAM AND THEY ARENT VERY HELPFL. HOW DOI AVOID THIS USING MANYCHATS IN THE FUTURE? HAD I KNOWN THIS WOULD’VE HAPPENED I WOULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS ALTOGETHOR.

 Hi I run Facebook Ads for a restaurant , and when someone clicks on the ad, an automation will start, and a coupon will be sent to them.Is there any way to send a follow-up message to people who didn't retrieve the coupon?I have different stages when someone request for coupon, and when someone retrieve couponIn my area, people don't like to share their phone numbers, so the only thing left for me is a Messenger message.I have around 500 people who clicked on the ad, but when I go to broadcast, only 12 people in the list (1 month old campaign). or does messenger even allow us to do it?I am assuming if broadcast shows 12 people. then if I create a sequence, it will give me similar results. Or am I wrong on this?

i need to create an http request to bring some info, but it says : just https allowed. my problem is the api that im trying to call is not under a https server… and it woult take some time for this people to change it to https…is there anyway to achieve this goal making http requests from my flow ?

Hi all,I’m using the free version of Manychat and I uploaded one post and one reel (which are basically the same).And I made an automation, I could only see and click the reels tough I wanted to click the post.Anyways, the reel was the only available so I actually erased the reel from my feed and I tried to select the post from Manychat but I could not see my post even after many attempts of refreshing.Can anyone give me a hand with this issue?It’s kind of driving me crazy..! 

Hola Manychaters! Tengo la versión premium y he observado que no siempre se activan las respuestas automáticas de instagram y tampoco los DM, siempre quedan algunos sin responder. ¿a alguien más le sucede esto? ¿Alguien sabe a que se debe y como lo puede arreglar? Gracias
