Hi there, so I’ve logged into my manychat account but can’t connect my Instagram page because it says I need the owner of the account (which is me) to accept the request.How can I fix this. I can’t seem to log into the other account.Thanks

Hi,  I have set up a sequence on a pro account and have put in send after 24 hours for the first message. I did this for all messages on that day but I think that I can only send one a day. The first messages are sending but the 2nd two aren’t. I tried one day clicking and another day not clicking on a button and neither day sent the next lot of messages. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance

there seems to be a discrepancy in the pricing page. it says PRO has unlimited access to Manychat AI yet in another part it says its an additional $29… so please clarify

The facebook account which I created Manychat account was blocked, and I need to transfer the owner of manychat account to another facebook account. And I need to stop the Pro account. Pls give me the support for this problem. 

This seems like a pretty major flaw if the automations won’t work when you’re doing a collab post with another account. Can someone let me know if they’ve figured this out? I see only questions here and nobody answering from manychat so reposting another question about the same important thing: IG Collab posts:Will my automations work or not?Presume I am the Author of the post inviting another account as my collaborator and it is not a paid / ad type collab but a regular 2-account cross post collab.Furthermore, if the automations will work will they work for ALL commenters or just commenters following my account already?  I would think all or nothing but other folks are asking this so it makes me wonder. 

If I am the creator of a post but I invite a collaborator, will my many chat automations still work for all comments coming from all collaborators followers?

Hi everyone,I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problems I am having with my Instagram automations. I am using an automation for people replying a keyword to my reel and sending them a DM with a link. I’ve been having 2 problems since quite recently:Some people message me they cannot see the message I send them, even though I can personally see it within the DM - anybody else has this problem and knows how to fix it? Or does it have to do something with their own settings?  Lately I’ve been getting a ton of messages from people that are not able to open the link I add as a button in my DM. I think it has something to do with opening links within Instagram but I’m not entirely sure. Anybody knows what might be going on? Thanks a lot for helping me out! Anne 

I was wondering if anyone knew a way of customizing exactly who gets added as a contact to our account from Instagram. Currently, everyone is being added as a contact - whether it’s a story mention, comment or story replies. Ideally, we only want to add contacts from our specific automations - like commenting a specific keyword - as we have budget concerns our list will grow exponentially. Has anyone found a way to curb the amount of contacts being added from Instagram?Thanks so much!

Hello i ran into a issue today where when i go to preview my automation its using all old phrases i made before no matter what i change them to it keeps saying the same things over and over again . Anybody run into this?

Hey everyone,need your help - I wanna set up auto reply “Hey, can’t talk right now, please share your phone and I contact you shortly” from 8pm till 10am. Can’t get how to create subsequence to make it work right without ignoring the client and without duplicating auto message if person decides to reply. Would be so grateful for your help.

I just set up my first automation for comments on a Reel.  A friend of mine replied to a message I had sent her (that had nothing to do with any reel) and she got the automation.  I don’t see anything set up for automation for every DM I get.  What should I look for?

Hi all,I’ve configured manychat pixel, and in 1 automation I have set website button.I expected utms to be added automatically but only mcp_token is added.Should manychat pixel add utms or should I add them manually?anyone in this situation? thanks

I ONLY use Manychat to automate comments with a certain words, for example , I say in my videos (write the word “ e-book” in the comments and I will send it to you”.Now when I subscribed to the pro version, Manychat forced me to use the chatbot, which automatically subscribes people to the chatbot and automatically replies to any message in my DMs. I don’t want this feature, so can I stop Manychat from automatically subscribing people to the chatbot? and ONLY USE THE COMMENTS AUTOMATION feature?

I am trying to add into a DM a pause then follow up. Am I doing it wrong? I can’t seem to connect a Smart Delay to the next steps. I also am trying to add an immediate Image {first arrow} upon comment but can’t seem to stack two steps.I have also tried it like this, so they interact but still cant… 

The question answer is sent, but I want to change the answer to Korean.What are you talking about without Instagram permission?

Hi any ideas why the automation flow preview comes up with this error: ”Email node can't be previewed”? Does it mean it’s ok, and the given e-mail will be send, but just not in preview?I followed the instructions on this video:Thank you!

I set up an automation to answer the answers of the AI ​​bot I prepared from Chatbase in Instagram chats. But it only answers my first question, not any subsequent questions.
