Is it possible to retrieve the content of a story, when someone replies to it?I have been looking, for the available fields that might be sent to to my webhook, but none of it provide url to the video/image of a instagram story.

Hello, we have several automations that are working well. But we recently set up a new one with the trigger word “PROFIT”. I can see that I’m getting comments on my IG posts but they aren’t showing. I tested it from another account and when I test the other automations, they’re working, but when I test PROFIT on the corresponding posts, my comment doesn’t show and no automation is triggered. What’s happening?

is there a way to delete a campaign. I have successfully published 50 campaigns, but now my last campaign will not respond after it is published. It works on a keyword, but my clients are not getting my campaign response. They are getting a conversation starter instead. Is there anyone that has had this issue. Also, is there a way to delete the conversation starter or the campaigns and start over again?

Hey guys. I've been trying to set up the auto-comment reply for my running Facebook ads. It keeps giving me the "”Post not found" message. I tried entering Post ID and URL, still not found. I tried it couple of times on separate occasions. I'm running 5 Facebook ads and I get the same message for all. :(I did refresh permission also. I also cannot find the dark post under the promotable post tab. :( It's not my first time to set this up, and it worked fine, but it was for a different Facebook page. I really need to set this up since I'm getting a lot of inquiries per day and I need to redirect the comments to the chatbot flow. What else can I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, is it possible to use ManyChat for different FB accounts? That is, if I am providing service to 3 different clients, each with their own FB, can I have all 3 within my ManyChat account?

To give some context, I set up Manychat with a consultant years ago. I was set as an admin of the ManyChat account but not the owner, so I was not able to disconnect my IG & Facebook. I can only disable it.Now, I am trying to set up Manychat as the ‘owner’. I created a new Manychat account & connect my IG & Facebook there. But there is a prompt wherein I still need to disconnect it from the previous owner’s Manychat account before I can reconnect it to my own account. Problem is that I am unable to reach out to the person who set up my Manychat years ago. What do I do? I already tried disconnecting it via Facebook Business Integrations. But there’s no progress, on Manychat’s side it is still connected to the old owner.

I have the free version of Manychat so far, I want to try it out before I subscribe. I successfully connected my IG account, I can even see my posts in Manychat and live chats. I created a very simple automation but when I go to test it it doesn’t work. I refreshed my permissions. I am at a loss of how to find out what I’m doing wrong or how to fix it. Can someone help?
