No começo da automação o Manychat fica marcando o seu perfil como resolver isto?

Hello guys! New to this great world of chatbots! So I am starting some pilots on chatbots and I have a possible job around the corner but I have an important question related to the Meta Business Verification process: So I asked chatgpt, read lots of forums and also saw lots of videos but I can’t seem to find an answer as to WHO needs to have the Meta Business Verification if I am going to be an “agency” that creates the bot and manages the marketing HSM, etc. of other clients.  I understand that my agency needs to have the Meta Business Verification, but does my client needs that too? My client already has a Facebook page, IG and will have a Whatsapp number that will have each a similar chatbot but I will create and manage them. Do they need the Meta Verification? What are the workarounds if they also need to have it?  

My onboarding-Process runs. My Daily business to. At some Time i came back to Manychat and would like make the next steps for onboarding. But: The number was inside Manychat…I doesnt know the next steps. What ca i Do?Many ThanksChristiane from Germany

Hi! I bought a ManyChat number to use on WhastApp Bussines automation but now I bought a new SIM here in Brazil to make the same automation. So my problem is, when I start the connection with Meta, ManyChat only show me a option to use the line that I bought before and don’t let me set another number to start the connection with Meta. Dear all, I have a client, who s business is primarly run via personal profile both IG and FB. And I did not find the info, whether its possible to connect manychat also to personal profiles. (not. e.g. FB fanpage, but rather personal profile on FB or personal profile on IG). Please let me know, if you need more information in order to provide me with info. Thanks in advance. 

I am not sure how our account was set up with updates and promotions in the messenger list.  But now certain contacts are getting every streamed service before we even establish that they want to receive the events. I don’t know how to turn it off.  I don’t have access to the guy that initially set up these templates. What is the messenger list? When I click on it, I don’t see where to modify the messenger list.  It just gives me the opportunity to copy the link?  For what? I could use some help understanding the messenger list and how it is sending out streamed events to my messenger contacts.

You could help me with a fairly simple question but I can't find an answer. Why are there chats that reach the open section and others that reach the closed section doing exactly the same process? How does this work? Is there an automatic time that moves them to closed? 😅

El problema es que estoy usando un modulo de Manychat (como disparador en Make) que es Get Subscriber’s Info, y la cosa es que me pide el “Subscriber ID” y claro, la cosa es que solo puedes poner uno. ¿cómo puedo hacer para que coja todos los IDs de mis contactos?Muchas gracias

I have set up an automation to send a DM on Instagram when someone comments with a specific word. In the flow, within the DM, I see these metrics. It says it has been sent to 186 people but only delivered to 77. Why is that? Are 109 people not receiving the DM? Or does it mean that it has been sent to the 186 people but 109 people have not yet accepted the message?I'm not sure if I explained myself well. Let's see if someone can clarify it for me to know if I am understanding it correctly. Thank you very much.

They were functioning correctly until a few days ago when they either stopped triggering altogether or began experiencing significant delays of around 10 to 30 minutes before delivery. When the automation finally triggers, all messages are sent simultaneously, which is not the intended behavior.To troubleshoot, I've attempted several steps, including refreshing permissions, disabling and enabling the page, and even removing and then reinstalling the page on Manychat. Despite these efforts, the issue persists.Additionally, whenever the automation is supposed to trigger, I receive the following notification:"You have entered this conversation by following a link, and David Cloutier can see that you used it.
