Hi,I am try to create a flow so when someone comments on a post, reel or story they are sent a DM with a link to purchase the product at a discount.  the problem I am having is linking the shop or buy to the product in my IG or FB shop. Is this possible and if so can someone please help me and instruct me on how to do this. Thanks,Patrick

I already connected voiceflow to Manychat, but I’m still getting some trouble capturing data through the API from voiceflow and sending links. So in voiceflow it is giving me the correct links as you can see in the workflow in the first video:https://vimeo.com/912675427?share=copy Also capturing the correct data through the API which is connected to zapier from voiceflow as you can see in the second video:https://vimeo.com/912675390?share=copy But when I try any of this on manychat through messenger it does not work as you see in the third video:https://vimeo.com/912675372?share=copy If any of you can explain to me how can I fix this I would really appreciate it.

Guys, I need a lot of help, sorry for the broken English, I'm from Brazil.I use Manychat for Telegram and the same bot that I connect to Manychat I also use on the help channel, I've always done it like this on other accounts.However, I got an account from a new client, and I installed the bot on Manychat, and Manychat works perfectly, but when I put the same bot on ChannelHelp, my Manychat started to work at the same time, has this happened to anyone? Is there a way to resolve it? My other accounts on manychat that have the bot in both places still work normally, I really need to adjust this!If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey guys,I sent some photos in Instagram DM's, and after that Manychat sends a message ‘powered by Manychat’.I didn't have that issue when I sent some text messages by Manychat.I dont have the Pro plan yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am trying to set up a flow and I would like to capture email addresses that are then automated to send to my kajabi email list. I’ve attached a screenshot of the actions I’ve added but on testing Manychat isn’t capturing the email. Any suggestions and insights would be appreciated.

Hi I’ve just set up my first automation and (forgive me for not knowing ANY terminology - I’m old and don’t really know what I’m doing!) it isn’t replying automatically. The notification that I received a message with the keyword just sits there and i have to log in to manychat and ‘pull’ the trigger to nudge it along. I have activated it and made it ‘live’.

Hi!Taking the advice of making new account. I was at the website. I did click Instagram because that was my intentions. It did stated click on Facebook. After a few clicks and fill in the necessary blank spaces? It stated “Would you like to Create a new Facebook Page?” I am trying to have a new account and it will be connected to Instagram professionals. Also, at the top left side on the main page. I hit “New Account”. It went through the same clicks and fill in blank space. It ask the same questions. May I have the Facebook page that I currently have it connected to my Instagram professional? It seems that not having many accounts is manageable? Yes, I am just starting. Something comes up, it will be different. Can that be possible? Any response will be appreciated.

Once a messenger user subscribes to one of my lists,  I want to send them a weekly DM with some automated content.Can a looping smart delay automation be used to achieve this goal?  Is there a better way to achieve weekly DM goal in an automated fashion?

Pessoal, estou precisando de uma grande ajuda, desculpe o inglês não correto, sou do Brasil.Eu uso o manychat para o telegram e o mesmo bot que eu conecto no manychat eu também uso no channel help, sempre fiz assim em outras contas.Porem peguei uma conta de um cliente novo, que eu instalo o bot no manychat, e o manychat funciona perfeitamente, porem ao colocar o mesmo bot no channelhelp, o meu manychat para de funcionar na mesma hora, ja aconteceu com alguem ? tem como resolver? as minhas outras contas no manychat que tem o bot nos 2 lugares ainda funcionam normalmente, estou precisando muito ajustar isso !Se alguem puder me auxiliar agradeço muito. 

Instagram isn’t appearing anywhere on my options even though it says its connected.. All of the help pages are outdated and don’t show anything the same way that I see it when I pull up instagram or facebook.   Is there ANY kind of live support.. Pretty shocking that the help is awful with no live chat support…… Should I disconnect and reconnect all my accounts?
