We’re scaling our Click-to-Messenger campaigns on Facebook and need to build a unified performance report that joins two data sets:Facebook Ads spend - keyed by ad_id, adset_id, campaign_id (we’re going to collect those via the Page webhook (with messaging_referrals): for each referral we can get sender.id = PSID and referral.ad_id, etc.).Contacts inside ManyChat - phone number and custom fields, accessible only via contact_id using the public API.Problem:ManyChat’s API doesn’t accept a PSID (sender.id) as subscriber_id; both getInfo and setCustomFieldByName require the internal contact_id. The API also never returns the PSID when querying a contact. Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat bot where the onboarding flow isn’t triggering when someone first messages my page.Here’s what’s happening: The onboarding flow is set up correctly, but it’s not being triggered when a new user sends a message to my Facebook page. I’ve tested this on different devices and with multiple accounts, but the onboarding flow simply does not activate. Instead, I’m getting a generic message or some unexpected reply that shouldn’t be showing up. What I’ve already tried: Checked the trigger keywords to ensure they are correctly set up. Reviewed the flow settings to confirm that the onboarding flow is the first message after the user interacts. Ensured ManyChat is set as the primary receiver in the Facebook app. Refreshed Facebook permissions and reconnected the Facebook page to ManyChat. Over the past couple weeks responding to messages that come through twilio has stopped and thrown an error however the messages are coming through but I cannot respond. I have disconnected and reconnected and still have the same issues
Hola! Tengo asociados unos anuncios con un flujo que que se dispara al DM cuando alguien responde el ad. Pero cuando lo asocio directamente con el anuncio en la parte del mensaje desde Meta, activo el anuncio y la automatización no funciona. Incluso el anuncio llega a no generar impresiones, y ni bien le quito el flujo se reactiva con normalidad el anuncio. ¿alguien sabe que pueda estar pasando?

uma vez a cada 20 dias eu excluo contatos de 20 dias atrás e por algum motivo os valores de contatos em dias recentes mudam, por exemplo:puxei o valor do dia 07/05 e estava que 208 se inscreveram nesse dia, que foi ontem, logo após excluir os contatos que se inscreveram a 20 dias atras, esse valor foi para 284 e não só esse dia mas todos os dias recentes mudaram de valores tanto para cima, como nesse exemplo, quanto para baixo, como um dia que estava registrado 115 no dia e após a exclusão foi para 71, alguém sabe o pq isso acontece?
hi guys ! I will be working with 2 setters for my IG account and need to use Manychats. However we are experiencing some complications. When in the Manychats - how do I find a specific chat? We have it integrated with IG and when i search for a chat by IG handle, i don’t find anything. Im looking in all possible folders. How do I go about this?Also, not all chats show up in ManyChats. For example, we had a trigger live for a reel - we got a decent amount of comments and the automation worked on all of them, however not all of them showed up in the Manychat UI..It seems to me that there could be some kind of integration error? I would be grateful for some feedback here! Thanks :) Justin

Tengo un template configurado para hacer click to URL en 2 pasos. Envio Broadcast con un template y quiero que al usuario dar clic en el boton, se active una automatizacion que responde a esa intencion y genera una conversacion. El tema es que el trigger no se activa con la respuesta del boton, sino cuando el usuario escribe las palabras. Qué esta mal en el diseño de este flujo? parece sencillo, pero no funciona!

im not sure what to do because any time i try to go live with an automation for a post, nothing happens. i click “go live” and it doesn’t do anything. my story automations are working but not feed posts. ive done everything the support desk has told me to but it still won’t do anything.
