Olá pessoal, Estou usando o ManyChat para meu cliente e sempre deixo abaixo de 500 contatos para pagar o valor de R$ 149 pelo plano Pro. Porém este mês esqueci e acabaram cobrando o valor de 2500 contatos que é o próximo nível.Até ai tudo bem, só que agora mesmo excluindo os contatos para menos de 500, na página de cobrança continua a informação de que serei cobrado o valor de 2500 contato.

Hola,Estoy teniendo un problema específico con la integración de Instagram: Tengo conectada mi cuenta de Instagram a ManyChat correctamente. Veo sin problemas los mensajes que los usuarios me envían desde Instagram. Sin embargo, cuando yo respondo desde la app de Instagram (móvil), esas respuestas no aparecen en el chat en vivo de ManyChat, por lo que mi equipo no puede ver lo que escribí. Este problema solo ocurre con Instagram. Tengo también conectada mi cuenta de TikTok, y ahí sí se sincronizan ambos lados de la conversación (mensajes del usuario y los míos desde la app). He verificado lo siguiente: Mi cuenta de Instagram (@yundianosfuimos) es profesional. Está conectada correctamente en ManyChat. En la app de Instagram, activé:“Permitir acceso a los mensajes desde herramientas conectadas”. En ManyChat hice clic en “Refrescar permisos” de Instagram. Olá, tenho problemas para fazer a integração entre minha conta do Instagram com o Manychat. No momento da integração, o site informa duas mensagens que não direcionam claramente por onde devo começar - tanto pela integração direta via Instagram, quanto pela integração via Meta Business Suite. O que fazer para solucionar isso? 

Hello, I'm reaching out for help because after connecting my WhatsApp number to ManyChat to test some features, I completely lost access to it.I can still make phone calls and receive SMS messages, but I can no longer access WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business.When I try to log in on my phone, I get an error. When I try on the computer, it says there's already an account connected.After finishing the test on ManyChat, I canceled and deleted my account directly through their website, but even so, I lost access to my number on WhatsApp.

Hi everyone,I recently encountered an issue with WhatsApp on my phone. I tried using the manychat but didn't find it helpful, so I decided to remove everything related to it. However, now I can't return to my WhatsApp account on my phone.The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification. I've tried using different phone numbers, and they work fine, but when I use the same number that's associated with manychats, I don't receive the code. I keep getting an error message saying to try again in an hour.i tried deleting the app, restarting mobile, clearing cache/ I’ve already removed and deleted everything in setting, but the issue persists. Can anyone help me resolve this?Thanks in advance!

Sorry if it may be obvious, im currently checking manychat prices for a client, but noticed the pricing is weirdly different. My country currency is Real (R$), and converting the  45 dollar plan to R$ it´s around R$ 252, but instead its priced at R$ 499 here.  Shouldn´t it be R$ 252? Without VPNWith VPN on "Americas" 

Hi community, im triying to update my current automation (Instagram) with some edits and when I press update, and error message appears with “stop linked ad in your ads manager before taking this action”. I have tried countless times, stopping all campaigns in the ads manager but its still not working. Need help!

Hope all is well everyone, my name is Dj and I’m having quite the issue and was looking for a bit of help. So I have an automation flow that involves about 4 different automations, my goal is for one contact to finish the first automation then once that contact is finished, it will start another automation but I want to send the 2nd automation to a different user, not the same user. I tried using conditions but that usually just stops the automation after the first automation ends and doesn’t send the message to the user that meets the conditions. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Funciona usando Respuesta predeterminada. Yo estoy necesitando hacer algo similar, pero en mi caso la interacción viene desde una pregunta puntual, usando Recopilación de datos. Es decir, le pregunto algo al cliente, y quiero dejar que mande varios mensajes si hace falta… y recién después de un tiempo , concatenar todo eso y recién ahí mandarlo a la IA. ¿Alguien probó algo así? ¡Gracias desde ya por la onda!Slds.

Im looking to build a Basic follow up sequence where i would manually opt the conatct in, they then get followed up with 5 follow ups all delayed by 1 to 2 days. If a prospect replies at any point in this sequence does the sequence pause or stop? if not how do i make it stop.  Thanks.

Hola comunidad, espero puedan ayudarme con este problema: Tenía un número de WhatsApp registrado en ManyChat, pero por falta de fondos me desactivaron el canal. Ya añadí saldo, pero al intentar reconectarlo, WhatsApp me pide verificación por SMS/código. El problema es que el número lo compré directamente en ManyChat, por lo que no recibe SMS ni llamadas (no tengo acceso físico a un chip). Intenté eliminarlo de Meta Business Manager, pero sigue sin funcionar. ¿Alguien ha pasado por esto? ¿Hay forma de: Que ManyChat me ayude a verificar el número sin SMS. Recuperar el número o migrarlo a un proveedor que permita SMS (Twilio, etc.). O debo usar obligatoriamente un nuevo número con chip físico? ¡Agradezco cualquier consejo o experiencia que puedan compartir! 🙏

I have tested my new automation, for a free guide but capturing their email address before they get access. I toggled off the ‘skip’ option to ensure they needed to enter an email, but on testing, and word triggers their access to the guide.How can I change this please? The whole point is to capture their email but without a funnel / sign up page

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this issue: I had a WhatsApp number registered in ManyChat, but my channel was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I’ve since added credits, but when trying to reconnect, WhatsApp requires SMS/call verification. The problem: I purchased this number directly through ManyChat, so it can’t receive SMS or calls (no physical SIM access). I already removed it from Meta Business Manager, but it still won’t verify. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to: Get ManyChat to verify the number without SMS (e.g., via email or manual approval). Migrate the number to an SMS-enabled provider (like Twilio). Or am I forced to use a new physical SIM number? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 🙏

Please someone help me!!!I connected to MANYCHAT through the Meta Business account for Facebook and Instagram - and the MANYCHAT login failed when I tried to connect to Instagram - even though I did all the steps and connected to the Instagram account - the MANYCHAT page remained on the Instagram login attempt - even though I refreshed - it didn't help and it didn't record the loginThen I tried to log in to the MANYCHAT account againI can't log in because a pop-up message pops up that I need to verify my email - but it doesn't send me the code to my email!!!!!
