Hi,So I am trying to set up an automation flow on Facebook Messenger where it is limited to 250 DMs and once it passes that it stops the flow.Additionally I want to have a randomization aspect where 75% of users get a DM with a link, while 25% do not.I want each user to only be able to be considered for 1 comment they leave on a post, to prevent spam from gaming the system.Here is what I have so far… can you help fix? 

So once you have an automation flow, there is the little ‘on and off’ switch that can be triggered manually.Is there a way to set an automation flow to be turned off or on based on time in a day? i.e. day/month/year and hours/minutes/seconds?

Hello! I can't change the name of the profile that appears to new contacts/customers on WhatsApp. It says "DS4 Laser & Router" which is an old name of my company, which I've never linked to this new profile. I changed the name 3 years ago and I use manychat for about 2 years. I don't know from where this name came.  "Tomorrow" is the name I gave the contact number. "DS4 Laser & Router" is the default name that I want to change.  

im not sure what to do because any time i try to go live with an automation for a post, nothing happens. i click “go live” and it doesn’t do anything. my story automations are working but not feed posts. ive done everything the support desk has told me to but it still won’t do anything.

Hello, New to Manychat and automation not working...all looks good but isn’t working properly when I enter key word in comments. I am sure missing easy step...any insight would be greatly appreciated :) Cheers,Keith

I’m facing an issue with integrating ManyChat and n8n. The guys set it up, but I’m struggling to connect it and figure out what’s going wrong. In test mode, everything works fine, but when using a real WhatsApp or Instagram trigger, the external request to n8n doesn’t seem to execute properly. Necesito enviar un mensaje con codigo de confirmacion tipo OPT o PIN, la plantilla no fue aprobada por manychat como utility, asi que active una plantilla de categoria autenticacion en Meta directamente, dentro del administrador de plantillas de WS. Está aprobada, pero no puedo verla en ManyChat para hacer el flow del envio del mensaje. Qué debo hacer???

Even though I received instructions 1,2,3,4 via email and still implemented them all, only the message like the attached picture below is repeated and Instagram is not working. Please help me.

Hi, what's the problem? Manychat keeps sending the same message. I have two accounts and they both do this. it's been going on for about a week now. the same messages are constantly being sent without any interaction, the client only needs to open Messenger 

As of 24 hours ago, all automations stopped sending DM’s. I’ve refreshed permissions a dozen times. I’ve checked and Instagram is still connected. I’m totally lost????!!!!!

Não estou conseguindo configurar API de Conversões da Meta. Segui o passo a passo do Manychat para configurar, mas toda as vezes que coloco o meu ID de Conjunto de Dados e o Token gerado pela a META, sempre dá um erro dizendo “Credencias da API de conversões inválidas”. Como resolver esse problema?

Hi everyone,I’m having some trouble connecting my ManyChat account to my Facebook Ad Account and Conversion API, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.Here’s the situation: Account X is the Admin and Owner of: The Facebook Page connected to ManyChat. The Ad Account I’m trying to connect. The Business Manager where the Conversion API token was generated.   My ManyChat account is linked to the same Facebook Page that’s managed by Account X.  I’ve tried connecting:Through Facebook, and Using the dataset and token option with the Conversion API.No matter which method I use, the connection just doesn’t work, and I can’t figure out why. I get the “Invalid Conversions API credentials”What I’ve Checked So Far:Account X

Hello I am selecting an engagement campaign with the ad set conversion location as “Messaging Apps”. “Partner Apps” does not show up at the ad level as a destination option:     I can verify the ad account matches the connected Manychat facebook page’s ad account I have a live/published automation ready to goWhat more needs to be done to allow “partner apps” to be shown?

Hi Guys, i reinstalled my Pro subscription to send out some new Auto DM’s, i can see the money has been taken from my account, but the automation is not working! I know I’ve set it up correctly as we have done these plenty of times.. but its not working. Please help asap. Is there a lag on upgrading subscription to be using it? 

I have searched some YouTube videos about ManyChat. It shows up it automates the answer for some keywords, but can I reply to the TikTok message & DMs in the ManyChat backend?  I can not find any contact info on this website, which sucks. Help, please guys.
