Hi,I’d appreciate some help. Over the past month, my Facebook account has been disabled 3 times (including Instagram, Ads Manager and facebook account ).I believe the issue might be related to my use of ManyChat automation, but I’m strictly following Meta's guidelines: I only send messages to people who explicitly opt-in, by commenting a trigger word on my posts. I use automation only on my business page, not personal profile. I don’t send mass messages, spam, or anything aggressive. My account has two-factor authentication enabled. Hello, See below my automation and the test I ran on it. As you can when I click (as a user) on the “OUI” button, nothing happens… instead there should be a new Instagram message (see Send Message #1). Thanks a lot for your help

Card gets declined even after trying with different banks and cards. Happens every month and after like 300 tries, it starts working again like normally after wasting my entire day on it. The solution that link to “Manychat Users in India” webpage doesn’t work, I’ve been trying to follow the steps from 11 am, it’s 6 pm right now. Manychat support takes days to answer while thousands of people in my comment section are waiting for a link they’ll never receive.

Hi, I get this annoying automation where my bot keep answering “sorry I didn't understand. This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply"”Even if the word under my “keyword” it still do that. And even if I completely turn off the default reply, it still do that.Can anyone help :(

Hi,I started Manychat recently and I’m on the pro trial. I am trying to run a facebook messenger automation and my trigger is when user sends direct message (default reply) but it doesn’t seem to work.I have refreshed my facebook permissions and checked the automation and trigger is correctly configured.The only potential problem I can see is that my handover protocol role is “unknown”. I’ve tried changing it on facebook business settings but it is grayed out and disabled. I get the message: “Handover Protocol is disabled while we migrate to Conversation Routing” - Anyone else have the same thing?Is this the problem or could it be something else? Thanks!

Hi, for the last couple of weeks I have not been able to open any links sent to me after commenting a keyword. I keep getting an error message.   does anyone have the answer to sort this out please . 

Hi guys, I have had a lot of success using the free version so recently upgraded to paid. My flows are being triggered successfully in comments but not in DMs or Story replies. I have remade them, tested them with different accounts, watched the videos from others Qs and still it’s not working in DMs/stories. I feel like it’s a facebook setting but I have been alllll over the place checking everything but there doesn’t appear to be an issue. Navigate to WhatsApp Manager to resolve outstanding issues."I’m not sure what caused this or how to resolve it.Could someone please explain what this message means?Who can I contact, or what specific steps should I take to remove the restriction and restore WhatsApp functionality?Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

I have been using many chat for months. But today I got this notification. Is instagram not allowing stuff like manychat anymore? All i have is when people comment a word on my post I link them where to purchase the item.
