EU TENHO UM FLUXO QUE FAZ TUDO AUTOMÁTICO, INCLUSIVE GERA O CONTRATO PARA O USUÁRIO, PORÉM QUANDO ELE PREENCHE UM FORMS QUE FAZ ESSE CONTRATO, EU TENHO UMA INTEGRAÇÃO COM O MAKE QUE ESSE CONTRATO É ENVIADO PARA O EMAIL, TEM ALGUM JEITO DE EU FAZER ISSO NO MANYCHAT PARA ELE RECEBER ESSE CONTRATO NO WHATSAPP?BASICAMENTE O QUE EU QUERO É QUE APÓS ELE PREENCHER O CONTRATO, ELE RECEBA NO WHATSAPP DELE O CONTRATO JÁ PRONTO, NÃO NO EMAIL. EU JÁ TENHO O NÚMERO DO USUÁRIO ARMAZENADO, SE TIVER PREFERENCIALMENTE COMO EU FAZER ISSO DE FORMA GRATUITA, SERIA O IDEAL.CASO NÃO SEJA GRATUITO, CONSEGUEM ME FALAR QUAL A FERRAMENTE E COMO USAR PARA FAZER ISSO?

I am trying to broadcast automations, but the messages are not sending. When I broadcast a message template it sends fine, it is only the automations.They come up in my history, but say sent 0 times. In the beginning of the automation, I change a user field, looking at live chat I can see this was changed, but the first message has not sent.

I can see in my Manychat dashboard that TikTok is now available - but sadly I cannot connect as it’s not available in the UK yet - and also apparently not the US either.So which countries is it available and when will it be opened up to the UK?Anyone know? 

Buen dia, tengo MANYCHAT PRO , he intentado crear respuestas automaticas a comentarios con ciertas palabras en instagram o facebook, pero siempre me pide que continue una acción para poderlo crear , como por ejemplo, que una vez se le responda el comentario a la persona el sistema envia un DM o mensaje privado , yo solo deseo es responder al comentario si que se le envie un DM al usuario, ¿es posible? cómo lo puedo hacer? gracias.

Since ManyChat charges based on the number of contacts, my client is wondering why they should choose it over Interakt and Wati, which charge a flat fee with unlimited agents.Through paid advertising, they are generating a large number of leads and are afraid of switching ManyChat plans. Has anyone ever faced such a question from a client? If you were asked such a question regarding billing, what was your response?

Hey I am onboarding a new setter and it says that he is in as a live agent but he cant send any chats. And when i go to assign the chats to him i cant but i cant in the auto assign section on the settings page. this is really weird, what should i do? 

Hi, i haven’t used the manychat since 2018! By this time i saw that a lot things have changed. But my main question is: Can i send sale massage to all my followers? Like in the Whatsapp Business API that i pay for every message delivied. I never used the DMs to do nothing, so all my followers are with de 24 hours window closed.

I downgraded my subscription to the free version but they were still trying to charge me. i logged in only to see the subscription amount increased from $15 to $29, i need this subscription canceled!!!

Oi pessoal, espero que estejam todos bem por aqui… Não consigo conectar o ManyChtat no Instagram @eulucianasalles e ele identifica que esse está conectado a conta Espaço Gomsalles, mas não tá... já chequei tudo: Perfil profissional no Instagram, vincula da Pagina Profissioonal no Facebook e não acho o erro...será que vocês podem me ajudar com isso?

How can I set up a reminder if the user doesn’t click on any of the quick replies?Please note, I don’t want to use Multiple Choice; I only want to trigger a reminder when no quick reply is selected. Is there a way to automate this in ManyChat? 

I'm building a chat automation with Manychat and Make. Leads upload an image, and we use OpenAI to give a price quote.Problem: Manychat saves images in {{cuf_123456789}} format. I need to send the image as a file or URL to Make, so it can be processed by OpenAI.How can I fix this? Thanks!

OAuthException: El historial de actividad futura de tu cuenta fuera de las tecnologías de Meta está desactivado para esta app. Ve al centro de cuentas para modificar esto. como soluciono este problema? tengo activado el historial de actividad futura en facebook y me sigue dando este error. gracias! 

Eu tinha uma conta do instagram conectada no meu manychat, do nada ela desconectou e quando tento conecta-la novamente, esta retornando esse erro:{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Your activity off Meta technologies is currently turned off."}

My account is not very engaged on Instagram and so for one of the posts I automated a DM link and reply to comment using Many chat and also boosted that reel. It got exceptionally high engagement - my avg comments before this was around 10 whereas this got 66 comments and due to Many chat automation, every comment had an automated response from me. It seems like after that I have somehow been flagged by Instagram and I can no longer comment or add captions to my reels. Has anyone faced this issue and do you know how to resolved it?  I have tried contacting Instagram but they never respond.Thanks

Pessoal, eu vi um exemplo de criar ingresso personalizado com a foto do usuario, mas eu queria criar uma opção para capturar uma foto que será enviada pelo usuario durante o fluxo e criar o cartão no nifty com ela… por exemplo, foto do filho, do pet. Estou começando agora a aprender a ferramenta e nao faço ideia de como fazer isso, aliás, se seria possivel.

I’ve been having issues since the beginning of the year with the process of connecting a WhatsApp number (which I already set up in ManyChat) to my Facebook page.I noticed that after linking WhatsApp with ManyChat, the number wasn’t automatically connected to my page. When I tried to add it manually from the Linked Accounts section, it showed as "Connection request pending" (Screenshot attached).Because of this, I haven’t been able to run campaigns using the WhatsApp number I have in ManyChat. I’ve been dealing with this issue since February 1st, 2025.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix it?  

Can someone help me? I have already finished the automation but it is not triggering and it says it is paused even though i have already clicked update and live. 

Ainda não encontrei nenhuma ferramenta mais chata que essa. Estou com dois perfis. Um com o instagram e o outro vinculado no whatsapp. Acontece que eu só quero ter o do Whatsapp. Bem, fui lá e cancelei a conta do perfil vinculado com o instagram e atrelado ao pagamento pro. Ativei o plano pro no perfil atrelado ao whatsapp. O many não permite que eu exclua a conta do perfil atrelado ao instagram.Paguei o plano pro do perfil vinculado no whatsapp mas ele continua como TRIAL e não me permite usar os recursos que preciso.É enlouquecedor. Além disso suporte não existe.Alguém pode ajudart?

Specifically… The client has a WhatsApp Business number, which is already present on the website and everywhere else. They receive everything there: inquiries, information requests, and orders via WhatsApp. However, what’s missing is the automation part for some standard questions. While I was installing Manychat as a test, I came across this essential information: Essential information on linking your number• Personal phone numbers cannot be used for personal WhatsApp after connection.• Messaging customers is limited to 24 hours from their last contact, and out-of-window communication requires approved templates.• Features such as contact lists, broadcast lists, voice messages, audio calls, and group messaging are not available in the WhatsApp App post-connection.

Hello, seems like i have been encountering a problem with the free 1000 contacts since i made the automated chatbot on Facebook it has only sent 61 replys but now the 1000 contacts says its full out of nowhere ? Is it how it works or am i missing something ? Or are you able to reset the free contacts? 

I am running into an issue with several of my automations set up in Instagram. My trigger is working properly, then I’m trying to allow my followers to submit a picture.I have a message set up with a prompt encouraging my followers to do so, followed by the “Data Collection” option that is selected as such: “Waiting for Image from contact...”Upon receiving the image, my automation is programmed in “Next Step” to send another message. However, this has recently stopped working. With other automations, the “Perform Action” that I have created hasn’t worked properly. But once again, this only stopped working yesterday.I have refreshed my permissions, but to no avail. What do I need to do to make this work properly? What am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!

O meu Facebook foi desativado e não tenho mais acesso a conta do Facebook, consecutivamente eu não consigo acessar a minha conta do manychat, o que eu faço?
