holaaaa, gracias por esta comunidad. tengo una pregunta que no consigo resolver y `pense que era por estar en el periodo de prueba.cuando doy a publicar en vivo un flujo me dice error de google, he actualizado permisos, he vuelto hacer el flujo y me sigue pasando lo mismo, no se que mas podria hacer…¿alguien podria ayudarme ?? muchas gracias de nuevo que tengan un feliz dia 

I want to have a system identify the posts from Facebook Groups I’m part of that meet certain criteria which I’m qualified to reply and someone provide an automated response on some conditional logic. For example, if there are posts in a group asking for Quotes on airbnbs that have 5 bedrooms minimum for specific dates and locations, and these match mine, I would like to autoreply in the way each Facebook Group requires. Does Manychat support this use case? Does anyone know if Facebook Group comments allow it for automation? The problem to solve is to automate a very manual and timely process every day to see which Group comments I am qualified to answer. 

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature. Ask the page owner to grant permission.” but no guidance on what I need to do. I’ve searched my Facebook business account settings and can’t find what to do. I’ve also tried Google but no luck! I’m likely just being dumb! Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it? Thank you!!!

I figured it out! It will work if you’re on the website! Hi! I’m trying to create an automation for older posts and they don’t show up for selection when I’m trying to setup. Does it only allow to go back for a certain period of time? Thanks!

Hi all,i want to integrate my Chatbot (Hybridai.one - like Chatbase) to ManyChat and create a communication flow for the user based on AI. Ideally i would not want to use make.com or anything else on top. So i am trying to get it done in an Manychat Automation. The only thing i am missing is between two dynamic content messages is something like “wait for user response”. The only thing i can find is “delay”. Any idea how to solve this within ManyChat?BR Stephan

How do we link instagram channel link in DM without opening to a new tab ?For example my automation looks like for stories, where Im basically asking users to join the IG free channel.But now when they click the link, it goes to a new window, while it should open within instagram channel page directly and let them join. The new window opening isnt working for channels and users not able to reach the channel. How do we make sure, the click opens within instagram and directly goes to channel page instead of opening a new window ?   

Eu uso a versão Pro do Manychat. Sempre pago US$15. Ontem fui olhar minha fatura do cartão e, para minha surpresa, me cobraram US$35. É uma diferença muito grande, ainda mais se considerarmos que o dólar está quase R$7,00. E eu não sei o porque disso, pois não contratei serviços adicionais. Onde posso resolver isso?

Good afternoon from Buenos Aires, community!I’ve been improving our AI CHAT BOT to the point that it’s working REALLY well. But i Have one problem. I can’t find an effective way to label the chats of people who NEED a human attention to resolve a problem or question. This is the most common sense solution i’ve found to implement, but it don’t seem to work well. In synthesis what I would need to do is: When people chatting with AI say the world “TALK TO / HUMAN / PERSONA”, [or it would be even better if AI recognized the situation] send that chat to a label to be more easibly found by our representatives.  Hope someone can help me and thank you very much in advance!

I lose a lot of leads on Instagram, because their message is not being delivered to their DMs - they just see a blank message.To make this situation better, I want to send a follow up DM if they didn’t click on the ‘comment reply message’s button after 5-10 minutes.How can I do that is this even possible? Hello Fellow ManyChattersI am trying to set up a sequence for my coaching clients.After a session they subscribe to the next sequence in their 12 week program.I want my bot to give them inspiration through out the day (2-3 messages a day) I have created an automation with a few added smart delays - so it is all in one automation pr. day.The client subscribes to a Messenger List and to the sequence - and all looks good - I think.But nothing happens - that is - no message is sent to the client at least.

I have read the entire Manychat Commumity intro with a great description of the ins and outs of ManyChat.  I don't understand most of the lingo.   Is there anyone who could help me decode the language being used?  4 days ago my auto-reply was set up and worked once.  Now, nothing.  I feel in over my head...BIG time.  lol.  please help

Hi everyone, I noticed that my Marketing Automation plan shows 509/2500 contacts used, but I don’t actually have that many clients actively engaging with my bot. I suspect it’s counting all dialogs, including those that don’t involve the bot directly. Is there a way to adjust the settings so that ManyChat only tracks or counts conversations where the bot is actively interacting with users? My goal is to avoid unnecessary contact usage for manual or non-bot conversations. Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I have an automation set up the same way I set up a prior automation that had no issues. But now this new one isn’t working.It’s set up to send a DM once someone comments with the trigger word. The first DM prompts them to reply to the DM, then the second message sends them the link.I’ve tried two separate automations and both are getting stuck - it only sends the first DM but not the second once they reply.I did this same automation last month and now it’s not working. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a Facebook add, connected via Make.com to ManyChat. And there an Automation is supposed send a Whatsapp message to the Leads after a tag was applied (which happens through make.com).The automation shows that it ran 3 times, for the three leads that I tested. I tested the first message to be a template or regular whatsapp message. But in both cases the receipient didnt receive the message. But in ManyChat it shows as sent.What can be the reason?Yonatan

Hola, buenas tardes me podrían ayudar con este problema, eh configurado el chat para que al recibir un mensaje de una persona le responda automáticamente con la información dependiendo de la palabra clave, luego de eso agregue una pausa inteligente por fecha para el día 04/01 que es hoy para las 12 de medio día y resulta ser que el mensaje no se envió. ( tengo cuenta pro ) 

Hola. He tenido muchos problemas al conectar números de whatsapp con manychat, al momento de conectar un número de whatsapp a manychat funciona por unas horas y después meta bloquea el número y se desconecta de manychat. ¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa eso? y ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias
