I’ve attached a photo for my broadcast and the users only received a text, also the same photo in the automation for comment tools haven’t been sent. 

Hi folks,I have a flow where I ask the user for a PDF file. I am using a User Input field that saves the URL of the uploaded file to a custom field. That works great. However, Messenger on Android doesn't offer an option to select documents from its internal storage, the only offered option is to select images. Different to the desktop versions of Messenger, which have an icon to upload documents (any type), next to the chat text field. My solution is to instruct the user about selecting the PDF file from the internal storage (not from Messenger) and Share it to Messenger / Chat. That way, the bot in Manychat can receive it and works fine.To show this message only to users on Android devices, I would need to determine if the user is chatting on an Android phone. Anyone has had this need? Any native recommendations?

I have an idea for automation, but I’m struggling to implement it. As you know, Instagram has its own subscription system with fees like $5 or $2. What I want is to identify users who subscribe to my page on Instagram (e.g., those paying $5) when they initiate the first chat.I need to detect whether the user is an Instagram subscriber. If they are, I want them to follow a specific path. If they are not a paid Instagram subscriber, I want them to follow a different path.How can I achieve this? Is there an alternative way to approach it?Finally, I want everything to work automatically. I don’t want to manually tag subscribers or assign labels.

Hi! I have a flow on Instagram where I ask for the user's email and phone number. In this flow, I also send an email. However, when this happens, ManyChat creates a new contact using the email, even though I already have a contact with that same email. This results in duplicate contacts. How can I fix this?

Estou enfrentando um problema relacionado à vinculação do meu Instagram a uma conta antiga do ManyChat. No passado, trabalhei com uma equipe que vinculou minha conta do Instagram a essa plataforma. Porém, atualmente não tenho mais contato com essa equipe, e, infelizmente, não consigo desconectar minha conta de Instagram dessa conta antiga. Gostaria de saber como proceder para desvincular meu Instagram e conectá-lo a uma nova conta do ManyChat. Existe algum processo ou documentação que eu possa fornecer para comprovar minha titularidade do Instagram e realizar essa alteração? Fico à disposição para fornecer mais detalhes ou informações, se necessário.

Eu basicamente fiz todo um fluxo, porém eu não estou recebendo os dados, fiz um teste com meu próprio instagram usando o gatilho e não consigo ver os dados capturados, vi nos foruns de pergunta e resposta que eles aparecem em baixo das métricas mas não tinha nenhum botão lá de ver respostas.

I have two Facebook accounts: one with about 4,000 friends and another with around 5,000 friends. I don’t need all those contacts in my account. I need to transfer most likely no more than total of 2000 Contacts combine... How can I easy transfer selected Facebook contacts to ManyChat?

I was trying to enable auto liking the comment in the automation flow and seems the option is missing. It’s available in the story reply but missing in the comment. Hope there is an option to do the same or expecting it in the nearest updates

Hi, I can’t upload files easily to my chatbot on Messenger using mobile. Regularly there is an upload button (+), but my chat doesn’t include that. Other chats have it. I think it’s because the profile is business? I really need the file upload of the client to work easily, what can I do?

Boa tarde a todos, estou com um problema: Minhas automações, desde ontem à tarde pararam de funcionar nos envios de mensagens do instagram, não enviou comentário ou link nas mensagens, não sei o que está acontecendo. Além disso, quando entro na lista dos contatos do Manychat os novos contatos que comentam "Eu quero" nas minhas publicações, todos, aparecem como "conversas excluídas", sendo que não exclui nenhum contato dessa lista, o que sempre faço é "cancelar a inscrição da conta", para limpar os contatos e não exceder o limite de 500 contatos que tenho no meu plano.Atualizei as permissões do Instagram dentro do Manychat, desativei e ativei os gatilhos e até agora nada, continua na mesma. Por favor!! se puder me ajudar. Tenho muitos seguidores e não consigo acompanhar todas as solicitações de link.

Hola a todos,Estoy teniendo un problema con las automatizaciones en ManyChat. Cuando debería mostrar un mensaje con un botón, muestra ese botón junto con otro del principio del flujo. He verificado esto desde 4 dispositivos distintos.Por ejemplo, si el menú principal es: "Opción 1" "Opción 2"Después de varios pasos, la próxima vez que debería aparecer un botón, se llena con esos dos botones del principio, o si debería mostrar dos botones, se llena con uno adicional. Termina luciendo algo así:Ir al sitio web Preguntar a una persona Opción 2El botón "Opción 2" no debería estar ahí; solo existe al principio del flujo. He intentado de todo, incluyendo duplicar, recrear, usar respuestas rápidas y refrescar los permisos. No se si me explico bien, donde deberia haber 1 boton, aparecen 3 , y los ultimos 2 botones pertenecen a otros mensajes mas al inicio de ese mismo flow.Agradezco cualquier ayuda que puedan ofrecer.Gracias de an

Eu entrei no Manychat com intuito de testar e usei o meu whatsapp que possuo, mas não gostei e removi o numero do manychat e cancelei, mas agora não chega o código de confoirmação, mesmo depois de desconctar do manychat, remover a conexão e excluirt a conta. Isso já tem uma semana e não chega mais o código de confirmação do Whatsapp busines… Já tentei de tudo...

Hello everyone,I do community management for a large number of people (over 2000). Message automation is therefore a very important part of my process. The problem I'm encountering is as follows:When using messages with options (as you can see in the screenshot below), the automation sequence is only taken into account if the customer presses one of the buttons. It sometimes happens that some customers respond below the message by writing rather than clicking on one of the options. When this happens, my teams have to manually assign the next tag to “replace” the customer back into the automation chain. Individually, this doesn't take much time, but with a high volume of customers it wastes a lot of time.Is there a way for ManyChat to take into account the answer if it's written and corresponds to one of the options?Thanks in advance for your answers.

Gente, já criei várias automação no ManyChat para o Instagram, e sempre funcionaram bem.Recentemente, comecei a ter problemas com botões aparecendo em partes do fluxo onde não deveria. Por exemplo: coloque um botão em um ponto específico da automação, mas o ManyChat insira outros botões de forma consultada, pegando opções de outras partes da automação. Já recriei automatizações para testar, mas o erro persiste. Parece ser um problema da plataforma.Alguém já passou por isso e conseguiu resolver? Estou atendendo novos clientes, e esse problema está comprometendo as automatizações no Instagram. Oi, gente! Preciso de ajuda e não encontro respostas em lugar nenhum. Seguinte, de 2 semanas pra cá clientes estão comentando no post que não estão recebendo a mensagem no direct. O detalhe é que, o manychat responde o comentário que foi enviado, ok, e quando eu abro a conversa no direct pra mim aparece a mensagem que foi configurada no fluxo, mas para os clientes está em branco. Vários deles me mandaram prints e realmente a conversa está em branco. Já atualizei permissões e nada. Tipo, de 10 mensagens enviadas pelos 6 retornam dizendo que não receberam nada. O que pode ser isso?

To automate for an upcoming Instagram post, the only option is to automate for an existing post. The upcoming or scheduled Instagram post requires users to comment to receive a link, however the post doesn’t appear in the Manychat dashboard. We don’t want the post going live and people comment, and nothing happens. Is it possible to automate for a scheduled post?

Hello again community of experts.I have a challenge, let’s see what we can do:A user messages me on WhatsApp, and I ask him “Tell me the phone number of the person who invited you”The user responds with a phone number.Now comes the challenge:I want to automatically send a message to that phone number, (which will already be in my contacts list, so it won’t actually be a new number for me). That’s it. I don’t know how to achieve this, isn’t there a “forward message” block that I could add to kickstart the new conversation?
