Hi:I’ve setup a sequence were the a client send an Instagram DM. If the message cotains hi, hello, or something like that it replies with a custom message. That works fine.But sometimes clients don’t even say hi, they just ask some random question, so I create another sequence using Ifmessage doesn't contain hi, or hello… but it doesn’t let me save it. Is it broken? What I need to do is to send a message to the cliente regardless of what the client writes first.

Hi, Since the app was updated I can no longer see “Assigned to me” or get unassigned chats. I just see everyones chats now in my inbox although the desktop version is fine. Is there an update due?

 Below is my setup. My ideal workflow is to include a link in email broadcast, when user click, will direct to Instagram message and trigger the workflow.However, after clicking the link, it open Instagram message but didn’t trigger the flow. The Action node & Send Message node both didn’t execute.I’ve did some research in the forum but cannot find any clue, and I appreciate any sort of help in advance! Thank you!

Hi there. All of my automations stopped working today. I have refreshed my permissions several times. I received zero warnings from Instagram / ManyChat. I have been trying to reach someone and am coming up empty. Does anyone know what I can do? Everything was working until 1130AM EST and then suddenly just stopped.  TIA!

I don’t want to use messenger ads. I want to use normal Facebook ads with images and videos for Manychats automation. Is this possible?

As titled. I was just simply connecting our account to FB messenger channel. Once I gave permission, ManyChats created a new account for us instead and connected the new account to FB. Now I don’t know how to delete the account and our existing account cannot connect to FB because the connection has already been used. Please help!

I want to create a Flow where:1. The customer can add more than one product to the shopping cart.2. Each product is added to the cart with its price, size, and quantity.3. After the customer decides to finish shopping, they fill out the form once (name, phone number, address, etc.).4. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to save the Greeting Text inside ManyChat (Messenger settings).Whenever I try to save the greeting message (even a simple text like “Hi {{first_name}}”), I get this error:“Can’t register greeting text”I’ve already tried: Using plain text only Removing dynamic fields Refreshing the page Logging out & logging back in But the issue is still happening.Has anyone faced this problem before? 

I use Facebook Messenger to communicate with people on my page, but now I’ve bought ManyChat and want to use it for messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.On Facebook and Instagram, when I have ads published and someone sends me a message, it shows up from which ad they’re sending me a message. However, in ManyChat, I no longer see any information about that. This is a crucial problem for me because I run multiple ads for different products. When someone sends me a message asking about the price of a product, I don’t know which product they’re referring to.How is it possible to see from which ad someone sends a message? Is it possible to do so?

Hi, quick question.I already have one Instagram account connected to my ManyChat account.Is it possible to connect another Instagram profile to the same ManyChat account, or do I need a separate ManyChat account for each IG profile?And what is the best way to connect an additional IG account? Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know how I do this? I just keep going round and round in circles on the platforms logging onto my instagram trying to update my account but them nothing happens?? 

Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.)

Fiz a automação, fiz o teste e funcionou, basicamente é um reels onde a pessoa precisa digitar tabela, coloquei variações, tudo certinho, no primeiro teste funcionou, para a minha surpresa quando abri os novos comentários, eles não tinham recebido o direct, nem a resposta no comentário, a palavra usada estava certa, a automação está ativa, não sei qual está sendo o problema. 

Why does the auto-message to follower feature use a different font and require a button at the bottom? It doesn't look like a natural message, and because it appears automated, the response rates(double tap like) are quite low. I usually send these messages manually myself. It takes a bit more effort, but the response rate is much higher. While this new feature saves some time, it makes the greeting feel less personal and less like it was sent by a real person. Is it possible for us to change these?For example, can we at least have an option to remove the button at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks exactly like an automated system message and comes across as really insincere.

I have followed the automation setup properly, tested it on ManyChat and IG settings and it seems to work.  I have several word trigger comments on my post, but almost 24 hours later none of the conversation automations have triggered.  When I tested it through IG and input the code given, it actually worked from my personal IG to my business IG.  I don’t understand why there is a messaging hangup to my customers?  Any help appreciated.

Hi all, I have created a quiz where I want the ability to remind users to answer the questions if they don’t answer or “drop off”. Currently the set up is this: But when I run through it, if I drop off on the second question, it sends me the reminder message for BOTH questions. So if I’m on question 3, I get it three times etc. I have tried SO MANY THINGS and I can’t get it to work! 

I need help with a refund, I had an incorrect discount on my credit card and I can't talk to support, can anyone help me?
