Ask and troubleshoot

hello… im trying to setup a quiz in my bot, where the question have a limited time to be answered, but i can fnd a way to set it up…  im using a text message with 3 buttons, so..  what i expect is.. if the person doesnt chose any of the buttons whitin the next 10secons, it wil go to the next step… is here anyone who can give me a hand on this?

  Hi there. I’m not able to sign up for Manychat Pro account. It’s connected with my stripe account and asking me to verify payments via stripe but I’m not receiving any links from stripe to verify payments. Also, I’m able to find any other place to update my payment details or credit cards details. It’s showing verify payment, the moment I click on verify payments, it’s asking me to enter registered email to receive a new payment link via stripe. But I’m not receiving anything.I have been waiting to hear from Manychat team for more than 10 days but I haven’t received any support reply. Can someone here help me fix this issue? Looking forward to hearing from awesome people here in Manychat community.Thanks!

my automation is working with Instagram comments but there are some issues i cant understand right now my Comment DM Automation somehow run once for each user and if they Comment the Keyword for second time they don't get any Reply from my automation should i change any settings? or this is the right behavior?

Manychat automation triggered with instagram comment from any post start only one time and when user send same comment for other / same post its not worked. Help please!

Pessoal, Estou testando a Ferramenta versão Gratuita e após o fluxo feito, não está aparecendo para Publicar no canto superior direito. Por favor pode me ajudar?  

In the last few posts I’ve made on Instagram, I have had amazing response to the Comment a word automations...my last one had over 1500 comments!  But so many of the people are flooding my email box with messages telling me the link is taking them to video of John Travolta! Or the screen is blank, or something like that. The John Travolta video freaked me out! But when I click on the link that is sent to them it takes me to the correct place...what could be the problem? I am missing out on a ton of business because of the glitch--could I have done something wrong? It worked in the past and I haven’t changed how I am doing anything.  Thank you in advance for the help!

Já estamos utilizando as automações, os disparos de Whatsapp e as ferramentas de atendimento. Agora estamos partindo para os disparos de SMS, mas consegui poucas informações e gostaria de saber se alguém pode me ajudar com algumas questões:Vi que é preciso usar a plataforma Twilio para integrar a função de SMS, mas é possível utilizar o mesmo número que é usado para a conta do Whatsapp? É possível usar uma outra plataforma para integrar com a função de SMS do Manychat? Qual é o valor da plataforma Twilio para essa função? Eles não disponibilizam preços no site deles.Desde já, agradeço!

Eai galera! Sabemos que os botões são extremamente úteis para vários fins dentro de uma automação. Porém estou enfrentando uns problemas com fluxos no Instagram com “botões e respostas rápidas”, pois nos Smartphones os botões funcionam normalmente, mas no desktop eles não aparecem para o lead.Gostaria de saber se tem alguma forma de conseguirmos identificar o dispositivo do lead e o direciona-lo para o fluxo sem botões ou com botões?Se não tem essa opção de identificação de dispositivos gostaria de sugestionar, para o Manychat, essa funcionalidade e deixar o app melhor ainda.

Sou assinante PRO 2500 contatos e as automações que fiz até 10 dias atrás estão rodando normalmente. Porém, quando entro com meus dados, aparece que sou membro free e não consigo acessar nem editar nenhuma automação. E o manychat não tem nenhum suporte digno. Alguém pode ajudar?

Hola, quiero agregar una cuenta, y no encuentro mi página de facebook:esto es lo que estoy haciendo:. añadir nueva cuenta. whatsapp. conectar mi propio número(pestaña aparte). iniciar sesión. continuar como “ALEJAN…….”. Empezar . y en la ventana donde aparecen las cuentas que gestiono desde mi perfil de facebook, no aparece la que acabo de crear !! alguien tiene la respuesta?

Hace dos dias arme una atumatización donde pido el correo, para luego enviar mi recurso gratuito.Sin embargo manychat hace el proceso con algunas personas y con otras no. Es decir me dejan en correo y no les envia el correo que destine.

(Comment “webinar” and you get the link to webinar in DM) Also I’ve notice some off my automations are switched off at the moment, and when I want to switch them on, I can see a notification saying “set up trigger to activate”, but when I do, I’m going back to “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access”I know free plan it’s up to 1000 users, but only few people clicked on my message on instagram before.Thanks for any help!

I sent out a reel yesterday on March 25th that got loads of comments.I can’t see any of the comments on IG except for a handful of them.ManyChat sent out automations like normal but to only like 6 of the 50+ comments. I haven’t changed settings.What’s going on? This was one of my better posts and I can’t even manually look at the comments. 

My account was blocked even though I followed all the policies, I need help to resolve it I am following all the possible policies

How can I prevent clicking a button continuously? I want the test button to be clicked only once.
