I recently saw a video of someone who mentioned Manychat was available for TikTok in the USA (they are based in the USA). When I try to connect, I get either a “something went wrong” message (on the iOS app) or the “not available in your country” message on the desktop. Is it only available to a select few? :) How can I be on that list?

I have some how created to separate manychat accounts 1 for facbook and one for instagram. when i try to delete 1 of them it says if i remove it i wont be able to use it again with manychat. is there a way to merge them? i dont want to loose my page or what can i do. i dont need to pay for two separate accounts i dont think 

I am having such a hard time connecting my ManyChat to my Instagram. I’m doing it all on my phone, since my laptop is having issues, and maybe that’s the problem? But every time I try to connect to Instagram, it says it’s already linked. I’ll hit “continue with Instagram” then to “ManyChats wants to use manychat.com to sign in. Allow?” so then I hit “continue” then it pulls up another connect to _____ account. Allow” and then it pulls up with “we noticed this Instagram account is already connected to manychat” and I can’t figure out how to get it to work. Anybody know what to do? This is a problem I’ve been dealing with for WEEKS and I haven’t found anything that will help me- not google, not the ManyChat help page.

Hi,We have WhatsApp Automations and had always used smart delays in them. Now we are not able to update the Automations because we get this error message: Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages. Do you have similar experiences? And how can it be fixed?

I'm testing automations for automatic responses on Instagram. It happens to me that the first test with the same user (the one who asks) to do the test works correctly, but if I want to test the automation with the same test user the automation does not work, if it does if I ask with another new user, but the second question doesn't work.Does the automation work only once per user or do I need to configure something else?Note: at the moment I am using the free version, and then if the product works for me, I will move on to the paid version.thank you

Eu gostaria de entender como faço para dividir as conversas do Instagram que aparecem no Live Chat do ManyChat entre as pessoas da minha equipe.Quando novas mensagens chegam pelo Instagram, queria que o ManyChat já atribuísse automaticamente essas conversas para cada membro da equipe, de forma igual.Por exemplo: se 10 pessoas mandarem mensagem, o sistema dividir 5 para cada pessoa automaticamente, para evitar “confusão” na parte de distribuição.Alguém sabe como configurar essa divisão automática no ManyChat?Ou qual seria o jeito certo de fazer isso?Obrigado!

I have been working in marketing for several years and would like to start my own business helping small businesses automate their tools, including Instagram. Is it possible to have a kind of professional account so that I can access several client accounts that they themselves could also access, but without having to share login details?The aim would be to support them in using Manychat, creating sequences and automations for them, but allowing them to retain control over these in the future. Is this feasible? buenas noches, saludos desde argentina tengo un problema con la automatizacion de la aplicacion whatsapp bussines y manychat, tengo todos los pasos configurados correctamente, pero al momento de crear la automatizacion y ponerla en prueba, no se ejecuta, es decir tengo todo conectado y vinculado, el flujo ya creado pero no interactua.en el modo vista previa funciona correctamente, pero al publicar y probarlo con whatsapp no hace nada, el unico error que me da la pagina es que los contactos no se importaron, mi pregunta es porque? lo he probado con numeros no agendados y con numeros agendados y nadatengo la version pro  he probado con desvincular whatsapp y hacerlo nuevamente y nada, que puedo hacer? hace varios dias que no lo puedo resolver, y cuando hice la prueba gratuita me funciono correctamente al pasar a pro y configurar todo fue que empezo el problema

 Cree el flujo de respuesta pero apesar de mandar mensajes de 3 diferentes numero no hay automatizacion de respuesta, mi cuenta de wsp sale restringida en facebook, sin embargo este numero es numero es nuevo uno recien comprado y no eh tenido ninguna conversacion mas las que yo eh escrito, aparte de esto me sale pendiente estas validacion y queria saber si es que por eso no se me habilitan  

Criei um post onde a pessoa comentará uma palavra e eu vou enviar uma lista na dm dela, entretanto, o post que eu preciso automatizar ainda esta agendado e não foi publicado ainda. Eu consigo usar esse post para automatizar, ou preciso esperar ele ser publicado?

I am signing up my clients for manychat and of course wanting to get referral commission. If I create an account for them and connect their pages and help them with sign -up process this counts as a referral assuming I use my affiliate link? Also, I would use my socials to connect their page and ad account as I am doing a DFY managed service, would this affect how it shows up as a referral or do they need to connect from their social profile initialy. Thanks!Austin
