Por qué siempre aparece el último mensaje del cliente y no sé si ya le respondí o no 

I’ve tried multiple other peoples manychat automations and had others try mine as well. When they click a button, all it does is reload the page. It works fine on the instagram app on phones but on the instagram site on desktop, it just keeps reloading the page. Is that happening to anyone else here and is there any way to get that sorted? Thanks!!

Hi everyone 👋🏼I’ve been using Manychat for several years and suddenly ran into a strange issue this week.I have an automation set up where anyone who comments a specific keyword on a specific Instagram post should receive a DM with a link. It used to work perfectly — but now it only works on Facebook, not on Instagram.Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried: I’ve refreshed permissions (both in Manychat and Meta Business). My IG account is a professional (business) account. I’ve gone through all settings on both Instagram and Manychat and refreshed everything that can be refreshed. I even deleted my old automation (which worked great for months) and created a new one for a specific post — but it still doesn’t trigger. I also tested with new users, tried DMs, Story replies, and sending the keyword manually — nothing works. In

I downloaded the app and created an account. I'd like to know where to upgrade my plan, but there's no page in the app showing this.I'd also like to know what features are available with the free version. For example, I can set up automatic replies based on keywords in Instagram posts and automatically send private messages to users, and then automatically reply to users based on keywords in private messages. Is this feature always available?

I had connected my first account where i could see the greet new followers template, but when i connect my second new account it does not show the template? Any idea how i can fix this?

I am trying to create an automation triggered by CTWA but can’t find any ad account to select in the trigger.I made sure that my profile has admin access to the ad account, I even granted Manychat prtner with access to the ad account from business portfolio… nothing helped. 

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout. Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.VR/Dan

Hi - basic question but it’s not clear on the website. I have the Pro account for my instagram but I would like to be able to use MC across Facebook AND TikTok. TT isn’t available for the UK yet but do you need to pay PER PLATFORM to access the more advanced features? So I would need another Pro account for Facebook?

Hello,I’m experiencing a consistent issue related to affiliate tracking when using ManyChat Instagram DM automation.Here is the situation: I use an Instagram Comments Automation flow. When someone comments a specific keyword under my post, ManyChat automatically sends them a DM containing my affiliate link. Users click this link and make a purchase. However, the affiliate platform (Impact.com / Hepsiburada LinkGelir system) does not record the sale or assign any commission. When I send the exact same link manually (not via automation), the commission tracks correctly. So it appears that sales made after clicking a link inside an automated DM sent by ManyChat are either: Losing the affiliate tracking parameters, Going through an intermediary redirect within ManyChat, Or being filtered

I’v Tried thee times.  With different links in my Dm.   The link is supposed to take them to a picture but instead it goes to the main profile page.  Very frustrating. I tried three different links. 

I have this bit of flow that seems to fail. When audio is sent (i am testing it) it still fulfils the condition for “does not match any conditions”. Is this a bug or am i missing something? 

Apologies for the simplicity of this one - but any help would be amazing. I have a simple email request automation for Instagram. (below)  However at the stage  “...Drop your email below” this message does NOT trigger. And nor does any of the messages after it.   Is there anything I’m missing? I’ve tested on ManyChat and Tested using the three digit code - on Instagram.  Works perfectly.  @Funiily is very new and keen to get this right before I miss the window! Ha! Thank you so so much…

Porém, não consigo adicionar um método de pagamento, pq ele ta vinculado a linha de crédito do manychat.O que eu faço? Não tenho nenhum saldo devedor, e mesmo assim, não consigo.

I set up the automation in ManyChat correctly because I’ve done this before for other clients, but it’s not working.It does send the reply to the comment, but it doesn’t send anything via DM. What could be the issue?In the Facebook settings page:https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messagingManyChat appears there on top, but when I go to select the recipient for Instagram, I don’t see the ManyChat option. What could be happening?Also, my account is on a trial plan. Could this be affecting it?

Hi all,Pretty new to MC; been setting up some Instagram automations and came across a challenge.I’m trying to set up a funnel that sends an automated follow-up message 48 hours after the first message. However, I’m being told I can’t do anything over 24 hours. Which makes this funnel pretty useless.ChatGPT says it’s a setting related to my FB/IG, but I don’t see it. Is this because I don’t have a verified account or something..?

Hola chicos. Alguien sabe porque el disparador url ref no funciona para nuevos contactos? Ayer probe un flujo el cual yo no habia tenido interacción con la cuenta y no disparó nada. Luego envié un mensaje cualquiera, volví a hacer clic en el enlace de referencia y ahi si activó el flujo. Como podría usarlo si el cliente aún no ha interactuado con la cuenta? 

I have a problem: I’m using Coexistence mode, and when a human sends a message through WhatsApp Business, ManyChat receives it and forwards it to my AI Agent as if it were the client’s last message.I analyzed the reception of 2 JSONs in n8n: when a human sends through WhatsApp Business when a customer sends a message normally Both JSONs are identical; there’s no field I can use to identify that it was a human replying. How can I work around this?I’m sending “Full Contact Data” to n8n via HTTP request, but I haven’t found a way to differentiate the JSON when it’s a human responding.I’m saying this because my client doesn’t want to stop using WhatsApp Business in favor of ManyChat — he prefers to keep the conversation in the official WhatsApp app. But whenever a human responds via WhatsApp, ManyChat triggers an automation and the AI replies immediately afterward. 😅

after i connected my whatsapp business account number to manychat via coexistence- all new messages received on the phone are marked as read. how can it be fixed, if at all?
