Hello everyone, im trying to figure out out to batch incoming messages in manychat to send multiple messages from user to n8n as one message. ive tried a few different ways but turned out unsuccessful, any advice?

Is there anyway you can leverage many chat to automate follow up responses when people don’t answer the original DM? 

I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step. 

Hi this is from the Unsubscribe from Bot automation on whatsapp. 1) is it possible to have quick replies on whatsapp???2) why START is not showed in the chat on whatsapp? if user doesn't no will never reply START3) is it possibile to add more quick reply? for what make sense?4) what means "if contact hasn’t engaged"?5) what next step can be chosen? Tenho uma dúvida sobre como fazer com que a minha automação não dispare varias vezes caso a pessoa digite uma das palavras gatilho, para isso utilizo o fluxo abaixo. Porém meus clientes são recorrentes então preciso que toda vez que ele inicie o contato (e digite uma das palavras gatilho, é claro) a automação dispare. Sendo assim, como faço pra um contato “perder” a tag após 24 horas do contato ou algo do tipo?

Anybody else keep getting DM’s from people that they aren’t seeing your message on their end even though you can see on your end???  I thought it was maybe because the person doesn’t follow me but I’m seeing it for people who follow me and people that don’t!  What’s the deal?

Hello!I wanted to help me fix my Facebook automatation comment to dm. I already use it on my instagram and when i try to connect my facebook the automatation works but the automatation on my instagram it sends only the first message and when they click the button i have, the second message doesn’t get sent.I triwd to make a new manychat account and connect that to my facebook but it also breaks my instagram automatation.

 Já é a quinta conta que ocorre esse bug, não há nada de errado na minha BM, nenhuma sinalização ou punição.O suporte não resolve o problema, estou pensando seriamente em migrar para outro BSP. Não posso depender dessas inconsistencias do manychat para fazer meu trabalho...

Olá,Encontrei alguns erros tentando assinar o ManyChat PRO. Inicialmente estava relacionado ao “Stripe”, mas já entrei em contato com o banco (Banco do Brasil) e eles liberaram a compra. Agora, o erro que estou enfrentando é o seguinte:"Algo parece errado, confira o formato do seu CPF XXX.XXX.XXX-XX ou CNPJ XX.XXX.XXX/XXXX-XX." Já tentei em navegadores diferentes, no modo anônimo, e percebi que os pontos e traços no CNPJ são inseridos automaticamente pelo sistema. Mesmo assim, a mensagem de erro continua aparecendo e não consigo concluir a assinatura do plano Pro.Alguém poderia me ajudar com isso?

I have only worked with Manychat for a week and I have a newb and frustrating problem.  Manychat has lost two updated versions of a flow I am working one, is there a way to recover?

I want to create an SMS chatbot for a client’s business with the following flow:Person messages number AI responds with “How can I help? 1. X 2. Y 3. Z” Person replies ‘1’ AI replies with an specific message for number 1It’s not very clear to me wether Manychat can be used for this example or not. 

“Message is failed to send, please contact Manychat Support” I get this message when using the live chat for instagram. Whatsapp works though. None of my IG automations work, not even the menu.

Tengo un problema y es que no me funciona la automatización de instagram para responder comentarios a publicaciones. Las publicaciones las subo directamente desde Make, y no funciona si alguien comenta. Sin embargo, si la subo yo manualmente si que va la automatización.

Hola! como estasi?  ya tengo instalada la api de klaviyo y todo bien, ahora estoy con el flujo. y loq eu necesitamos es que cuando alguin pong una palabra nos de a seguir, y despues le enviamos el link. ahora el problema llega despues, en 24h queremos que se dispare un nuevo mensaje y queremos que se dispare para que la gente que no esta en nuestra lista de klaviyo, le salte un mensaje diciendo que se apunte a nuestra lista y se vincule a una lista de klaviyo que tenemos  no se si me explico, no se poner la condición de klaviyo para que dependiendo  de si esta o no en nuestra lista de klaviyo le salte un mensaje u otro y lo podamos meter en la lista.  

Hola comunidad de Manychat!!Este disparador de IA me parece de lo más genial, pero no logro hacer que este no se active cuando están dentro de una conversación. Debido a que el reconocimiento de palabras es bastante amplio.¿Alguien sabe como sería la mejor manera de usarlo? Gracias!  

Hello Everyone, Im running into an issue i hope you guys can help me with. I currently have my manychat workflow connected to n8n for an IG and WhatsApp chatbot/booking agent, everything goes well during the whole conversation and data is being passed seamlessly until the end when the customer confirms the details for the booking. N8n books the appointment and logs everything into the CRM like its suppose to but when n8n send the confirmation message, manychat does recognize it and goes into a 1 time loop where the customer has to once again confirm the action even though n8n has already completed the action and responded correctly. Ive attached an example of the conversation, n8n confirmation message (output), and my current Manychat workflow. PLEASE HELP.

If I activate a trigger now, will it apply retroactively to a post where I’ve already started replying manually (in comments and DMs)?Specifically, I’m wondering: will those users receive the automated message again or could it create duplicates?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I’m currently using ManyChat with an active account based in Iran.I’ve set up a flow that triggers correctly — I can see that incoming messages are being received by ManyChat — but the reply messages are not being sent to the user. I’ve double-checked the flow, triggers, and conditions, and everything seems to be configured correctly. Is there any restriction or technical issue related to my region (Iran) or Meta’s limitations that could be causing this? I would really appreciate any guidance or a checklist to troubleshoot this, as I’m trying to set up automated DMs for my Instagram business page and currently stuck at this point. Thank you in advance 🙏
